Chapters Two Russians in a Mi-24 Save the Crystal Empire

Please Note: Confused about the writing style? I was inspired to write it like this by the book called Metro 2033, yes for those who have played Metro it's based off a Book! First one I played like that though. Anyway, this is how it was written in the book so I am following its lead.
Unexpected Arrival
Artyom (Right) and Yuri (Left) were talking in front of their Mi-24 waiting for clearance to take off.
'Oh, Come On!' yelled a voice over the radio.
'What happened?' asked Yuri responding to the radio.
'Some bastards from the other team just rammed me with a vehicle full of satchel charges!' Both Artyom and Yuri let a chuckled climb up their throat's as the crew of the T-90 respawned close by in a medical tent. This is one of the many reasons these two stayed helicopters.
'Yesssh... I thought they only did that in Battlefield.' said Artyom.
'Yea, no kidding but Trollers have infested the internet recently.' said Yuri.
'No, it has been going on for the last... Who knows how long!' Replied Artyom throwing his arms into the air.
'Anyway, we should get going. I'd rather be in the air than sitting ducks on the ground.' said Yuri walking towards the Mi-24.
'Good point.' responded Artyom walking close behind.
Opening the cockpit he climbed in before closing the hatch. Starting up the engine the blades slowly began to spin up. Speeding up to full force he lifted into the air creating hurricane force winds below them. Disengaging the auto-hover he leaned the Hind forward producing forward momentum. Then they made their way to the enemy base.

'Ah crap...' said Artyom.
'What did it say?' asked Yuri. OK, those are not their real names. That is what they call each other when they play on the Russian team on any game with the exception of Artyom named after the Metro 2033 and Last Light character. 'Artyom' studied Russian in High-School so he knew what it said.
'We lost Loy Manara .' he said.
'Dammit...' commented Yuri under his breath. 'I don't really want to try to retake that, not like last time.' The last time they tried to recapture that point, Artyom wasn't paying attention as a AT soldier got him from below that caused a huge explosion. Unknown to him that the AT soldier died in the blast.
'I told you that сука got us from below, how was I supposed to know?' questioned Artyom.
'Maybe if you weren't fling at such a low altitude we would have.' Yuri complained.
'Oh, it's my fault? I wasn't the one who said "Get lower so I can blast these motherfuckers".' countered Artyom quoting Yuri on what he actually said. Before Yuri could continue the argument his eye picked up something ahead. Zooming in he locked his sights on a Blackhawk. Its black metal easily stuck out in the brown-ish sand.
'Blackhawk ahead, looks like a fresh spawn.' Readying the cannon he waited for Artyom to acknowledge.
'Aim for its tail, we have a better chance on disabling them.' complying on his friends advice Yuri took careful aim before firing the 12.7mm machine gun. 89% of the 25 fired shells made their mark causing the Blackhawk to spin out of control. If it were real life the Hawks tail would have been missing or turned into swish cheese. Banking right they continued on to there base complete unaware that the Hawk survived. Within minutes the airfield rendered itself, beginning to approach Yuri was zooming on the base looking for hostiles.
'There's a single Stryker near the medical tents, but nothing else.' said Yuri zooming out.
'Well it's my turn to attack so here we go.'
'This should be easy.' Yuri did not notice Artyom face-palming knowing he just Jinxed it.
This isn't going to end well. he thought. Switching over to rockets Artyom placed his right index finger on the trigger ready to destroy the lone Stryker. The Stryker's turrent turned towards them, ignoring it he continued his approach. Then the cannon fired sending a shell at the Hind. Artyom pulled back on the stick hoping to dodge the incoming attack only to fail as the shell struck the Hinds belly with a *clang!*. First thing that came to his mind was why they didn't explode on impact, second was noticing that they wouldn't survive due to the rotor being damaged. Angling his Hind in a last ditch attempt he rocketed forward hoping to kamikazi the Stryker and with luck the medical tent. The Stryker tried to back away but the Hind was faster, slamming into the Stryker both war machines fuselages ignited causing a flash on the airfield followed by a deep and loud explosion.
ARTYOM IS UNCONSCIOUS
ебать... thought Artyom as the flames licked his unconscious body. Soon darkness filled his vision bringing an end to this adventure and into a new one.

Meanwhile, the Crystal City was being attacked by Sombras undead army. The soldiers had red pules with black irises striking fear into the hearts of Crystal/Lunar/Solar Guards as the rest was just skeleton covered by shadows and black & crimson armor . One-fourth of the city has taken by the monstrosities easily over taking the Guards that protected the castle.
Sombra raised her sword bringing it down on a bat-pony guard that was on her hands and knees. Her head was easily cut off rolling to the side afterwards, blood spewing out in a stream from the neck. A Pegasus Solar Guard to her right tried to charge at her only to be impaled through the its chest. She gasped for air as the sword ran through her heart, crimson fluids running down the sword the other end completely stained with it. The soldier felt a warm substance make its way up her throught, something grabbed her head from behind. It tilted downwards causing her head to look upwards into Sombras green and red eyes. Fear, that was the only thing she felt. Tears formed in her eyes desperately begging for her life but to no avail.
Sombras smile only grew as he slowly pulled his sword out of her chest. When it came out blood gushed out staining his cape with the substance. Growling in anger he threw the guard to the side colliding with a wall creating a streak of blood as she slid down. Her last view of the world being the snowy landscape, but before death took her she noticed something in the sky approaching the city. Letting out one last cry for help she said...
'Please, help us.' before going limb.

Listening to his IPod that somehow came with him Artyom continued to approach the war torn city. 'No alliance, I will swear no oath!; he said along with the song. Looking to the radar something was behind them. Taking action he made a hard left bringing the helicopter to face his possible opponent. The momentum of the turn caused him to over shoot the angle but just made it look cooler. Facing my target I came beast to machine to a black dragon with a crimson belly and what looked like crystal armor. Its eyes were green, red, and what looked like some sort of aura was coming out of its eyes. First thing that came to mind was that it wasn't that scary, the reason is because I am flying in a heavy armored Hind loaded with weapons. Switching to air-to-air missiles I waited to see if it would do anything, actually I was praying it to do something. My prayer was answered as it charge roaring in anger only to literally eat a missile. First it looked taken back, then it the midsection exploded into a heep of gore and blood. The neck, tail, and lower torso were all that was left of the 'dragon' as the body parts fell from the sky. 'Well, that was a let down... hey zhopa ! Wake up!' he said yelling into the radio. Yuri woke up in an instant flailing around as he did so.
'What?' he asked.
'Look around, but you missed an awesome battle between me and a dragon.' Artyom said turning his helicopter around.
'Bullshit, I believe it when I see the proof.' he said looking around.
'There's you proof mudak ...' Artyom replied tilting the helicopter for Yuri could see the corpse or what was left of it.
'Oh... remind me to never piss you off.' Yuri commented.
'I will hold you to it, now lets get to that city!' Artyom acknowledged moving forward again.

Queen Sombra had her mind linked with her dragons, hearing it cry out in pain before a low *boom!* was heard made fear enter her. She hasn't felt fear in a thousand years, shaking it off she noticed a certain pony fighting one of her soldiers. His name was Captain Shining Armor, a soldier that really never earned that rank but still a good soldier if not cocky and underestimate enemies like the rest of the guards. His armor was dented and blood slowly oozed out of his wounds but he kept fighting on. Sombra taking her time slowly began to stroll over to him. A Lunar archer tried to fire an arrow only to be hit by a black and green beam of dark magic easily scorching a hole through the armor and flesh. Continuing her stroll, Armor cut through another undead nightmare before blocking a war-hammer with his now useless shield. Throwing it to the side along with the hammer he aimed for the neck, swiping the head came clean off its body floating their for a millisecond before dissipating into black mist. Sensing a presence behind him he swung his sword as he turned around only to be blocked by a dark crystal sword. Looking to its wielder his blood ran cold, locking eyes with Sombra... he was paralyzed. What felt like years where only a few seconds he hid his fear and pulled his sword back bringing it in front of him. She did the same but with one hand and and a evil smirk on her face. Shining attacked first swinging his sword, Sombra with quicker reflexes blocked the iron sword.
Unlike the Griffins, the Ponies stayed in their 'Roman' stage as Griffins griffins had muskets but poor ones at that. His iron sword easily bent due to the soft material.
Sombra pulled back her sword before trying to get a stab, missing letting Armor swipe and cut her cheek. She growled before twinging again this time cutting a slash on Armor's chest. He grunted in pain, before he could attack the black crystal blade was forced into his gut. Yelling in pain he fell to the ground after the sword was yanked out of the bloody wound. Laying their on the ground trying to stop the bleeding covering the wound; Sombra positioned her hoof over his neck ready to kill.
'Such a shame, you would have been a good slave.' she said. Before she could make the kill six pillars of white smoke flew out of the clouds, when they struck the ground the exploded into black smoke and fire killing her soldiers in the blast. Then a new threat emerged, a creature flew out of the clouds spitting fire and streaks of fire. The streaks made smaller explosions but easily chopped down her mares. The beast flew over her continuing down the road before flying down another street.

Only a few seconds before they were nearing the cities edge, Artyom was focused on the ones in black armor similar to the dragon's. He had a motto of many, and that certain motto was "do not attack unless attacked first" and they clearly attacked them. The city was also being invaded so he decided to assist whoever was defending it.
'Arm you weapons Yuri! We are going in!' Artyom said tilting the Heli a bit more forward.
'Yes.' he replied before testing his gun, seeing that it worked he aimed and waited.
Artyom pulled the trigger firing six HE rockets, they detonated in a group of soldiers in black armor charging at the main castle. Clearing the clouds Yuri opened fire sending the tracers at small groups while flying towards the ground. Flying between the buildings he turned left and continued down a different street. One of them with wings jump into the air rising up a spear only run into the blades, the body was torn to pieces in an instant turning into mist. As Yuri continued the onslaught spears, arrows, and bolts of black and green magic just bounce off the armor. Turning down a street they came face to face with a barricade, but this time it isn't maned by 'shadows'. Anthropoid Equines ranging from white to blue fur and gold to navy armor. They were holding off the 'shadows' but they all stopped when they saw the Hind. Yuri let out a burst of tracers killing the shadows closest to the barricade before killing the rest. The after math was just... mist. You would think there would be a few corpses or arms spread around the place.
'I have a bad feeling about this.' Yuri commented.
Flying on top of the barricade before turning around a horde of green... Orcs charging. The gun road to life as Artyom fired off some rockets. Now we have some gore, their bodies exploded into pink mist as the high caliber shells tore through their bodies and rockets sent arms/legs/head/etc everywhere from distorted air. After a full 10 seconds of non-stop carnage the road was torn to shreds by creates and mutilated corpses thrown about.
'Wankers...' Artyom said sounding like the sniper from tf2.
'Now what...' asked Yuri. After a few seconds the castle started to turn a black color. 'Left flank!' yelled Yuri as the Heli turned to face the castle. Artyom looked around the castle amazed and baffled on how it was even standing or created, while eyeing it he found a reasonable spot to drop off troops. Thinking of a strategy an plan was created in his head, he then lowered altitude opening the side doors in the main body.

The beast lowered to the ground with wheels and some sort of compartment in the main body. For a few seconds Sargent Silent Dagger (Lunar) stood their until she understood.
'Alright Corporal Moonlight Arrow, Private Bronze Sword, Sunlight Apple, and Great Hammer you're with me! We are going to use this beast to get to the castle.' ordered Silent Dagger, the mares saluted before getting into the beast. Moonlight Arrow was the youngest in the group at the age 19 as Silent Dagger was the oldest age 27. Sunlight Apple was a kind 23 year old Pegisus as Bronze Sword was the complete opposite age 26. Last but not least is Great Hammer a 21 year old neutral brute.
Queen Sombra was on the balcony with Princess Cadence nowhere to be found. The same ear pounding explosions from the tubes came back as the machine fired upon Sombra's forces. The same smoke streaks also flew out of their 'spear' thing. It flew over the street where Sombra's shadow and Orc army was positioned easily tearing through them sending body parts in random directions if not vaporizing them. Bolts of Dark Magic hit the machines hull doing nothing against the beast. Turning left the creature turned left positioning them over a platform, jumping down the machine flew off as Shadow Pegasi flew after it.
Night was beginning to fall as they made their way through the castle sneaking past Shadow Guards running down always towards the sounds of the machine firing it weapons. As they rounded the corner they foolishly met a room full of Orcs and Shadows.
'Oh, buck me.' said Sunlight Apple. Then the thumping of air became audible as it flew into view of the window on the other side of the room. Something detached from the machines wings as a fire-ball ignited from the tube and flew towards the room.
'Get down!' yelled Moonlight Arrow before they ran out of the room a great explosion shaking the castle. Fire erupted from the windows and door of where the tube struck. After a few seconds they looked back into the room the smell of burnt flesh and sigh of mutilated and cooking corpses. Great Hammer coughed up stomach fluids from the sight, Moonlight Rose comforting her.
'What kind of race would make such a weapon?' asked Sunlight Apple.
'I don't know, but we must continue on.' commented Moonlight Arrow. They made their way down another hall, this time it was dark crystal instead of blue. A patrol of Shadows came running towards them, as they readied their weapons the roar of the machine started to get louder as a search light shone threw the pillars. The Shadow army still kept the charge as the machine shot apart their ranks. Pulling back an arrow Moonlight shot a Shadow between the eyes, Sunlight Apple swung her battle-axe decapitating one after another, Hammer swung her war-hammer bringing it down on a Shadows skull, Bronze sliced through the mist of the monsters easily killing them. As Moonlight prepared another arrow she turned to meet a Heavy Knight charging towards her with a Claymore. Fear entered her as she watched slowly as the beast approached, then its head jerked backwards as a 3 inch hole after a *BANG!* was created into its helmet. It fell to the ground all that its armor clanging against the crystal before its dispersal in black mist. She stood their dumbstruck as another Shadow Knight charged from behind her only to be stabbed in the back by Dagger.
'What are you doing Corporal?' asked Silent Dagger as she stabbed a guard. Moonlight shook out of her trance as she readied her arrow.

Artyom was bored, the only thing he could really do is fire a few guided missiles time to time but now just watching was getting boring. Until he felt something against his leg, looking down he was met with the Snipers (tf2) stock sniper rifle. Picking it up he looked at it for a moment before opening the window as the choppers engine met his ears.
'WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!' asked your.
'SNIPING!' Artyom replied raising his sniper. Looking around he saw a Shadow with a claymore charging at an archer. Aiming his sniper over its head he pulled the trigger getting a satisfying head jerk. Recycling the bolt he aimed again for a shadow archer, firing again its skull exploded into mist and fragmented bone. Scoping another that was moving he pulled the trigger only to miss as the shadow ducked as the bullet flew by.
'Hold Still!' I yelled before finally landing a hit.
'Incoming Pegasus!' alerted Yuri. Pulling back the rifle he closed the windshield before pulling away.

The Hind roared through the sky circling the castle, its cannon firing time to time into windows. Another air-to-air missle detached from the machine as it rocketed towards a group of Shadow Pegasi. It exploded into a great fire ball as the Hind flew past, turning it fired a missile into the thrown room. It detonated sending massive fires out the windows, Sombra unlucky enough to be in the thrown room was able to put a shield around her-self. She was getting tired of this infernal machine, she had to find a way to stop it. Then an idea found its way into her head, a evil smile made its way onto her face as she made her way down the hall; the sounds of metal against metal being the only thing that was heard. The castle violently shook as another missile detonated somewhere inside it. She quickened her pace making a run for where the Crystal Heart was being held. When she arrived the giant crystal doors were shield shut; with a light blue shield around it preventing the brutish Orcs access the room.
Inside Cadence eyes glowed a white as the heart gave her power to power the shield; tears ran out of her eyes as she had learned that he husband had just died. The guards kept their distance away from the emotionally torn princess. One finally being able to gain enough courage to tell her something.
'Your majesty, the shield won't last much longer. Our last hope is to surrender!' this only angered Cadence by the guards stupidity. The guard found herself against a wall with pain coursed through her body and a very enraged goddess in his face.
'YOU THINK I DO NOT KNOW THAT AND YOU WOULD BECOME A SLAVE ANYWAY! YOU GUARDS ARE MORE PATHETIC THAN I THOUGHT!' using the Royal Canterlot Voice defining the guard and causing her to faint. Grunting in descust she threw her body to the side as she made her way over to the door. 'Does anyone have anything else to say?' she asked, a few seconds later a guard raised her hand. 'What?'
'Th-there has been news going around about a machine flying around engaging Shadow forces.' as if on queue an explosion shook the chamber as a muffled explosion came afterwards. Cadence stopped and thought about her chances, if she could get this "machine" to get her and the heart to Canterlot they would be safe. On the other hand it's a trick for Sombra to get her hands on the crystal. Taking her chances she chose the first option, using the rest of her power she created a tunnel to the surface.
'Move!' she yelled as she grabbed the crystal and ran for the tunnel; the guards right behind her.
A few seconds later the door broke down letting the Orcs in. Noticing they were missing one roared as laid eyes upon the tunnel that Cadence had constructed, they made a run for the tunnel roaring all the way. Cadence quickened her pace as they ran down the hall, adrenalin kicking in. After 3 minutes of running the end of the tunnel came in sight, hope entered her heart but was eradicated as Shadows blocked the entrance. They stopped; they're surrounded. She looked back to the Orcs to see that they stopped, her guards dropped their swords and started to beg for their lives. She mentally faced-palmed at the sight. Only if Shiny was here. she thought as a lone tear made its way down her cheek.
Sombra stepped forward, eyes on her prize. A single brave guard tried to charge at her but was cut-down by an arrow to the head. The Queen stepped on the body as she walked past with a wicked smile on her face. Then like a spark of hope the Shadows at the entrance began to run as the machine rammed them; most of them being chopped up in the blades. Cadence shot a blue bolt of magic at Sombra knocking her onto her hind quarters, she growled in anger quickly running after her.
'Get rid of them!' she ordered as the Orcs ran at the guards. The cries of pain behind Cadence made her run even faster, after making it out she looked around for the machine; it came out behind the castle. She cast an illumination spell tring to get its attention. She succeed in getting Artyoms attention, turning towards her began to make his decent. But fate had to be a dick as a beam shot out of the tunnel and collided with the Hind causing the engine to exploded.
'Oh, now you deiced to go down!' yelled Artyom as it tipped to the right and turned left causing it smash into the ground. 'FUCK!' he yelled as they smacked into the ground, Yuri slammed his head on the dash-board knocking him out cold. The sound of screeching metal was defining inside the cock-pit as the Hind came to a stop. Grunting in pain Artyom... 'Shut up author, call me by my real name! And first person!'
Ja, Ja, don't worry Garrison.
I climbed his way out of the cock-pits broken glass. Standing up I noticed that Cadence, Sombra, and the Orcs looked at me like I was a freak. Oh, if they knew what I could really do. Walking into the light I noticed I was covered in blood that slowly leaked out of my forehead. Whipping some of the blood off I turned my attention to the floating/glowing thing beside me. Slowly reaching out I could feel the air tense around me as I head sword/grunts/roars/what ever around me. When I finnaly touched it a mini-gun appeared in my hands as well as a distorted voice saying.
'DEATH MACHINE!'
'bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr' the mini-gun spun up before I pulled the trigger sending bullets into the hoard of Orcs and Shadows laughing like a maniac. Yeeeeesh, I sound like Richtofen.
'Is that a bad thing?'
'Nope' I thought as I continued to kill any Orcs that tried to run at me. Meanwhile Sombra and Cadence watched as the Orc/Shadow armor turned into gore and mist. The bullets tore through the bodies of the Orcs putting 4 inch holes in their torso as some were just turned into arms and legs from being torn apart from the weapons high-velocity rounds. The aftermath was a blood bath, Orc body parts laid randomly around the place blood covering the once black/blue crystal. The smell of blood and flesh was in the air as the mini-gun slowly started to stop spinning until it disappeared in a white flash. Looking at my hands for a moment I got on my knees before yelling. 'Nooooooooooooooooooooo!' I started to hit the ground with my fist as Cadence and Sombra could only look at me in horror. 'What? The Death Machine is awesome!' They just continued to stare at me. 'You know what, fuck you.' I said before pulling out my revolver and shooting Sombra horn off. It shattered into pieces as she yelled in pain as she collapsed on the ground. 'And as for you.' I said looking towards Cadence who looked at me nervelessly. 'Put that... Thing somewhere safe.' I said before blacking out from blood loss.

I slowly started to wake up from the darkness that once clouded my vision. I was laying in my bed that was surprisingly conformable unlike it usually was, as well as the pillow and silk sheets... Wait, I don't have silk sheets. Opening my eyes I noticed that this wasn't my room, it looked like it was made of Crystal. You have to be... I thought as I pushed my lower torso upwards, looking around the room I noticed it was all made of Crystal, even a fucking couch! Well at least it weren't. Lifting my sheets I noticed I was still in my jump-suit stained with blood. Growling in annoyance I put my feet on the surprisingly warm Crystal floor before pushing myself up. Finally standing I began to look around the room before someone knocked on the door.
'Hello?' I asked, the door slightly opened.
'Um, Princess Cadence has sent me to retrieve you.'
'Ugh... OK.' I said before opening the door before following the purple coated mare with white hair. I also noticed that they also looked sparkly Crystal. Now I hate Crystals! Making my way down the hall I finally noticed that none wore clothes, of coarse their was nothing their its just... weird. But who am I to judge, this was probably an everyday thing for them. As we continued to walk I noticed a few maids and guards give me a "bedroom" look. Coming to a pair of double doors we walked into a room with a chandelier handing from the roof as a large oval table in the middle. I also noticed that Yuri or Marc was sitting at the side of the table. I made my way to the other side for we would be looking at each other.
'What's up dude?' I asked.
'Nothing much, hey I heard that you brutally took down some Orcs with a Mini-Gun, is it true?' he asked.
'Yes, but its called a Death Machine !'
'Derp.'
'Derp indeed.'
The doors opened to reveel Princess Cadence and 6 other new ponies and one overgrown lizard. I just stare at them as the other just returned the same look, well besides the cyan who was just glaring at me. I just looked unimpressed at her. After finding their seats they began to talk to each other. I noticed that a pink one was closest to mark while a chair away and the purple one with wings and horn was sitting next to me without me even knowing. I jumped a bit when I noticed her.
'Holy Fuc... never mind. You spooked me.' I said.
'Oh, um sorry. I didn't mea..' I cut her off.
'Don't worry about it Comrade.' I said.
'So, what are you?' asked the cyan faggot.
'I am known as a human, or also known as the war-torn race.' then everything went silent after that... You could hear a pin drop.
'W-war?' asked a quiet yet audible voice.
'Yes, our race has had many wars with each other. Sadly, its in our nature as well.'
'Why would you tell us this?'
'What is the point of lying?' No one spoke after that. 'Anyway, who and what are you?' I asked.
'I am Princess Twilight Sparkle, or you can call me Twilight. I am an Alicorn.' said the Purple one, I nodded in acknowledgement. The white one with purple hair was next to introduce herself. 'My name is Rarity, I am a unicorn and if I may ask, what are you wearing. Its absolutly dreadful1' she said.
'Something tells me you a fashion type perso...' someone interrupted me 'Pony!' said a pink one. 'What?' I asked in response. 'It's pony, not person.' I just stared at her as she jumped up and down with her breast... never mind.
'OK... the type of "Pony" that has a thing for fashion. Let me tell you that I have my own since of fashion, and that's dark-colors or military wear.'
'We both hate bright colors.' commented Marc.
'Eyup.' I replied. I turned my attention towards the Yellow one hiding behind her mane. 'May I have your name?' All I got was an "eek" out of her.
'She's Fluttershy, she is well...'
'Shy?' asked Marc cutting Twilight off.
'Yea.'
'Anyway, who the hell are you.' I said pointing at the cyan one.
'My names the one and only Rainbow Dash, the fastest thing ever to exist in Equestria.' I could easily tell she was trying to impress us. Looking to Marc for a moment we busted out laughing falling to the floor as wee did so. 'What's so funny?!' she asked or more like demanded.
'You honestly think that you are the fastest thing ever. I call bullshit on that one!.' Marc commented while we got back into our chairs.
'Well, can you break the sound barrier? Because you don't have wings.' Skittles challenged.
'Humanity has been there done that. No, we do not need wings for flight. We built machines like our Hind to fly.' I said.
'So that is what that was.' said Cadence out loud.
'Yes, and that is one of many of human war-machines.'
'One of many?' asked a orange one.

'HOW COULD THEY DONE SUCH A THING!' yelled Cadence as her eyes were white.
'If they didn't millions would have died!' I yelled back which she pulled back her head in shock. 'We regret creating that weapon! We wish we hadn't but guess what? It was their only option, it was invade Japan or use the bomb. What would you have done? If the US invaded them the death toll would have sky rocketed! Civilians their would have committed suicide because they do not believe in surrender and their faith is what they cared about! The soldiers used their own bodies as weapons by running at US troops with spears and explosives tied to them. How do you deture someone if they are willing to die for something?' after my little out burst everyone grew silent. 'And don't think we enjoy war, yes most of our major technological advancements come from it but we despise it.'
'Then why do they fight.' asked Twilight.
'Because, what would you do if you country was invaded?' I shut her up right then an there. 'Anyway, can we get back to introducing ourselves. I have a migraine.' I said while laying my head on the table as the orange one spoke up.
'N-names Applejack, owner and working of Sweet Apple Aches.'
'Good to meet you.' said Marc. 'You are?' pointing at the pink one. He hair immediately inflated.
'HI-MY-NAME-IS-PINKIE-PIE!DO-YOU-LIKE-PARTIES-BECAUSE-LOOOVE-PARTIES,*GASP!*I-FORGOT-I-NEED-TO-MAKE-YOU-TWO-A-"WELCOME-TO-EQUESTRIA-DON'T-DECLARE-WAR-ON-US-"WELCOME-PARTY!' I just stared at the Pink menace as she squeezed the hell out of Marc.
'If I may, do you know how to send us home?' I asked Cadence, the mood died as she developed a frown. This can't end well.
'Yes, but... I only have enough power to send one of you home.' depression hit me hard. My eyes widened. The room fell silent for a minute or two before I spoke up.
'I'll stay.' I said flatly.
'What?!' said everyone; including the guards in the room in unison.
'I'll stay behind, Marc you care for you family a lot more than I do to mine. I can't let my best friend stay here, you have a brighter fuchure than mine.'
'Wh-what do you mean.' asked Fluttershy.
'I was planing to join the Marine Corps, but I am most likely to go protect oil fields not fight for my country. You on the other hand have a family business to keep afloat. So I will stay behind.' I said with no emotion, but my eyes and soul told a different story. Marc's family had a large company known as Green Co. to run. They mainly produced weapons but I was a big fan guns so yea, he has a good position.
'Wait, I thought you were already a soldier.' said Twilight. 'No, we were just normal everyday civilians playing a War Simulation that some how ended up here, I was planing on joining the military but as you can see... what is the point of guarding oil fields in a different county.' I said. The room fell silent.
'Garrison I...' I cut him off. 'Don't duture me Marc, this is my decision. It is my mess for blindly charging at a tank. I got us into this and I will pay the price of my arrogance. When can we send him home?' I asked.
'Right now actually.' replied Cadence.
'Good, do it.' I replied which was responded by all of them looking at me with even more shock. After a few seconds of silence she stood up before her horn glowed a blue. A few seconds later a disk opened near the door. I stood up while Marc hesitantly followed my lead. We walked near the portal before turning to one another.
'Good luck Garrison, it has been an honor!' he said reaching out a hand.
'I will see you on the other side.' I said before shacking his hand. Slowly, he walked into the portal. He looked back at me and gave a salute, I turned the salute before the portal disappeared. I stood their for a moment before collapsing onto my knees. 'Good luck, my only friend.' I said before I began to sob. I must have looked pathetic but honestly I couldn't care less. I felt two hands placed on my shoulders before begin grouped hugged by the six ponies as well as that reptile. Best ask his name soon, after sitting their for some time they broke the hug, some had their cheeks stained from tears. I walked back to the table before sitting down looking towards the table. Letting my thoughts carry me away.

So yea, was it a sad ending? I don't know but comment would ya, anyway a question for my readers. Should I make another sequel to this and write about Garrisons time in Equestria, put your opinions down bellow.
