Spike blinked twice before breaking out into uncontrollable laughter, "You guys are funny! Y-y-y-y-ou want to plan a j-j-j-j-jailbreak!"

"Its not a joke Spike." said Matilda

"S-s-s-sure! And next you'll b-b-b-be telling m-m-m-me its a jailbreak from C-c-c-c-c-anterlot Castle!"

"Actually it is."

Spike instantly sobered and pulled the group inside, "Are you crazy!?"

"No, we just need to get everyone back." said Rikky

"So your crazy."

"Spike?" called Twilight, walking in the room, "There you are. Oh, hi Penelope, Patrick, Matilda, and Rikky."

"Hi Twilight?" said Patrick, confused.

"Yes?"

"Nothing. We just had a few questions for Spike.."

"Ok, but Spike make sure you get those new books cataloged for me.", said Twilight as she headed toward the kitchen.

"Yes Twilight."

"Ok, that makes no sense!" said Penelope

"What makes no sense?"

"Twilight being here and not locked away somewhere!!"

"Yeah," said Patrick, "She shouldn't be here. She should be with the rest of the adults. Locked away in Canterlot."

"Well Rarity, RD,AJ, Shy, and Pinkie are still around too." said Spike.

"Didn't you say that they had gone to Canterlot before the attack when all the adults dissapeared?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"No reason Spike. We'll come back later to talk about the thing."

"'The thing'? Oh the Jailbreak... Alright."

"Yeah, but don't tell anyone." said Patrick, heading towards the door.

"Sure, I'll see you guys around," said Spike, waving.

"Let us OUT!" Rainbow Dash, yelled shaking the bars of the cage she was in, "I can't stay like this! I'll go crazy!!"

Rainbow's clothes were torn, she had gashes on her legs, arms, and face from multiple beatings. She felt broken and was on the verge of insanity. She sat down in the cage, curled up in a ball and started to cry. The rest of the mane 6 weren't fairing any better. Fluttershy looked just as bad as Rainbow. Her clothes were torn and she had a long gash that ran from her ear to her mouth. Since it was still fresh, blood ran down her face on to her long sleeved pale yellow sweater, staining it. Rarity had burn marks all over. They weren't severe but they bubbled, blistered and stung. AppleJack had cuts, scrapes, and burns all over. Her yellow plaid bandana was now the color of dried blood and so was the collar of her shirt. Pinkie's hair had deflated and was the only one left mostly unscathed since most of her damage was done physiologically. Twilight was worst of them all. She was so battered and beaten that you couldn't see her natural skin tone anymore. No physiological damage had been done but her eyes seemed empty and dark.

Rainbow felt a pair of hands lift her off the ground. Not even bothering to look up, she felt her legs being forced into a walking position. She was then dragged into a dark room with chains hanging of the wall. The guards forcefully spread her wings to chain them to the wall. Once she was secured onto the wall, the guards walked back toward the door. Nightmare Moon walked into the room.

Rainbow glanced up, "Your a bitch you know that?"

"You say that every time I come in here. So, yes I know that." replied Nightmare Moon, calmly.

Rainbow paused for a beat and then mumbled, "Princess Celestia."

"Hmm?"

"Every time you come in here you ask, 'Who do you pledge alligence to?' and I'm giving a reply a head of time."

Nightmare Moon blinked before grabbing one of the weapons off the wall, an electric whip to be exact, "Well then we can just move on then."

Rainbow's eyes nearly doubled in size. She felt the whip connect with her body and send an electric shock thoughout her body. She felt blood coming up in her throat but kept her mouth closed and her screams silent. Rainbow didn't know how long this went but it felt like forever. Finally Nightmare Moon stopped hitting her and walked towards her.

"Anything you would like to say?" Nightmare Moon asked, a smirk forming on her lips.

Rainbow spat the blood she had been holding in her mouth at Nightmare Moon, hitting her square in the face, "Yeah, your still a grade A bitch!" She grinned showing her red teeth.

Nightmare Moon wiped the blood off her face, her smirk turned to an evil grin, "Maybe messing with your mind might change your opinion."

"Yeah and my names Yogi Bear!"

Smirk, "Well then I suggest you start stealing picnic baskets Yogi."

Patrick was lying on his back in his bed facing the ceiling, thoughts running through his mind at full speed. How? How are Twilight and her friends still here.. They can't be! .A knock on his door took him from his thoughts.

"Pat? Are you awake?" asked Penelope, opening his door slightly.

"Yeah," said Patrick, sitting up, "What's up?"

"I was wondering, how are we going to save our parents anyway. Rikky can hardly fly. My magic isn't very strong. Matilda isn't very strong. You have the best qualifications of all of us."

"Well, we'll train. Get stronger, faster, better. Then we'll go."

"How will we get there?"

"Walking. Flying... I'll get Rik strong enough were he can carry Matilda and I can carry you. The annaversery money will have to go towards this expedition. Since that one guard knows what we look like and a few of them know what Rik and Matilda look like were gonna have to dye our hair."

"Seems like you got it all figured out."

"Pretty much."

"Pat?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I stay in here tonight?"

"Why?"

"I dunno.. It makes me feel safe I guess."

Patrick looked at his sister, "Sure"

Penelope climbed under the covers over her bothers bed. Patrick pulled the blankets up around his sister. Settling in next to her, Patrick let his thoughts take over again. Right before he fell asleep he had a startling thought, What if.... their dead...
