Before I could go to sleep I heard noise what sounded like guards talking and did what zecora said but instead of safety I was teleported right in front of the guards “TRAITOR!” I yelled and jumped through a window, I was greeted by fifty solar guards wielding their best spears. I was surrounded.

“stand down immediately or die!” the lead guard yelled.

Ok well time to exploit pony magic, I screamed “EVERYPONY DO THE FLOP!” and all the guards fell on their faces. I then proceeded to haul ass into the forest. The guards being quadrupeds were faster and caught up to me in seconds, the began to form a ring around me so I took off and went above the tree line but before I got high enough a spear flew from the dense forest and hit my wing knocking me out of the sky; instead of hitting ground I kept falling into a canyon that stood in front of an abandoned fortress. It didn’t take long before I hit the ground. When I looked up the guards hadn’t arrived yet so I played dead, if they came to investigate I would kill them.

After a few minute I heard voices above me “so is he dead?”

“looks like it, celestia didn’t say to grab his body but we have his sword so if she asks lets say we couldn’t find it”

“agreed lets go”

Shit I left my sword at zecora’s that’s bad. I waited a bit longer just to be safe and got up to examine my wing. It was impaled with a spear “GOD DAMN SON OF A BITCH WHORE!” I yelled. This fucking blows, they would never fly again and there is no way in hell anyone on earth can fix it. I removed the spear but before I tossed it aside, I realized I had no weapon so I held on to it.

After looking for a way out, It was getting dark so I grabbed some wood to start a fire.  When I walked into the cave I dropped the wood and stared. And alter made of basalt covered in dark blue gem stones, sitting on the alter was an axe so dark it was hard to look at. Black energy radiated off of it, inscribed into the hilt written in English ’the nightmare’. I picked it up and swung in into the alter. It cut threw the stone like butter. I twirled the axe once and set it down. I started a fire and stared into the flame waiting for the morning.

When I woke up only a few burning coals remained from the fire.  I stood up and picked up the axe and walked out into the canyon. I looked up and having found no way out, I began to climb up the side. It took me over half an hour but I finally got out. When I got out I saw the old castle and began walking towards it. When I got inside I was greeted by crumbling ruins and old artifacts. Before I went full archeologist I gathered a decent supply of food for the day.

Once my food situation was covered I began to explore the ruin I found an old library and after sifting through It and getting some useful books I piled the books and burned them all. Leaving a message in the ash for twilight if she ever came here.

THE FUTURE

“I WILL KILL YOU SAM!!” twilight screamed in pure rage and went solar flare when she found the burned tomes and the message.

THE PRESENT

I let out a chuckle at the idea of her finding this. Further exploration of the castle revealed and armory filled with hundreds of rusted crap and amour, but sitting in separate display cases three pristine weapons collecting dust. I opened the first case and in it was a long sword. I rubbed some of the dust off of it and in the hand guard it was inscribed ‘foe hammer’. I put the sword in its sheath and placed it on my belt by my waist. The next sword was a fancy looking machete inscribed ‘orcrist’. I placed it on my back.

The last sword was more like a long dagger and had no name so I placed opposite of the foe hammer and left the armory starting another fire for no fucking reason. The final room was the throne room were faded blue and gold tapestries adorned the walls. I walked up to the twin thrones and froze, a ghost stood in between the two, and not a nice looking one either. Its eyes hollow sockets and its mouth agape. Then it screamed like a banshee. I couldn’t hear it with my ears but in my soul the sound resonated horribly through me. I ran and ran until I was far into the forest and the castle was out of site.

Once I got far enough away I found another cave and set my weapons down, before I went to look for supplies I looked up and there was a mountain I didn’t notice before; I could hear a faint rumble. A dragon. I picked my weapons back up and began to scale the mountain, when I arrived at the top cave I set my weapons down to the side and cautiously walked in.

“WHO DARES ENTER MY DOMAIN?” the fire drake roared.

I dropped to my knees and hoped he knew I meant no harm.

“STAND UP OR DIE LIKE A COWARD!”

I quickly stood up and said “I am sorry to disturb you but I was looking for shelter and this cave seemed good enough”

“YOU THINK ME FOR A FOOL, I KNOW YOU WANTED MY GOLD AND JEWELS!”

“I swear I didn’t but if you want me to leave I will.”

“no… no don’t go I haven’t had decent company in eons.” he said much in what was to him a whisper.

“thanks I just need to sleep for the night and I can move on”

“sounds good but first lets celebrate!” he nearly spoke at his regular voice. He reached behind him and pulled out a huge barrel and set it down In front of me. “grab a mug friend let us drink.” well his mood changed.

I obliged and picked up the nearest ale cup holding it under the tap I filled my mug to the brim, frothy foam spilling out. “so how long have you been here?”

“about three millennia”

“Jesus Christ dude you’ve been asleep for that long?”

“no I wake up every five hundred years to stretch; so what has happen since I last woke up?”

“well if you know what humans are I have found out that my people are imprisoned, and I plan to free them from celestia.”

“hmmmm, yes I never liked celestia would it be ok if I joined you in freeing your people?”

“hell yeah we could use a dragon, maybe we could finally be realized as a true threat.”

“well feel free to take anything you need from my hoard as long as I am awake.”

“ok thanks do you mind if I go through it now?”

“go ahead take anything that could help you”

I began to dig and all I found was gold and antique swords, just before I gave up I found something that truly scared me. A mother fucking warhead with a nuclear hazard symbol. I backed up and the dragon asked me what’s wrong.

i pointed at the warhead “what this its just an old artifact” he said while tapping it.

“HOLY SHIT DON’T TOUCH IT!!”

He drew his hands back quickly “why what is it?”

“it’s a bomb!”

“so ive been hit by many magic bombs”

“no this bomb can wipe out enter cities!”

“but its so small that’s impossible”

“it uses a radioactive metal called plutonium and a detonator that split’s the atoms, and it released a huge amount of energy that can level series”

“your kidding me how do you know of this?”

“my people invented this weapon long ago, its what burned the earth once.”

“wow that is just… wow”

I walked over towards it and screwed the panel off inside was the complex system and enough plutonium to level manehatten.  Also there was a key that I made sure to grab. “do you mind if I take this off your hand?”

“please take it I cant think of what would happen if it ever got in the wrong hands”

“ok chances are I’m going to level part of equestria.”

“I will not ask how you will do that but go ahead, oh wait  I just forgot something.” he scratched the side of his head.

“what is it?” I asked suspiciously.

“a secret door behind that pile of gold.” he pointed towards a large mountain of gold. He moved towards it and cleared it aside; a huge and I mean a huge steel door was there and a hand scanner. I walked up to it and saw that it had power. “I tried burning it open but it wouldn’t melt.”

“that’s ok its made from something that isn’t steal, maybe a tungsten alloy.” I held my hand on the scanner and the door began to slide open. When it was opened a skeleton fell out because it died sitting down.

“well that doesn’t bode well”

“nah its ok it just ran out of oxygen.”

“if you say so”

When I walked in lights turned on and I found that the rest of the mountain was made this bunker. It was a large hollow room with large circular doors at the top and directly bellow them. I saw a control panel and pressed a button and the bottom and top doors open up and a plethora of ICBM’S rose from the ground. Light pored in and the dragon reminded me he existed.

“what are those!?” he had part of his head in the door staring in awe.

“these are the things that propel warheads across continents, and we have enough to wipe out any country on earth.” I could see greed in his eyes. “don’t you fucking dare think about it these weapons have killed nearly all of my people I will detonate them here before I let anyone that isn’t human touch them”

“fine, fine but if it needs to happen can anyone launch them?”

“if they are small enough yeah” I pressed the button again and a slot opened up for a key. I pressed the button again and the missiles descended back into the silo’s. I walked out and closed the door behind me.  “and if I see missiles of nuclear death raining from the sky that I didn’t launch I’ll kill you.”

“I hate to be rude but you couldn’t kill me.”

“give me a few a while and some old fashioned human tinkering and ill be able to mount you on my wall.”

“were you people always this violent?”

“no but we call those guys hippies.”

“well ok then I'm going to bed you can keep looking around, but don’t take anything without telling me I’ll know”

“yeah I'm going to bed but first let me bring my swords that I got from an old castle inside first”

“swords, from the old castle”

“yeah that castle about a thousand feet west from here, why?

“celestia and Luna used to live there, just imagine the valuable tomes that lay untouched.”

“I burned them”

“WHAT!?” he roared causing the mountain to shake a little.

“yeah I thought that if celestia’s right hand bitch got a hold of them she could use them to her advantage, but I took a few because I like reading.”

“which ones did you bring back?”

I took a few books out “I got a the first copy of the hobbit, a guide on high grade explosives from plants and, how to summon demons for any non unicorn.”

“why didn’t you burn them?”

“because I want to see celestias’ face when I summon the devil and he eats a nearby pony corpse.”

“well aren’t you just a little ray of sunshine.” he dead panned.

“yep bright as day, but that’s not the point the point is I am declaring official war on equestria and its allies and ill show them what I can do in the badlands.”

“and what would that be?”

“I’m going to detonate this bomb just to show them they are fucked.”

“and what if equestria surrenders?”

“then Celestia frees my people and that’s that.”

“what if they don’t surrender?”

“then her country will burn and my people will be set free.”

“so either way you win?”

“now your getting it!” I said. “now lets go to bed I’m tired as fuck.

When I woke up it was time to haul ass, Celestia sent a search party just to make sure I was dead so I had to sneak out of his cave unnoticed while the dragon distracted them. Once I was away with my nuke I might add, I made my way to ponyville. It was time to sneak on a train to the griffon kingdom.

After a while I got to the borders of the town, ducking in alleys. Once I got near the train station I ran to the ticket booth and asked him when the next train to the griffon kingdom was. He said they didn’t go that far but they have a train going to stalliongrad ready. I handed him some money and boarded somehow taking all my weapons and a nuke.

A few minutes after I sat down I heard voices outside.

“well why did he attack the princess?” a familiar voice said. I froze not being able to move

“that’s what were going to find out, Celestia said we would find him In the griffon kingdom so that’s were we are headed.”

“why do we have to go to the meat eaters country?” that snobbish voice said.

“because we need to find him we don’t know what he co-” she stopped as she came into the car I was sitting in.

“why hello there I was just on my way to the griffon kingdom care to join me?” they all froze like dear in head lights. Before I could respond applejack and rainbow dash had me pinned to my seat.

“why did you attack Celestia what did she ever do to you freak!?” rainbow yelled at me.

“words cant explain the horrors she brought upon my people, but with that let me ask you a question; where did Celestia come from?”

“in the begging there was nothing, then there was Celestia and Luna; in turn they created the world and stars.” twilight said

“and what lies beyond the stars?”

“nothing of course”

“wrong, other planets, other moons galaxies and black holes and even more dwell in the depths of space.”

“but Celestia said there is nothing!”

“yes and there was a civilization that existed before you and Celestia”

“and what would that be genius?!” rainbow dash said.

“humans, the bringers if fire and death, the ones who have no ruler, we are the creators of weapons that you couldn’t even fathom!”

“prove it!”

“stick with me and I will, I’m going to contact the griffon king and he will contact the other leaders of the world and I will show them what I can do In the badlands, your free to watch the fireworks will be amazing.”

“do you think fireworks will impress us?” rainbow asked like I was an idiot.

“no rainbow I think he means something much bigger and deadlier; that’s what you have beside you right?”

“yep this is a nuclear warhead powered by the fission of plutonium to create a huge amount of uncontrolled energy”

“and what are you going to solve with it?”

“you will see.”

They all took their respective seats and the train started up. After a few minutes a removed a panel on my arm and pulled out some ear buds, plugging them into an audio jack I found a song I liked.

After about and hour fluttershy walked over to my seat “hey flutter shy what brings you to this part of the neighborhood?”

She whispered “I just wanted you to know that twilight sent princess Celestia a letter, she and a large battalion of soldiers will capture you once we arrive.”

“why are you telling me this?” I said looking at the other’s who had their backs turned.

“every pony deserves a chance and this is mine to you”

“thank you very much, also don’t say every pony its racist” I picked up my belongings started walking towards the bathroom which was in the second to last car.

“hey where are you going?!” rainbow dash stopped me as I opened the car door

“I have to use the bathroom”

“then why are you taking all of your stuff?”

“because if you ponies somehow reverse engineer this thing I would kill myself.” as soon as I left the car I hauled ass to the back once I made it I was preparing to jump when twilight appeared behind me a magical dagger at my throat.

“I cant let you do this Sam, Celestia has told me to keep you here and I will follow that order.” I climbed up on the rail preparing to jump. “no at this speed you wont survive!”

“peace traitor!” I said as I jumped off the train. My legs impacted the track and I started to roll protecting the swords and the warhead I tumbled until I came to a complete stop. I stood up and began to haul ass away from the track.
