The day after Discord was reformed, he and all the element bearers decided to have tea again, it was going better than the first time that's for sure... Nopony was injured but many were freaked out, mainly by the lack of gravity, Pinkie Pie of course when she saw this she quickly exclaimed, "Screw gravity!'' and rushed to enjoy this, never before experienced by ponies before, way to have extra fun at tea. This tea would be the talk of the town for a while, many ponies coming to see it with their own eyes.

"Hey, Applejack, are you part of the Equestria wide 'Apple Family' or just part of a smaller traditionally apple farming family?" asked Discord, out of the blue as he was hanging from the tree they were under by just his tail, due to the lack of gravity the tree was uprooted and he was actually upside up, in a way.

"Equestria wide of course, why in tarnation would you need to know that?" asked Applejack, wondering why the sprit had asked about her heritage, she took another sip of her tea, "Thanks for turning mah tea into chocolate milk by the way." she added sarcastically, as he had done this to all of the tea, causing annoyance to all the ponies except Pinkie Pie, who was constantly filling her cup to the brim, Discord even summoned a can of whipped cream for her, which soon ran out so he gave her a can of the sweet stuff that would never run out, not caring about how that could effect the economy.

"You are quite welcome," he said, pretending to be oblivious to the sarcasm, "I was wondering if you knew what happened to an old... pony that didn't completely hate me for who I was and how I ruled Equestria, she was a member of your family, I only hope to know if she ever remarried or had kids and how she died mostly," he said, actually sounding serious about something for only the second time in his life.

"Ah know all there is to know about the Apple family history, if anypony knows anything about her it would be me!" Applejack said proudly, she had always loved her Granny's stories as a filly which lead her to love history in school and learn all she could about her family's history.

"Is there a history book on it? If not we could write one! It would be so much fun! Ponies would love to know the history behind the family that produces so many of Equestria's apples!" added Twilight with excitement, her head bobbing in anticipation. The word 'dork' ran through many minds.

"Shut up Twilight, the grown ups are talking." said Discord as he turned Twilight into a filly and shoved her away with his long snake tail, much to her annoyance, "her name was 'Annie Smith' do you know of her?"

"Uhh, yeah actually, she's not dead, everypony now knows her as 'Granny Smith', I never knew she was married in the first place and certainly never had kids." Applejack said, suddenly remembering what her Granny said last night "I'm just happy to know she isn't as batty as I thought she was after last night"

"Batty? What did she do that made you think she was 'batty'" asked Rainbow Dash, like the others her head was full of the same thoughts as the others, 'how does he know Granny Smith' 'How old is she?' and all except Twilight, 'How much of a dork is Twilight?'

"She said she knew you from before Princess Celestia and Princess Luna ruled Equestria" said Applejack, stifling a giggle from recalling last night's antics.

"Well she did, now, do you know where I might find her, I'm guessing it's somewhere nearby as you said you just saw and talked to her last night." said Discord, almost tearing up from knowing his love was still alive and had not remarried, she even remembered him!

"She lives at the same place I do, Sweet Apple Acres, she's part of the Ponyville Apple Family branch, and she's usually sellin' apples this time of day though so ahm not sure where to find her for a few more hours." said Applejack, wondering as to why the spirit seemed so eager to see Granny, "Why do you want to see her so badly anyway?" she asked with serious concern about her granny.

"Before Fluttershy, she was the closest thing I had to a friend, infact she was my friend for a few years, until things to quite an unexpected turn," Discord added, hoping to avoid the awkwardness of admitting he was married to one of his only friend's best friend's granny for as long as possible.

It was market day in Ponyville, the market square was full of ponies, many buying all sorts of treats the others were selling. Shouts of 'Buy my asparagus' 'Freshest carrots in all of Ponyville' 'Try some homemade candy by me, Bon Bon, your local confectioner!' and many more, but above all this commotion a deafening sound could be heard,

"Buy some apples! Buy some apples!" said Applebloom, trying but yet again failing at getting an apple selling cutie mark.

"Alright that was good enough for today, you can go hang out with yer friends now," said Granny Smith, hoping to get the ringing out of her ears quickly.

"Okay, bye Granny, see you at dinner!" said Applebloom excited for the crusading the day would bring, most of it containing dangers that could potentially destroy Ponyville. A few minutes later, a bright flash appeared,

"It's been a long time Annie, to long"

Look! A second chapter, which coincidentally has the exact same number of words (minus this note) than the other one! I have 3 questions for my readers,
1. Why is this not being hated on at all?? (Seriously, not even a thumbs down at the time of posting this)
2. Does this mean I should write a story on the weirdest shipping I have? (Discord X Starswirl)
3. Does this story make my butt look big?
