Pinkie Pie woke up pretty early,baked some pastries and finally opened the shop. She took her daily sip of coffee and after a sip or two, she began to be her jumpy self again. Pinkie was all alone in the house because the Cakes had gone on a vacation to the Crystal Kingdom. Only Pinkie and Gummy were home. Then Pinkie got a little antsy and she told Gummy, “Gummy can you take care of Sugar Cube Corner while I’m gone?” Gummy gave the cross eyed stare and blinked slowly. “Thanks Gummy! Remember not to eat the sweets!” And just like that, Pinkie left the shop to see her friends.

Fluttershy was in her cottage, sitting on her couch, feeling the warmth of her fireplace. Fluttershy told Angel Bunny, ”It’s cold outside isn't’t it? And It looks as if it might start to rain.” Angel nodded and hopped off the couch and pointed to his gurgling stomach. “Oh, poor Angel! You’re hungry aren't you?” Angel nodded and pointed at the door. A loud knock came from the door and angels hopped up to the peephole and slammed it shut. ”Angel how rude! I… I… don’t even know who it is…” Fluttershy shook as she reached to open the door. Angel angrily tapped his foot as Fluttershy hesitated to open the door. The door swung open with a strong kick and Fluttershy cowered under the couch. “Who’s the.. there?”, asked Fluttershy weakly. To make things more ominous, the fire went out due to the howling wind, making the cottage pitch black. The rain poured down, roaring along with the wind, and a clap of thunder/lightning revealed a silhouette, dark and white eyed. Fluttershy hid deeper under the couch and repeated, “Who’s...the...there?”

“Uh, Flutters ya home?”,asked a familiar voice.
Fluttershy’s head popped out from under the couch and asked unsurely, “Rainbow Dash? Is it really you?” “Is it really my Marefriend?”, Fluttershy thought.

Pinkie hopped around happy as a filly would, even in the weather situation. She halted in her tracks and saw Rainbow Dash’s house right above her. Pinkie gritted her teeth and muttered under her breath, “Rainbow isn't home huh? So she must be at Fluttershy’s house huh?!” She narrowed her eyes as sped off to Fluttershy’s cottage. “I gotta tell Fluttershy!”, she scram against the wind,rain,and thunder/lightning. “RAINBOW IS SOO DEAD!”, she thought. Pinkie Pie was the only one other than Flutters and Dashie to know about their relationship. And she also had the suspicion of Dashie breaking them apart. Just thinking of Fluttershy’s hurt feelings made her want to explode of rage and anger,or give Rainbow Dash a whooping as Surprise*.

Fluttershy insisted her Marefriend to sit by her on the couch, by the freshly made fire. Rainbow Dash took the offer and sat down but farther than usual. “I… I gotta tell you something Flutter-”

Flutter’s eyes closed and she slowly began to scoot her way to Rainbow, lips almost reaching hers and said, “You can tell me ANYTHING…”

Rainbow’s eyes showed horror and she pushed Fluttershy away and scram, “I DON’T THINK THIS IS GOING TO-” The door burst open once again, with another clap of thunder/lightning. Pinkie stomped in, hair soaking wet and teeth grinding against each other.

“NO RAINBOW! DON’T EVEN DARE!”,Pinkie scram. Rainbow Dash backed away sheepishly, flew outside and locked the door in the process. As well as sending the blinds closed. Fluttershy was confused.

“Pinkie, what’s going on here?”
Pinkie’s eyes shut and she said, “You are single no more…” She pressed her lips against Fluttershy’s with silence following after. Even the storm allowed this moment of scilence bloom.

Fluttershy was surprised at this, and seconds later enjoysed this. Fluttershy then thought,“So this is what true love is like.”

“We may be different, but we are so alike.”
