David and Sam. Two colts born into a militaristic village where discipline, valor and self sacrifice are valued above all else. Where joining the "Shadows of Katsura" is considered the greatest honor a warrior can receive.
But unlike their fathers and ancestors the two colts were weak, clumsy and had no talent for combat. Best buddies in crime, they wreak untold havoc across their little village in desperate efforts to lighten up the gloomy mood, their village has adopted quite recently.
Unbeknownst to them, the dark mood of the villagers is due to an imminent war, slowly approaching the village's door step.
And when their ordinary, joyful life is shattered to pieces, they are forced to start a chain of events that will eventually leave a mark on the world.
