Twilight Has Planned Another Unknown Disaster

Load Full StoryNext Chapter

Twilight Sparkle waited in her humble abode awaiting the arrival of her friends completely unaware of the major consequences the new spell has in store for her. Spike on the other hand, (or rather hoof in these circumstances) couldn't stop worrying if the spell was completely dangerous. Twilight closed The Rings of Destiny, ( the new Daring Do book that Rainbow had lent her) when she heard a knock on the door.

"I'll get it!" Spike exclaimed as he ran down the steps.

"Well hello, Spikey Wikey!" Rarity said as she entered. Spike blushed furiously at the pet name Rarity had given him. As all the other ponies strode in, he shut the door behind him, and quickly went to sleep in his basket bed.

"Thank you so much for coming, girls." Twilight began. "With Celestia and Luna's permission, I can perform a spell that could possibly send us to another universe if done correctly." The other five ponies were impressed. High level magic is something Twilight hardly ever does because she only uses it for emergencies. She opened the spell book and began the spell. Suddenly, there was a blinding red light that could be seen for miles as it danced in every crevice of the tree house. Every pony started to panic, Rarity and Fluttershy even screamed. And finally, it stopped abruptly.

"Is everypony okay?" Applejack inquired.

"Wait, where's Rainbow Dash!?" Fluttershy shouted.

"Oh no. We need to find out where she is. If we don't, I won't be able to perform the spell to bring her back!" Twilight stated clearly panicked. "Well, it looks like we're going to have to study until we find something."

Soul Evans and Maka Albarn finished at the academy for the day and were about to turn in for the night when the bright red light appeared outside both their windows. They both rushed outside.

"What the he-" His thoughts were interrupted by what he saw. It was a young girl. About seventeen years old from the looks of her. She adorned bright rainbow-colored hair, deep magenta eyes, for some odd reason sharp teeth, a black leather jacket, a neon orange t-shirt, simple jeans, and atop her head, a black headband. She seemed to have passed out from the impact she took, so Maka and Soul rushed to her side and carried her over to one of Soul's spare bedrooms.

"What do we do?" Soul asked. Maka checked the girl's pulse and said, "We have to make sure she doesn't do anything too brash. She's already fairly injured from what seemed to be a great fall. We can't risk letting her hurt herself even more than she already has."

"How about we take her to Lord Death tomorrow?" Soul replied.

"I think if we tried getting her there, it would probably make her ache. I guess we should take care of her ourselves. I can't believe I'm saying this, but we need to skip class tomorrow!"

"No dur Sherlock. I guess this is a good time to put my medical skills to the test. You're lucky my parents were surgeons..." He slightly blushed for a second after he realized how cute she was when she was asleep... No! Stop it! No time for that now! It didn't take them long to get her to a spare bedroom and it get proper medical treatment. Luckily, she was still breathing, just a really heavy sleeper.

Little did they know that she wasn't of their world.
