"Twilight. We have two weeks until Hearth's Warming. You have to stop stressing about the decorations! The ornaments are over there, I'm going to get my stocking ready."
"Ok. Good. What's next? Oh my gosh! Garland!"
"Spiiike!! We need garland we don't have any in the library!"
Other than the garland and a few other small problems here and there, the library was shaping up beautifully this Hearth's Warming. The main entry room had a big Hearth's Warming tree, capped off by a beautiful depiction of Princess Celestia adorning its tip. Red, blue, and white ornaments filled its green pines with color, accompanied by ropes of silver and gold tinsel spiraling opposite each other up the tree. Also in the room were three wreaths, all framing gorgeous red bows. And soon to come were ropes of green garland with miniature versions of the bows within the wreaths at every droop, and, on Hearth's Warming Day, perfectly wrapped presents laid out underneath the tree.
Upstairs in the bedroom, wreaths laid on their sides on top of end tables, their green hues complemented by red candles of different sizes sticking up out of their centers. A big green wreath with gold and silver ornaments and a red bow at the bottom filled the snow-draped window. The balcony was decorated with ropes of tinsel dangling off the handrail, and it was covered with white, sparkly snow. And Spike's bed even had red and green flakes of confetti spread around the edges.
Finally, Twilight had returned with the garland from the Ponyville market. "Spike, I'm home, I brought the garland!"
