The land in the mirror

Twilight had only maybe been standing there 2 minutes when she heard drums and the sound of thousands of hoofs galloping in sync with each other, and on the other side sounds of thunder and thousands of wings flapping. Well atleast she knew she was still in Equestria, just as that thought entered her head she saw several large flaming rocks fly aross the sky and into the storm cloud with a thunderous explosion that shook the ground as each one entered and was countered by a flash of lightning causing these boulders to explode. This didn't make any since why were Pegasus using a storm system as cover flying towards a group of earth ponies that were firing on them. The thought of war entered her head but the conflict between the 3 races of ponies had been resolved by the sisters rising to power and giving them a reason to unite. This didn't make any since! She saw the army of earth ponies come over the hill. These earth ponies were not as she was used to seeing them, they were very built out muscularly and had bronze armor with spears held in their mouth. Behind the ponies holding spears were massive wooden structures being pulled by 3 ponies each holding stone boulders dipped in some liquid. When they came to a stop a torch holder would ignite this liquid and the wooden structure would hurl the flaming boulder into the sky. Yup this was definitely war and she had to intention of being in the middle of it when the 2 sides collided or finding out why. She very quickly teleported in any direction but the two sides the armies were in. Out of sheer coincidence she appeared in the center of a town with earth ponies wearing leather patrolling and many different ponies strolling around doing regular day activities, shopping, heading home, and eating. This town was surrounded by a wall made out of wood with several of the wooden structures she saw on the battle field lining the wall. Well at least she had found some kind of civilization, maybe they could help explain what was going on and if she was even still in Equestria.
