Chapter 1: Apartment Complications
Chris looked down at a letter in his hand while he was walking.
Dear Chris
I am excited to have you trying to join Canterlot Collage and I look forward to seeing you again. I must say that you've grown into a considerable young man since last I saw you. I will be seeing you at your new apartment at around 4 o'clock to help you unpack and prepare for your exam. If you get the chance, tell your grandfather I said hello.

At least I don't have to pay rent thanks to the "suspiciously generous" offer by Cira. But the campus is at least a four hour walk! God if I had my car with me it'd be so much easier. Guess I better learn the tram schedule.
But it's nice to know that I had a friend with the higher ups within this school, thanks to my grandpa. But man it's been YEARS since I last saw Cira, I don't even remember what she looks like.
He climbed a flight of stairs and was soon standing in front of a rustic looking three story hotel. Chris scratched his head and looked at the address given to him.
Huh... the address is right. But there seems to be no one here.
He walked toward the door and knocked on it a couple of times. No response, so he tried again... still nothing.
"Hello?" He hollered, trying the knob. The door creaked open.
"Unlocked?... seems odd." Chris muttered to himself. He stepped inside, took of his sneakers and began to wander the long halls.
"Hello? Anyone here?" Chris hollered again, but was still greeted with silence.
Strange... this building seems abandoned. But it can't be because there were some shoes sitting near the entrance.
Chris started to open a few doors, both on upper and lower levels. Some doors were locked and those that weren't only contained basic furniture. He was getting more steamed up the longer he wandered.
"Jesus! How big is this palce?! I swear to god, if this is some kind of joke; I'm gonna kill..." Chris mumbled when he opened a door that lead to an open air spring.
"Wow. Classy."
He pondered at the idea of taking a bath in the spring.
Well, since no one is here. And I doubt anyone actually lives here, I guess I could wash of the sweat and anger from today.
Chris went off to the side locker room, set his backpack down and stripped. He grabbed a towel that barely reached down to his knees and tied it around his waist. Taking a dip in, he tensed up from the heat but soon relaxed when his body was fully in the water.
"Ah... this is nice." He said to himself, "This almost makes up for this pointless journey...almost."
After a few minutes, Chris heard a door open.
Huh? Someone's here? Could it be the other tenants?
Chris tried to focus his eyesight, but the steam from the hot spring was getting thick. Soon something poked from the haze. He rubbed his eyes and tried to wisp away the steam, but soon froze in shock from the sight.
Oh, don't tell me...
When Chris's sight became clear, he was staring a girl with very dark hair with a line of purple running through it. A girl who was NAKED, with only a towel in her hand and barely covering her nether regions.
"Ah, so nice an warm." The girl casually says, "Bathing is best in the mid afternoon, I believe."
WHO IS THIS!? Chris screamed in his head.
The girl then turns towards Chris with a sly grin.
Oh Shit. I don't like that look... He thought looking away.
"Hey, look. Don't you think..."
Chris turned back.
"That my boobs got bigger lately?" The girl asked, supporting her breasts under one arm.
Chris face was beyond hot and near to the point of melting off.
"Of course, they're nothing compared to yours." She stated, shifting closer to Chris.
Oh God, oh God, Oh God!!!! He thought as his entire body was just ready to combust.
"Let me squeeze them!" She jumps on to him.
"Whoa, please, don't! Not there!" Chris yelps, but her hand slipped off his shoulder and flew down south.
"Huh? What's this stiff thing?" She questions, "And it's getting harder."
Fuck...
The girl then grabbed a pair of glasses that was laying on the side of the spring and put them on. In a second, the glasses dropped into the water and the world seemed to freeze.
The two of them refused to utter a single sound for minutes on end.
"Uh..." Chris started, "I-I-I can explain..."
The girl took a deep breath and screamed at the top of her lungs.
"HELP! HELP! THERE'S A PERVERT IN HERE!!!!"
Shit! Gotta run!!!
Chris quickly got out of the spring and made a break for the locker door. He opened it and turned the corner but soon slammed into something soft and squishy. He looked up to see another girl, with large curls running through her bluish-purple hair.
"Huh? I've never seen you her before."
Chris immediately backed off, his mental shock rising.
"Rarity! Stop him! He's a pervert!" The previous girl shouted, busting through the door. By then, Chris was already sprinting across the halls, wearing nothing but his towel. Out of nowhere a third girl which outrageously curly pink hair came around the corner and accidentally tripped him. His inertia kicked in as he flew several feet and landed face first into the hard wood, before sliding a good 5 meters.
"Ow..." He groaned as the burning sensation spread across his face.
"There he is!"
Without thinking he got up and resumed the chase. Chris looked back to see his distance, but the girls were slowly gaining on him. When he looked back, there was a brief moment of seeing a white rod before it smacked him in the face. His feet kicked from under him and he fell down a flight on stairs before finally passing out from the impact on the ground.
When he finally came to, Chris found himself tied to a chair. His wrists were fastened and he was STILL in the towel. Looking up he saw six girls staring at him with hateful, vengeful disgust that made his heart sink. He also noticed that he was at the front entrance of the hotel.
"Who are you?!" The girl with dark hair yells.
"May I have my right to counsel?" Chris calmly asked.
"NO!" They all say in unison.
"Fine. My name is Chris." He continued.
"And why did you come here? To peep on us girls? Raid our panties?!"
"No. I came because I have a reservation on one of the rooms."
"Bullshit!" A girl with a blonde ponytail blurts out. Her southern drawl heavy in her voice, "This here building is for women only."
"Really? Then where's the sign?"
The girl points to the entrance where there was a small white plasterboard in the window. That read:
All girls dormitory. Males are prohibited.
"Huh? Well I'll be damned."
How the fuck could I have not seen that?!
A girl with a brilliant flurry of colored hair stepped forward and leaned in close to Chris's face. He got a good look at her eyes: intense and angry behind a shade of magenta.
"Why did you show your..." She gestures to his crotch, "to Fluttershy? We don't take kindly to exhibitionists."
"What?! When did that happen?" Chris questioned, baffled and slightly heated by the accusation.
"When you landed on the bottom floor after your tumble down the stairs." The girl responds.
"Uh Rainbow?" A nearly quiet voice spoke out.
"What is it Fluttershy?"
Rainbow moved and Chris saw her. Her lightly blond hair had a slight tint to it that gave the illusion of a pink rose color.
"It wasn't all that bad."
"WHAT?!" All the girls scream in unison.
"I mean... I-I didn't see much because it was so small..." she stuttered, blushing at the thought.
Chris felt his self-esteem get kicked in the groin from the statement. The remaining girls turned back and slowly stepped towards Chris; some began to crack their knuckles.
"Whoa, hold on, let's not be rash." Chris pleaded, but they fell on deaf ears.
"What is going on here?" A voice spoke out. The girls stopped at looked up, Chris turned his head as saw a sophisticated looking woman with flowing tri-colored hair, wearing a dark business suit. She had her eyebrow raised not of inquiry, but of interest.
"A violation of my 6th amendment rights." Chris stated before anyone could speak, earning him dirty looks.
"My, my Chris. How do you keep yourself into trouble like this?" The woman spoke again.
"...Cira?... Wait! You're Cira?!" Chris blurted.
"Headmaster Celestia?! You know this... this... sex offender?!" The girl with the dark hair hollered.
"Yes, Twilight. I knew his grandfather."
"Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy... I'd like to introduce you to your new neighbor." Celestia began.
"Who?" They all ask.
"I believe you've already met." She responds pointing to Chris.
"WHAT?!?!" They all scream, utter shock on their faces.
"No. NO. NO!!!" Twilight screamed, "This is unacceptable!"
"Would ya relax Twilight?" Applejack interjected, "I mean this is on Celestia's order."
"But this is a GIRLS dorm!!"
Chris was sitting on a nearby couch. He was glad he had pants on but he still felt the unsettling aura emitting from Twilight.
"Alright, I get it. Its unreasonable for a GUY to stay at a girls dorm. Sorry to cause you trouble." Chris stated, getting himself of the couch and grabbing his pack.
"Are you sure?" Celestia asked, "It would've saved you on rent. Though the commute would be tough."
"Ya, I guess." He responded.
"Because you attend Cancol (Canterlot College), right?"
"Well it's true that I'm trying to get in but..."
"YOU ATTEND CANCOL?!?!" The other girls yell in surprise?
"Well, no. But..." Chris tried to begin.
"Wow that's amazing! You really can't judge a book by its cover. Seriously you don't even look like a Cancol student." Rarity stated, not listening to him in any way.
"What's your major?" She asked.
"Uh... Graphic Arts... but I'm really..."
"Did you hear that?! An artist! I'll bet his works are hung for all to see!!"
Damn it, they just won't listen to me!
"How can you guys just let this go so easily?!" Twilight broke in again.
"Oh come on. What's wrong with him staying one night?" Rarity asked.
"But..."
"Or? Would you really throw him out onto the street? Cold and alone."
"They say that surprise meetings give rise to opportunity of morals. You really are cold Twilight." Rainbow Dash stated.
"You're so mean Twilight." Pinkie Pie jumped in.
Twilight bit her lower lip before letting out a heavy sigh.
"Fine. I guess it wouldn't hurt for one night." She finally said.
"Then it's settled... Welcome to the Starswirl Inn!!!" Applejack greeted.
Chris was almost taken aback the willingness to let him stay, though he knew that it wasn't going to last long. Celestia showed him the room he would be staying at. He noticed it was on the second floor on the west side of the building. Part of the room led off to a balcony and there was a second section for a bathroom and workspace. He laid his backpack on the side of the room and stepped onto the balcony. The view was breath taking, being able to see the ocean on a sunny afternoon and bits of the towns buildings peeking over trees.
Man, I could get used to a view like this.
"I never knew that the Cancol title had such power behind it." Chris sighed, "If only they would listen to me."
"Oh, Hello there." A voice breaks through his thoughts.
"Gah! Rarity?" He yelped.
"So you remembered my name?" She slyly stated, slowly walking towards him. His face getting hot by the encounter.
"Look, I know that you're a Cancol student... but your also a man. So I can understand if you want to peep, grope and steal panties." Rarity giggled.
"That's not it I tell you!!" Chris retorted. His face was more flushed with frustration than with embarrassment.
"Say, Rarity... can I ask you a question?" Chris began once he cooled down a little, "Why does she hate me?"
"Who?"
"The girl with the long, dark hair."
"Oh Twilight? Probably because you saw her naked."
"Makes sense."
"Do you like girls with long hair?"
"No-uh-I mean-wait, that's not what I meant..." Chris stumbled over his words.
Heh heh heh. Just as I thought, he has no experience with girls whatsoever!
"Say, do you have a girlfriend, Chris?"
"Wha-? No. But let's be honest here, with my 'devilish' looks and 'sculpted features', do I even look like I could get one?" He stated, words dripping with sarcasm.
"Well... you do have a sort of charisma."
"Never heard than before..."
"But still." Rarity continued. "I've always wanted a boyfriend from Cancol."
"Where are you going with this?" Chris asked, slightly flustered, and a little suspicious.
"I'm sure its quite bold of me to come out and say that without knowing how you feel." She said, lightly gripping his wrist.
"W-w-what do you mean?!" Chris stuttered, his arm refusing to move except where Rarity was guiding it. His face was getting heated again but multiple thoughts zooming in his mind at the same time.
"Just feel my heart..." Rarity brought his hand to her breast, "beating fast."
Gaaahhhh!!!!!!" Chris's mind screamed and shattered. His body was frozen but the sensation in his hand was warm and soft.
"Hey! What are you two doing in here?!" Twilight yells busting the door open, Rainbow Dash following suit.
"Wait! Wait! I can explain!" Chris began, "I didn't do anything, right Rarity?"
Rarity was on her knees, hands in her eyes to wipe away tears.
"He groped me while saying: 'Is this how you like it?'"
"WHAT?!?! NO! THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED!"
Chris looked over Twilight's shoulder and saw Rainbow slapping a metal baseball bat in her hand. Her eyes pierced him and she mouthed one word to him: 'Die.'
"Come on Rarity, get away from this pervert!" Twilight barked.
"Ok." Rarity replied, wiping the tears away. As she walked out, Chris noticed a sly smile spread on her face. Chris's mouth was agape, but he didn't say anything; not like they would listen to him anyway. His door slammed and he stood frozen for minutes. He then slumped to the floor and scratched his head at recent events.
"Why do these things happen to me? It's like I'm on a bad hidden camera show."
But Rarity's tits... I never thought that it would be that soft. Like a... marshmallow.
Chris snapped back to reality and found that he had been sweating abundantly for the show Rarity put on. So much than there were dark spots on his jeans. He took them off and hung them over a coat hanger in the closet. But he was still sweating on his brow. He noticed a box of tissue paper on the coffee table and grabbed a few to dab his forehead. There couldn't have been a more perfect time to cause mass unrest than when he brought his hand to his side, because at that moment the door opened.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you... the bathrooms are..." Twilight began before slowly cutting of her words.
You have got to be kidding me. Chris thought before he was running for his life again, Twilight following him with a broom in hand and swinging.
"Geez, no matter where I go I always seem to find Twilight in some award scenario that ends with me running like I'm in the Equestrian Games." Chris muttered to himself has he walked to the bathroom. Without knocking he opened the door but froze in place. The toilet was occupied by none other than Twilight, her panties around her ankles.
"Sorry! My mistake!!" Chris hollered as he was running, Twilight close behind swing her broom. For hours more, Chris was followed by Twilight, armed and ready to swing at him again. He tried speeding up and trying to lose her, but she either kept pace or found him again.
"Why are you following me?!" Chris finally asked.
"Making sure you don't try anything." She responded.
Jeez, why does she treat me like I'm her arch nemesis?
"Oh, Uh. H-hello." Fluttershy jubbled, appearing out from around the corner.
"Oh, hey Fluttershy."
"Can... can I ask you something?"
"Sure, ask away."
Twilight gave Chris the stink eye again.
"Um, I wanted... to know if you would help me with studying?"
"WHAT?!" Twilight gaped.
"Oh, sure. I should be able to handle high school problems. What's the subject?" Chris asked, walking after Fluttershy. Twilight still standing with eyes nearly popping out of her sockets.
"Ok, so you convert this into volts... Carry the seven... and that should give you the amps." Chris tutored, Fluttershy listening intently and taking notes. Twilight was off to the side while Chris and Fluttershy were sitting on a bench in the courtyard.
God, I don't remember physics being this technical.
"There, that should help you solve the rest."
"Oh wow! Thank you!" Fluttershy stated, her face beaming with gratitude. Chris would help but smile a little, though it was short lived as Twilight whacked him on the head.
"OW!"
"Ahem." She bluntly says.
"What's your problem? It's very distracting when you're behind me all the time." Chris retorted.
"I can't let a pervert like you be alone with her!!"
"Pervert?! What did I do to deserve this?!"
"You did enough! You peeped and then there was the incident with the bathroom!"
"How many times do I have to say it to get it in that thick skull of yours?! It. Was. An. Accident!"
"Um, please don't fight." Fluttershy broke in, a worried expression on her face, "He was just helping with my studies."
"I see... then maybe you can help me too." Twilight said, her expression cold.
I don't like where this is going.
"Can you solve these?" She asked, pulling out a thick pocket book.
"Uhp... P-previous questions for the Cancol exam!!" Chris exclaimed, dumbfounded.
"Yes." Twilight continued, "Besides, if you really are a Cancol student, then these should be cake walk."
"Uh..." Chris looked at the book, but then turned to Fluttershy; her eyes where lit up like the sun. They were so filled with admiration and hope.
God damn, how will I get out of this...wait. They think I'm a Cancol student, but I can't prove that I'm not. If I get these wrong. I can't let them think wrongly for long.
"The first answer is (D)." Chris started, throwing the book over his shoulder, not even giving it a second look, "the second is (A), third is (B) and fourth is (C)."
"What?!" Twilight gasped.
Now they'll see how stupid I am... god that was bittersweet.
"They're all correct... that's incredible!" Twilight continued, utterly baffled.
WHAT?!?!? Chris thought, feeling like someone stuck an arrow though his brain.
"Wow Chris you're amazing!" Fluttershy cheered.
"Wait a minute!" Chris pleaded.
"You solved them without even reading the problems! I guess I underestimated a Cancol students abilities." Twilight said without taking her eyes off the book.
"I never knew you where so smart!" Fluttershy continued.
"Oh, thanks."
"Giving Fluttershy the perverted eye. Eh, Chris?" Rainbow Dash appeared out of nowhere, a large knife near to his throat, "Hooking up with high school undergrads is a felony you know."
"Please forgive me..." Chris begged.
"Well Twilight, looks like your plan failed." Pinkie playfully stated, bouncing into the courtyard.
"Chris, this way." Fluttershy whispers, dragging Chris behind her.
As he followed Fluttershy, Chris was up on the third floor roof, but the spot almost took his breath away.
"Wow, I haven't seen a view like this since I went island hopping in the west oceans." Chris said.
"I like this spot because if the view and the birds that fly by here." Fluttershy responded. For a few minutes, the two of them enjoyed the scenery.
"Hey, can I ask you something? And please don't laugh at me."
"Huh? Ok, shoot."
"How did it feel when you got into Cancol on your first try?"
"Oh, about that, I'm not really..." Chris began.
"I bet it felt wonderful." Fluttershy continued, not listening to him, "Since... I'm bad at studying...I'm sure... that I'll never get into Cancol." Fluttershy stated, a somber expression on her face yet there was a hint of content.
"What! That's not true!"
"Huh?"
"You CAN get into Cancol!"
"Oh Chris, you say that because you're smart."
"Being smart has nothing to do with it! Really!" Chris's voice was getting more and more excited, "You can't just give up without even trying. If you work hard and study, anyone can get into Cancol."
Chris's words were reaching towards Fluttershy, building up inspiration.
"I mean, look at me... a schmuck like me was able to."
Oh Shit...
There was a moment of silence before Fluttershy spoke up.
"Thank you. Thank you very much! My grades have been falling and I was feeling down about it." Fluttershy giggled, feeling more and more joyous.
"But you cheered me up! Thank you!" She hollered, running back down to the balcony, a wide smile on her face.
"Um..." Chris muttered, frozen in place.
WHAT DID I JUST DO?!?!?!?
