Quick Shot looked back at the train station as he made his way to Rainbow’s cloud to meet her for Nightmare night. He sauntered into Ponyville’s market center and found Onyx with what appears to be a shopping list and his saddle bag, “Maybe he knows where she is since he lives here.” He said to himself

“Hey!” He said as Onyx turned around smiling and giving him a brohoof.

“What brings you around, well besides Rainbow, hehe” He smirked as he put his list away.

“Actually that’s why I came here, well and to celebrate Nightmare Night here with you guys.”

Quick looked around to see if there was any of her friends around, “No but I plan to soon. I mean we have so much in common and we’ve done it so many times now.” He said the last part in a low voice.

Onyx was about to say something when Pinkie Pie popped out of the basket of carrots that was behind them, startling both of them and said to them, “Aww that’s soo cute! Right as soon as he left Quick remembered that he wanted to ask Onyx if she had seen Rainbow. He then picked up an apple that was on a nearby sales table and stuffed it in her mouth.

“She should be in the library catching up on some Daring Do reading from what I last remember” She said smiling.

Quick put on a smile and paid for the apple that he placed in her mouth and thanked her for the help. He left the market looking back at Onyx with Twilight nuzzling each other and hoped that one day that’ll be him and his Rainbow.

“No, not one day. Today.” He said as he made his way to the library hoping that Pinkie was right and she was still there. He entered the library and looked around when he caught her rainbow mane, she was laying down near the fireplace reading a Daring Do book and she was narrating it slightly loud.

Quick just sighed and told him what he wanted. “Well I just wanted to know if you could put a cloud walking spell on me…” He said plainly.

“What? For Rainbow Dash?” He said, his smirk returning back to his face.

“Yes… I’m her lover and I haven’t seen her house yet.” He said blushing.

“You know I haven’t ever seen you blush Quick.” He said smiling. “Well shifting from that notion, let’s get you that cloud walking spell.” Onyx said putting the sake of fake spiders on the ground and leading him inside the library.

“Onyx I’m not in the mood to do a complex spell.” Twilight whispered to him in a corner of the library.

“Come on my starred princess it’s just a cloud walking spell.” He whispered back to her then taking a peak at Quick who was looking at a Daring Do book.

“So you’re going to take me right here in the heart of the town? A bit daring isn’t it?” She said laying back down looking at the now night sky.

“Isn't that what you wanted? There are some ponies still running around the town but I’m sure that nopony will notice us if we’re quiet.” He said nipping her ears.

Rainbow just giggled and looked deep into his eyes “I love you.”

He returned the gaze, “I love you too.”

Quick broke the gaze closing his eyes and leaned in giving her a kiss, her tongue poked at the edges of his lips, asking permission to enter his mouth. He met her with his tongue, wrapping it around hers like a snake on a mouse.
