Ropes that Bind

   "Blade, oof, do you mind slowing, whew, down a'bit?" Ropes spat out with the last remaining air in his lungs. He sprinted through an entire jungle, non-stop, for two hours straight.

  " We are almost there lad, you'll get your pay soon 'nuf".  Blade wasn't lying either, after getting an Ariel View of the island, two ships were visible at a cove over the hill. They just need one to leave this place and sail to Canterlot Palace.

  " Alright lad here, take these and kill those two", he said unsheathing twin blades and hoof holsters. He motioned to the guards by the ship we wish to steal, " I will tend to the others, you need to kill the Captain of the ship and take the wheel for us". Ropes nodded to him in agreement.

  He motioned bushes to hide in to sneak upon them. Once ready, Ropes made his first blow. Using a nearby tree, Ropes flipped over the first guard and embedded his sword in the guards back. Using this momentum Ropes kick the other, landed upon him and sliced his throat, and was greeted with a fountain of blood.

Ropes then used his unique ability, enhanced senses of pirates, and located the Captain of the vessel. He was going to die slowly for killing Ropes' mates. Ropes ran up and brought the blades down with much effort, severing the left fore hoof. Chaining the attack, Ropes slashed the stallions left eye, lifted him up, and rammed him into a rowboat.

  " Sorry mate", Ropes said placing three barrels of gunpowder in the boat, " But your going off with a Bang". Cutting the boat free, he lit a piece of wood and chucked it into the rowboat. With a deafening bang the Captain was strewn across the waters surface.

  " Nice job lad, here", Blade tossed Ropes the purse ," All yours now".

  Ropes reached into the purse and pulled out a red gemstone shaped as a lightning bolt.

  " What is this gem? Never seen it before", he said while examining it.

  " Overheard Princesses Big Flanks, say that there were more and that they could stop entire armies, this is one out of six I heard, called them the Elements of Something or other. Found that to give a boost of strength and agility to get out of a jam.", he motioned to the gem and acted as if he was pressing it against his neck.

  Ropes mimicked him and saw a vision.

"Loyalty: An Element that provides strength against unfair odds. Princesses Luna possessed this Element in the Banishment of Discord. Allowing to be more in tune in combat Luna used this to stop King Sombra and hid the gem away. Using caution with this Element is needed as Loyalty alone cannot exist. Find the other Elements and stop this fray of sisters."

   "Ahhh!!! What was that!?"

   " What did you see lad? Did it show you the other Stones?" Blade was practically crawling on Ropes to know, eager to hunt for the treasures.

    " Nay, but the stone spoke to me and explained it's past and powers. If all the stones were used at once, then it could win this war on either side. Tell me, that uniform is Reformed Lunar Republic, then we can get in contact with Luna correct?".

   " Indeed, shall we sail there now?"

  " Yes we need help finding the others, and she hid a few of them 200 years ago so she could have an idea."

   " Lunar Island it is then lad, away with... wait we need to name the ship."

   " The Ghost?"

  " That'll do!!! Lunar Island is our next stop!!".
