The Salamander of Equestria

All through the Everfree Forest there was silence so silent that you could drop a feather and hear it. If there wasn't a battle hardened warrior doing what he thought was right in this situation. Which was to bang his head repeatedly into a tree again and again. While the cutie mark crusader just watched him and trying to hold in their laughter.

"So,' Sweetie Belle began 'how long do you think he's been doing this." and she let out a laugh as Zin banged his head again on the tree.

"Umm about ten minutes I think," answered Scootaloo

They finally heard the banging stop and looked over at Zin who was now leaning against the tree with his forehead on it. The cutie mark crusader's shared a glance with each other and Apple Bloom walked over to him.

As Zin was leaning against the tree he had a thousand thoughts going on through his mind.

"Why am I not dead or for that matter in the afterlife and most importantly why did I bang my head against that tree," thought Zin, "I need to be more careful. This world probably doesn't have a cure for my poison. I need to find what -Zin felt a hand only with fur on his arm and looked at the one that was named Apple Bloom looking at him with concerned eye's.

"Are you ok, mister?"

Zin just looked at her and replied with a fake smile even though no one could see it.

"I'm fine...Apple Bloom was it?" causing her to nod her head  "I was just thinking."

Apple Bloom smiled. "Ok mister!"

Zin just laughed and replied "No need to call me mister. You gave me your name so I'll give you mine. The name's Zin."

The cutie mark crusader's looked at him then laughed which caused Zin to be confused. "What's so funny?"

Scootaloo was the first to speak but with difficulty. "you...said our name's are weird but yours is just funny." and she fell onto her back laughing.

Zin sweat dropped and thought "I did deserve that for calling their name's weird but come on! My name is not that funny." Even though Zin was getting laughed at he couldn't help but smile at them. "Maybe I'll find what I was looking for here." The three had  finally stopped laughing and Zin noticed that they weren't smiling and instead looked that they were about to cry so Zin walked over toward them and kneeled down in front of them.

"What's wrong?"

"Our sisters are probably worried about us and.....we don't know how to get out of here!" Sweetie Belle shouted.

Zin just looked at them and replied "I don't know what this place is but....I will get you out of here if you let me," Zin held out his hand to Apple Bloom who just looked at him. She wiped  her eye's and asked "You Pinkie promise?"

Zin looked confused but answered anyway "I pinkie promise." "No! You have to through the motions,"answered Scootaloo

"...Ok what's the motion's?"

All three went through the motion's with their hand's and said "'Cross My Heart, Hope to Fly, Stick a Cupcake in my Eye!' and stuck their hand by their eye. Zin just stood there with a sweat drop on the back of his head.

"...o.....k" was going through Zin thought. "Do I really have to that?"

The three just looked at him then huddled and spoke with each other quietly then turned and gave Zin the three biggest puppy eyes.

Zin looked at them twitching till he sighed and went threw the motion's. 'Cross My Heart, Hope to Fly, Stick a Cupcake in my ow!'till he poked his eye.

"Yay we have a new friend!" the three then jumped on him and hugged him while Zin stood there shocked till he returned it. The four hugged for about a minute and finally broke it up and Zin stood up and walked over to his weapon he put on the ground while banging his head against the tree.

Zin picked his weapon up and spoke "Let's go find your sister's shall we," causing the three to smile and walked beside him.

"By the way Zin,are you you a pony?" asked Apple Bloom.

Zin just replied "No. I'm a human." The cutie mark crusader's were confused but didn't ask or say anything. "So is it ok if I asked some question's?"

"Sure," answered the cutie mark crusader's.

In the other part of the forest was the Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Rairty also known as the elements of harmony bearers. They were all trying the cutie mark crusaders without being nosy "Apple Bloom,Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo! Where are you!?.....or not.

"I thought we were trying to be quite?" asked Twilight causing Applejack, Rainbow, and Rarity to sheepishly smile. "We are all worried but we will find them" finished Twilight with a smile.

"Where could of they gone."

"I don't know Rainbow," replied Twilight. Rainbow looked and then looked back up with determination in her eye's.

"ooo ooo maybe they found gold inside a tree and decided to keep it all for themselves and are secretly planning to take over the." PINKIE!

"Really darling, I don't think they would find gold let alone try to take over the world," Rarity spoke.

"Shh I hear something," The rest of them became quiet and heard voices one which sounded like "Apple Bloom! And Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo! but who is that other voice."

The girl's slowly crept to where they were hearing the voice's and crouched in the bushes'.

They saw their sister's with...."What is that thing!?"

"Hmm it walk's like us but from looking at it. It doesn't look like a diamond dog."

"It has Scoots!" shouted Rainbow and she took off in full flight at the thing.

"Who care what it look's like it has ma sister!" shouted Applejack as she ran at the....thing.

"Girl's wait started Twilight but both of them were already gone. "That thing could hear us." Twilight thought as she saw it turned in their direction when she spoke.

"So your world is ruled by your four princess's. One that move's the sun and the other the moon and the one named Twilight Sparkle just became one a month ago and one has the power of.....love," Zin start's rubbing his head with his hand. "Also there has never been a war since a thousand year's ago." causing the cutie mark crusader's to nod yes.

"You also have three different type of ponies as well." causing them to nod again.

Sweetie began to explain "Yep. There's earth ponies who don't have wing's or horns but are stronger then the other two. Unicorn's have horn's and can do magic but each one has a different magic aura." Sweetie Belle took a breath before she continued "Then there's the pegasus who have wing's and can fly."

"What type are the princess's?" "They are alicorns." What? "They are a combination of a unicorn and Pegasus." Ok

"Moving the moon and sun hmm seems far fetched but then again I'm in a new world. Heh next thing I know they will be able to make rainbow's. Also.......this world sound's perfect. Only if my world was like that." thought Zin.

"Ok. Another question. Why did you name yourselves the cutie mark crusader's?"

"Well Zin it's because we haven't earned our cutie mark's yet." "What?"

"it's when we discover our special talent's. When we do a mark of that talent will appear on one of our body part.

"Ummm where exactly?"

"Anywhere on us," answered Sweetie Belle.

Zin thought in his head "Anywhere!? What the hell!?" He shook his head to clear his thought's.

"Why are you asking Zin. "Don't you have one?"

"Umm my race don't get those" "WHAT!?"

"How do you know what your special talent is then?"

"You don't. You discover what you good at through practice and when you think you know what is you stick with it and never give up on it even when the odd's are telling you can't." Zin stopped walking causing the cutie mark crusader's to stop walking as he turned to look at them. "You will discover what your talent is in due time." spoke Zin with a eye smile.

Zin went to turn but heard voices over in a bush and looked over to his right. He saw "Rainbow hair?"

"Apple Bloom! And Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo! but who is that other voice."

"That must be their sisters."

"It has Scoots!" Zin heard those word' a well a swoosh coming right at him. "She is coming full force at me with no control so all I have to do is step- Zin stepped to the side as it went passed him and he heard a *thunk* against a tree- aside" finished Zin as he turned to look at what hit the tree and saw it was the one who had Rainbow hair who had her face against the tree. He looked more closely at and saw she had a very light cerulean fur. She also had wing's coming out of her t-shirt which was a gold and aquamarine along with a winged bolt on the back that also said wonderbolt's are the best. She also had sweat pant's that were the same color as her shirt but with nothing on it. He looked to see turn around and her shook her head and opened her eye's and he saw that they were a moderate cerise.

As Zin was looking at her he heard another noise coming behind him and "Sighed" Zin and he turned only to move his head to the left as a fist went past his head and as it did he grabbed the wrist with his right hand and grabbed the arm with his other hand and threw whoever it was toward Rainbow causing the person to land next to her.

Zin looked closer at the person and saw it was a she. She had a light brilliant gamboge fur. Her hair was pale, light grayish olive hair that at the end was tied in a know with a red band. Her eye's were a moderate sap green. She was wearing blue jeans' and was wearing a orange t-shirt with a red apple on it.

"Hmm they both are beautiful if you get past the difference.."Zin sweat dropped as he saw them both glaring at him "Though I'm not sure about their glaring."

"Sister!" Apple Bloom and Scootaloo both ran over to them and hugged them and their sister's returned their hugs.

The rest of the girl's walked out of the bush and as they did Sweetie Belle ran over to her sister and hugged her.

Zin looked at the rest of them closely.

The one hugging Sweetie Belle had  Light gray fur that seemed white. Her hair was moderate indigo, and on the shadowed side, a gradient of dark mulberry to moderate mulberry and seemed like it was properly taken care of. Zin looked closer and saw her eye's were a moderate azure with light cornflower bluish gray eye shadow. She was wearing a dress that was violent and it went down to her knees. He also saw that she had a horn on her head like Sweetie Belle. "Hmm that must be her sister as well."

Zin looked to the next one that had pale, light grayish mulberry fur and moderate sapphire blue hair. Her eye's were moderate violet. She also had a horn and wing's out of her back "Hmm must be Twilight," He looked and saw she was wearing a lavender dress that went down to her knees.

The last one had pale, light grayish gold fur. Her hair was a pale, light grayish rose. Her eye's were moderate cyan. She was wearing a green sweater that went up to her neck. She was also wearing blue pant's and on the side of the pant leg was a sunflower.

Zin watched as the cutie mark crusader's hugged their sister's but made sure to keep a eye on them aleast he wound of if he didn't have something pink in his face.

"Hi there!" Zin just blinked as he heard the pink....voice speak which sounded female.

"How did she get in front of me?" "I Have no idea' ".........what?"

"HiImPinkiePiebuteveryonecallsmeoohdoyoulikepartiesIdoandIreallylovetomakenewfriend'swhatsyournamemister" As the pink....female kept continuing to talk He looked more closely at her. He saw she had a pale, light grayish raspberry. Her hair was a brilliant raspberry and her hair was "Puffy?" He also noticed her eye's were a light cerulean color.

He just looked at her as she kept "How can she talk this long without breathe?"

"Pinkie get away from that thing, "shouted Rainbow

"He's not a thing silly willy. He's a human."

"......how did you?"

"Muffin button" ".....What?

"Pinkie that didn't make any sense."

"Doesn't matter it had my sister so come on put them up put them up" Rainbow said as she put her hand's into fists and were swinging at Zin while using her wings to hover in the air.

"I agree with you on that"

"But" no but's Sweetie Belle that monster will not harm you all" He's not a monster!"

"What?" "Yea he saved us from timberwolf's. He was like swoosh bang" Scootaloo said as she was making sign's with her hand "But he wasn't cool as you though Rainbow."

"Is this true Apple Bloom?" "Yes" Applejack looked at them then sighed and said "She's telling the truth." causing Rainbow to land on her feet with a embarrassed expression.

Twilight just looked  more closely at Zin trying to see what she could get on him. "He's just standing there with a calm expression on his face. He's also has a strange weapon and what's with the mask."

Apple Bloom and Scootaloo looked at their sister's with their puppy eye's and their sister's tried to ignore it till they both sighed and walked toward Zin who just watched them as they approached him. Both the girl's eye's were looking all around avoiding Zin eye.

".....sorry" "Hmm?" We said we are sorry! We didn't mean Rainbow felt a hand on her shoulder and saw one on Applejack shoulder as well. "It's ok," Zin spoke shocking them. "If I had a sibling I would of done the same." Zin spoke with a eye smile. "But I would like to know your name's."

Twilight smiled at the thing...no the stranger kindness.

"Girl's we should introduce our self's"

Rainbow was the first to introduce herself with a smug answer after getting over her shock but she still had cautious in her eye's. "I'm Rainbow Dash the fastest flier in all of Equestria!" "Hmm she sound's like she's need's a take down." Zin thought.

"Ma name is Applejack pleased to meet ya partner," Applejack raised her hand to shake Zin hand who did the same.

"Damn she's strong. If she would of hit me I probably would be feeling it. Hmm she seem's cautious to" Applejack finally let go of his hand.

Rarity walked herself forward with grace "Please tell me she isn't one those high class" Pleased to make your acquaintance darling,my name is Rarity."  "Nice to meet you Miss Rarity" causing her to giggle "what a gentle colt."

"To the naked eye she seem's like she couldn't hold herself in a fight but....my instincts are telling me she is dangerous"

As Zin was thinking the one with was in his face.

"HI! Zin blinked and looked at her "I'm Pinkie Pie but everyone just call's me Pinkie" Zin was able to understand her since she spoke slower......sort of. "Hi Pinkie" "Do you like parties?" ....yes?" She just smiled and disappeared causing Zin to blink.

"How did she "Pinkie"

"She's weird but has a good heart."

Zin looked at the one with yellow fur who just eeepp and hid behind twilight. Twilight leaned over and was whispering something into her ear but he couldn't hear it in time. She walked forward to Zin but still wouldn't look up at him.

She spoke but was really "......" " Can you say that one my time miss" .....my name is Fluttershy" Zin just smiled at her shyness.

"Pleased to meet you Fluttershy. you don't have to be scared of me." She looked up and saw him doing his eye smile and for some reason it caused her not be scared of him and she smiled a little. "She's a shy one"

He turned to see the one with purple fur about to say something but beat her to the punch. "Twilight Sparkle, newly crowned princess and the wielder of the element of magic."

Rainbow Dash shouted "He's a spy!"

"No.Your sister's told me I wasn't sure but once you all told me your name's I figured it out." with a eye smile.

"Now since you all told me name's allow me to introduce my self. The name's Zin and pleased to meet you all."
