The life of Gray Matter

Gray Matter had quite a day. As he was flying he noticed that he is flying on daytime. He figured that day does not kill him. He shouts to the sky

"I told you that day does not hurt!'

He continued to fly as he reached the castle gates. "Halt! Friend or foe?" Say the guards. "I don't know, you tell me." The guards made a smile. "You may come in sir governor." The guards open the gate and I think to my self "They think I'm a governor? Mind aswell fool the others aswell. Hehe." As he entered the main hall, a lot of royalists stare at him giving him hoofshakes intreducing themselfs like Gray was some sort of prince.

After the crowd calmed down, the princesses came in the room and welcomed Gray. "G'day governor of the bat ponies." Gray was suprised that he was apointed governor of bat ponies. However he went with it and replied "It is an honor to be here your majesties." I stil lwondered why they treat me like this. Then Luna looks at me a bit shy and asks "Say, governor Gray, how long are you staying here?" Gray replied "Until my death, this place looks like it needs a governor to fix things up a noch." As luna blushed Celestia asked "Are you looking for a house and or mansion to live in?" Gray replies "Perhaps, I do need a place to stay." Celestia then Showed him a beautiful mansion.

"But, ma'm you really don't need to do this..."

"Oh but I must plus it's not much..." Gray shaked her hoof and went to the mansion. Yet he still had a feeling somepony was watching him. Beside Luna taht was in her room doing something. He saw red mane above him. He ignored it. Once he got to the mansion he saw a whole regiment of the elite royal guards standing in a perfect rank line to salute his arrival. "ATTENTION! Governor Gray is here! I demand a triple cheer for our new fearless governor!" Said the General Staff "Hurrah! Hurrah! Hurrah!" Cheered all of the guards. "Ah, so these must be my men..." The general looked at him "Most of them are mares. But trained ones. We shall be loyal to you." Gray nods and heads inside the mansion. Some of the female guards followed him due to protection.

"Is this my room?"

The mare guard replies "All of this is yours, so I guess so." Gray looked up and saw the blood red mane again. Ignores it once more."I purpose this is my bedroom?" He says as he looks inside the bedroom. "Yes, sir governor." Gray Matter than asks for a little private time. The guard leaves the room. He then says outloud "You may show yourself stranger with blood red mane..." A gasp was heard and he saw the pony go out the window and flyed thorwards Ponyville.
