The voice came to me in my dreary prison, goading me. Telling me that I deserved my revenge. That my past was too tragic to bear. That is something that is true. Karyn, Tim, and Jacob didn't deserve it. I didn't deserve it. I was sitting in our camp, Karyn was curled up beside me with her head resting on my lap. Jeff, the unit's comic relief sauntered over with a mischievous smile on his face. "Oh! Taking it to the next step now are we!" he said looking at Karyn and me, "I thought that she wasn't comfortable with that kind of stuff!" He smiled at me once again. "Oh shove off Jeff! She's just tired..." I say punching him in the shoulder. She deserves a rest, she's only 19 after all. Jeff walks off looking for another target for his jokes and quips. Tim and Jacob walk over with their guns, Jacob smiling like a maniac. "We got a mission boys!" Jacob says excitedly as he twirls his knife which he named Emily. I nudge Karyn while telling her that it is time to get up. She lazily opens her eyes, blushing when she sees where her face is. she smiles and gets up, slinging her M16 over her shoulder she sauntered to the M2 Browning that was mounted to the vehicle. "Are you ready to kill these motherfuckers!" she says smiling wildly bringing me my own smile. "Well we have a spy, named Disford, on the inside of the camp telling us where we need to go." Tim says smirking slightly. "He'll tell us what to do." Me and my squad drove wildly over the tarmac seeming to hit every single pothole. "Damn Jacob could you drive on the rode for once" I say grinning. "Oh Ha Ha!" he shouts right back hitting another pothole. As we neared our objective. Turrets on the outside of the enemy base open fire upon us, making pinging sounds on the approaching vehicles sometimes getting a lucky hit on the gas tank sending an unlucky squad ablaze. Wait a minute! The spy! He said that this area would be unguarded! "TRAITOR!" I roar as the buggy explodes in a flash of metal, fire, and fiberglass and everything goes black. I woke to Karyn dragging my unlucky ass from under the scorched buggy. "Oh, fuck!" screams Karen as she sees Jacob, with a .50 cal bullet wound on his right lung. She rushes over right away, being a combat medic, she decided to tackle the worst injury first. "This is Delta Squad! I repeat this is Delta Squad! We have a man down and another nursing a minor injury!" Tim shouts into the handheld radio, but it's no use. He is responded to by static. Karyn digs out the bullet and puts pressure on his lung, lightly as to not collapse it. "Kar, I don't think I'm gonna make it..." Jacob gasps out, barely above a whisper. She starts to cry, that's not a good sign that means that she knows that he is right. Jacob reaches over to Tim and I and takes our grenades, and then cupped Karyn's cheek with his left hand wiping away her tears. "I don't blame you." Jacob says, the last words that any of us ever hear from him again before he ran out into the battlefield. We peeked over our cover just in time to see him pull the pins of his grenades and jump in the trench. BOOM! The .50 cal fire ends with Jacob. We walk over to the trench, paying our respects to the body of our friend and brother, when we were ambushed once again. I felt a burning pain in my left thigh and everything went black for the second time that day as Tim's head exploded. I woke up, as I recall, quite groggily. It was dark out and all across the battlefield the dead bodies of friends and enemies lay every ware. This was Disford's fault! I was gonna make him pay! I heard a small pain filled whimper off to my left, and what I saw broke my heart. I saw Karyn, her right arm was extended and she was squeezing the bullet wound on my leg, which had stopped bleeding thanks to her, blood was running down her face and coated her body from multiple wounds. Glistening could be seen from her eyes, showing that she had been crying. A twig snapped off to my left reveling that enemy soldiers were gathering up the wounded and herded them to the base. Then they saw us. One of the younger soldiers, about 16, walked up to us nudging Karyn with the barrel of his gun making her cry out in agony. As quick as a viper I grabbed his AK47 and pointed it at his face. Almost instantly everyone else pointed their guns at Karyn. Those bastards, I wince knowing that I can't possibly take them all out, so I give the gun back and hold Karyn in a protective embrace. She was only 19 for God's sakes! They lead us to a prison cart where they drive us to the camp. One day, I will have my revenge! I wake up with a crick in my neck. This was normal since being taken prisoner by the Experimentations, four months ago, as we call them. I smile at Karyn, she was already up and leaning against the wall staring in between the small bars in the small iron door. "Hey." I call to her, smiling faintly. She grins slightly. "And I suppose that they didn't harm you as bad as they usually do?" she asks wrapping her arms around my neck linking them at the back of it. "It was only a shot right?" she asks, a little more concern in her voice. Ever since we got here they started to experiment on us, trying to merge our DNA with other animals and plants. So far, it seemed that none of the experiments were a success, but eventually there started to be some side affects. For instance, I needed food less and less and eating plants began to become undesirable, and Karyn grew a small ponytail where a tail normally went. I was going to make sure that Karyn lives, even if it is the last thing I ever do. 2 Months Later "Ohhh, my head!" there was a musky smell in the air. In the distance I heard soft moans and cries in the distance from the direction of the operating room. Wait a minute, that's Karyn! And if the sounds and cries indicate anything of what I think it means, then someone is gonna get knocked hard! as my rage builds I feel my body getting bigger, more muscular, and with thicker bones. my vertebra changed, spines stabbing through my flesh along my spine making a trail of spines from the top of my head to my butt. I continued to morph until I looked like a giant Lycan. I ripped through the door like it was wax paper, and lumbered off towards the sounds, killing any guards in my way. When I got there my rage multiplied tenfold! Karyn was strapped down to the operating table, being repeatedly raped by the scientists. "NOOOOO!" I roar, surprising the scientists as I start to rip them apart! Then things went south fast. Unable to subdue me by force they try to stun me into submission. By killing Karyn. Still crying from her harsh treatment to her they took a scalpel and raised it above her. Out of the corner of my eye I saw what the scientists were doing and I turned around just in time to see her get stabbed in the gut. I sat in a pool of blood. In my arms lay Karyn barely breathing, on the brink of death. I gained a power from the vast experiments that the scientists put me through. I was going to pour my life force into Karyn. To save her. I wrote a note and pinned it to her bloody prison shirt, and started to poured my life force into her. she opened her eyes and smiled, and I smiled back. I fell over backwards as I grew more and more distant. The last thing I heard was her hearty wail of despair. And now all I hear is the voice talking to me. She is kind, I think that she is kind, "Would you like a second chance?" ,the voice asks. I'm stunned. In all of our time together she has never asked something like this. This is just too much. With a second chance I could kill Disford! I could take my revenge. "Yes" I say as calmly as possible. "First tell me your name" the voice asks, kind of worried. "My name, is Ditzy."

"Why the buck did you do that!" shouted Cyan/Dashie (Still don't know what to call her) "She did you no harm!" "Well you see Dashie I-" I started before I was interrupted by a certain very angry cyan pegasus. "Don't you ever call me that!" She crossed her arms and then prompted me to continue what I was saying now that she issued her warning. "Well, Skittles," her grumbling at the name made me smirk. "She attempted to cause me harm you see!" I reach down and grab Orange with one arm, and put her across my lap on the hospital bed. "Now she won't do it again, because the memory of the pain will keep her tame!" "Now let let go of me now ya here!" I look down to see Orange glaring at me with those green eyes of her's. "Bite my shoulder." "Wh-What!" everyone's' eyes widened at that. "I said, bite my shoulder!" I gripped her so that her left shoulder was against my right bicep, and my right arm was bracing her right shoulder. As soon as I felt her grip my shoulder with her teeth I flexed my arm, simultaneously relocating both of her shoulders. Damn, can that girl sure bite! Her teeth had sunk deep into my shoulder, enough so that there was blood running down my arm. "Oi, Egghead!" I call out to purple causing Skittles/Cyan/Dashie to snigger for some odd reason. "Can you get her off me? I don't really want her to be gnawin' all night ya know!" she drags her friend's body and hauls her back into a chair nearby. "Um sir, your bleeding." I look over to my shoulder, as does everyone else, to discover that there was indeed a bloody circle on my shoulder. Hmm, so there is Butter Woman!" I say. "Would you be so kind as to get me a needle and a thread," I say this rather pleasantly as I would prefer that I not bleed out. "Oh, but I would be willing to sew you up myself, if you don't mind that is" I stare at her for a while until I finally gave in and let her sew up my arm. She wanted to numb the pain first, but I just told her that if I didn't scream when she bit me than a little needle won't hurt much. "Sir, if it's not to much to ask? How did you get that scar?" Yellow asked, pointing at a scar across my back. My eyes widened as the memories flooded back to me: Me punching a guard when they wanted to first start testing on Karyn, Karyn chained to a wall and forced to watch me get cut across the back slowly with a rusty sword. "DON'T YOU EVER ASK ME THAT AGAIN" I scream at her, rolling over until my back was to her. Oh god, no. I immediately felt bad, she has done nothing but help me and I just metaphorically just slapped her across the face. Sighing I turned back around and sat up in the hospital bed. "Sorry, ask what ever else you like," I said pleasantly "I promise to answer." Okay then, who is this?" asked the purple mare with the horn asked as she levitated a picture of Karyn from my pile of clothes and fatigues in the corner. I stared at it dumbfounded at it for a moment before plucking it from the unicorn's magical grasp. It was a picture of Karyn before any of the experiments started. She was smirking at the camera, she was holding her M16 in her left hand and propping it against her left shoulder. I sigh. "This...is Karyn." I said smiling sadly at the picture before looking at every pony else in the room with a sad expression on my face. "The first think you should know about us is that we were both in the military: the Marines to be exact." By this time the purple unicorn was writing furiously on a piece of parchment with a quill. "We were in Delta squad together. Our other squad mates: Tim and Jacob were always at our sides! In thick and thin! Oorah, I say. Oorah." "Wait a cupcake picking minute!" said the pink pony. "That sounds familiar!" "Okaaaaaay, that's weird." I glance at her for a few moments before I resumed my story. "Anyways, long story short: I looked after her. We went on a big mission that ended up being the death of Tim and Jacob, and ultimately led to Karyn and me getting captured." I look up surprised to see all the 'ponies' practically at the edge of their seats! Even Skittles seemed to be interested by the tale. "Anyways, after that, Karyn and I were constantly being tested on by the scientists there. You have no idea how many times i've listened to her screams coming from the lab down the hall, and not being able to do anything about it from the inside of my cell! You have no idea how many times i've held her in my arms as she has been in so much pain that she was begging me to kill her and end it all." as I say this last part to them I look at them. And to their surprise, they saw tears in his eyes. This supposedly heartless creature was crying. "Then one day, I woke up to her screaming. After a while I had learned to drone out screams of pain, but these screams were different then ones of pain: this was agony, self loathing, pleading! I morphed my body, I won't go into much detail as it will frighten you, and broke out of that cell! I rushed to the lab, killing anyone who stood in my path. When I finally got into the lab I saw the scientists raping Karyn." I heard gasps all around as I took yet another pause in my story. I felt a warm, soft hand on my shoulder and saw that the yellow pegasus was smiling at me while putting her hand on my shoulder. I just chuckled and patting her lightly on the back, which still made her stumble forward in flight. "Back to the story, I started going into a frenzy. I killed so many! So much blood!" With each sentence my expression got more and more crazed with each word. Every pony recoiled slightly at my expression, and I quickly shook my head to clear my thoughts. "Sorry about that. Any who, the scientists decided that the only way to get me to stop was to shock me, so they took a scalpel and stabbed Karyn in the chest." Every pony looked at him in shock, their mouths open, tears forming in their eyes ever so slightly. Even Egghead had stopped writing notes. I smiled. "Unluckily for them, I killed them all! I lay there with Karyn, her life draining from her body. She was looking at me, but she didn't see me." I sigh, and take time to look at the mares around me. Skittles was hugging Pink tightly who was sobbing openly now, I saw Butter and that prissy white pony holding each other, and I saw Egghead and that orange pony just staring at me in shock "There was only thing that I could do, when the scientists started testing on me I could do all sorts of things, and one of those things was the ability to use my own life force to heal another's. So I drained my entire life force into Karyn, and died." "Wow." Said the giant regal alicorn pony as she reentered the room. "It seems that you have been through quite a lot recently." I swear to god that she smirked slightly, like she knows something that she's not quite letting on. "Yeah, well the Voice said that she would give me a second chance to finish some...unfinished business." "And what might this business be?" The regal pony asked me cautiously, which is something to expect from someone who has just heard a bloody and gruesome story through a hospital door. "The voice said that I would find him here, but it just doesn't make sense to me." I said to the regal pony, "However, I don't know why Disford would be here anyways." "Disford? Don't you mean Discord?" asked the purple pony quizzically. "I guess so, but I don't get how he could be in your world when he was in my world like last year." "I guess that Discord has been keeping secrets from us," said the regal pony. "I could bring him to Ponyville next week but until then ladies, you will have to get him accustomed to his new home." And with that note, the princess of trolls left with a flash of light. As soon as I passed through those hospital doors with my fatigues and my gear, I started off towards the nearest alleyway. "Where do you think your going?" asked the purple mare. "The princess said for us to take care of you!" I cursed under my breath before turning and heading back to them. "I can take care of myself! And anyways, I can tell that none of you want anything to do with me!" I turn my back to them and start walking once again, only for me to be teleported right back to them. Unless you don't already know, teleportation can be really hard on humans. For example, as soon as I was teleported I immediately sung the Upchuck Blue all over the ground, much to the displeasure of the ponies. "Fine whatever, but which one of you wants to take in the big scary monster, huh?" I look at all of the mare's faces to see just what I expected: Displeasure, Nausea, Disgust... "Well, I have Spike living with me already and I don't have any spare rooms..." "I have mah orchard and family to take care of and ah think that that is enough!" I'm sorry dear, but I have my sister to worry about. And that is enough as is!" "Um...I have too many animals already. Sorry." "Oh,Iwouldlovetohavehim,wecouldhavepartiesandcakeandbaloonsandmuchmore! Buuut," She said finally taking a breath, "I live in a small room that an barely house me and Gummy..." I could tell that she was truly disappointed that I couldn't stay with her. "If anyone needs me, or if Disford comes, i'll be in that alley right over there" I point to the alleyway that I was going to before, before they teleported me. It was midnight. I had situated the dead end alleyway so that I had a secluded area to lay down my things. I was just getting situated to go to sleep, when Egghead and Skittles came down the alley. "Hey creature! You there?" I heard Skittles shout. "I have a name you know." I say as I emerge from the shadows. "It's Ditzy." "Well Ditzy, my name is Twilight Sparkle, and this pegasus is Rainbow Dash." "Well then, nice to meet you Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash." I say smirking at the funny names. [Damn, these mares are actually pretty fucking hot man!] Shut up brain! Remember why were here! "According to my calculations, Ditzy, any spell that would normally just wear out on their own, will actually be permanent for you!" "Ok, what does that have to do with anything..." I heard barking in the distance growing louder and louder. "Timber wolves!" shouted Vinyl frightened. she had barely said that when a giant wolf made out of wood, mosses, and lichens jumped out of the brush and pounced on me. A part of my mind heard Vinyl scream in terror, but the rest of my mind was focused on trying to keep me alive. The timber wolves' horrible smell invaded my nostrils as I wrestled my M9 out of its holster and shot the timber wolf twice before it disintegrated into rotten pieces of wood. I turned around to see the other two surrounding Vinyl. As quick as Rainbow Dash, I jumped to Vinyl and threw her as far as I could away from me and the Timber Wolves. "Run Vinyl, run! Get Rainbow Dash! She'll be able to help! Go!" She started running as fast as she could while the Timberwolves decided against chasing after prey when there was plenty right here. Vinyl What kind of mare friend am I! I just left him! I ran and ran until I felt something tackle me from the side. "Get off! Get off! I need to get to Rainbow Dash! My colt friend is in trouble!" at that my captor let go, to reveal: Rainbow Dash?! what was she doing here? No time to think about it. "Please Rainbow Dash, you gotta help me! Ditzy is in trouble and he sent me to get you!" "Well then, no time to talk! lead the way!" And wit that we ran as fast as we could back the way I came. When we got there, I thought that we were already too late. Ditzy was propped up against a tree, the strange weapon device still in its right hand, a huge knife in the other. "Oh, no." I had to agree with Rainbow. His clothes were so soaked with blood and in tatters, that Rarity would commit fashion suicide if she saw it, but that wasn't the 'Oh, no.' part, his stomach was ripped open, and even I could tell that no amount of medical attention could save him. Me and Rainbow sobbed by his side until he surprised us by chuckling. "Rainbow 'Tough as Nails' Dash! I never thought that I would ever see you cry!" this earned a weak chuckle from Rainbow Dash, but looking closer at Ditzy I realized that he didn't have much time now: maybe a minute or two. "I can save him you know." we all turned around, shocked to find a sitting timber wolf, "I can heal him completely" "Then do it quickly!" I pleaded of him, "please, i'll do anything for you to save my colt friend!" at this Rainbow Dash raised her eyebrow at me, but I didn't care. "Whatever," the timber wolf walked up to Ditzy and bit his front leg, causing sap to leak out onto Ditzy's wounds. Then, as if by magic, the wounds sealed up! "Wh-who are you?" I rub my head with my hand, trying to get it to stop hurting. I sit up and look around. Seeing as i'm in a large field, there's no one around to see me. Yet. I take a quick inventory revealing that I had my M16, my combat knife, my M9 Barrette, and a couple of grenades. That's good, I didn't want to be totally defenseless during my time here the Voice was actually very considerate. *Whimper* I turn around in the blink of an eye pointing my gun out, revealing a person that looks kind of like me. She was humanoid, had a short snout, wings, had hooves instead of feet, oh and had butter yellow fur with a head of pink hair. Well anyways, she looks down the barrel of my gun and then promptly faints. This was awkward. Nearby I see a town that where I infer this poor miss lives. I pick her up and sling her over my shoulder like a sack of potatoes, noticing right away how she has a kind of earthy elemental smell to her. Damn, why the hell am I thinking about her like that? "Jeez man, keep in in your pants!" I say sharply to myself. I can't afford to lose my concentration. With one hand on the girl and the other on my M9 I walk off towards the town. You know your entrance is bad if you end up having to fight five civvies and whole squadron of infantry in your first five minutes of being there. So there I was walking into town like a badass with that poor girl slung over my shoulder with my M16 and my M9 in my other hand. Most of the creatures stared at me in shock, some in anger, but most averted their eyes or ran for cover. That is until the purple one and her posse arrived. They stared at me in shock, probably because I looked so different from them or because I had one of their kind slung over my shoulder. Anyways, It went south from there and it went bad fast. "Why hello there ladies, if you don't mind i'm just passing through." I say sternly. I was kind of pissed that they were blocking my way and I really needed find a place to put the woman on my should. "No." A cyan winged one with rainbow colored hair said, who was flying above with a pair of beautiful wings. "No?" I say putting my anger into the word. "No." "Move aside." this time, it was a command. My grip on my pistol tightened. If this ass-wipe was looking to get I fight, then i'll give her a fight! I start to move forward shoving a couple aside. "That's it!" the cyan one yells while dive bombing towards me, but I was ready and waiting. As fast as I could I dropped the person I was carrying and pistol whipped Cyan in the face, sending her sprawling in the dust. By this time however, a white person with a horn and wavy purple hair had called the popo. Before I knew it I was surrounded by two white guys with wings in golden armor and armed with spears. "Oh! You wanna play hardball! Then lets play hardball!" I scream. holding my pistol. quick as a flash I whip my pistol around at the nearest guard, aimed at his head, and pulled the trigger. "BOOM! Everyone around stares in shock as the guard falls over dead, with brain matter leaking out of the hole in his skull. "Aurgh! DIIIIEEEEEE!" one of the guards runs at me, spear pointed strait out with intents of turning me into a shish kebab. I leap out of the way and pull out my knife. "Oh, I love you and all but you can't penetrate until after we're married at least!" I joke as I slash across the guards chest, injuring, but not killing. Unfortunately, I forgot about Cyan. "NOT COOL!" I turn around just in time to get a hoof sandwich, complete with dirt. Now this was just getting ridiculous. What did I do to these guys anyways. Purple and White kept on shooting bolts of energy from their horns while I fought Cyan. I pick up one of the fallen cop's spears, whip around, and throw. Time seems to move in slow motion as the spear flies through the air and gets impaled in Cyan's wing, going straight through. "AGH!" her screams are chilling to the bone to anyone who was nearby. I walk over to her and grasp the spear's shaft. "HUGH!" cyan grunts, tears starting to leak from her magenta eyes. She was very pretty, too bad I was about to kill her. I twist the spear sharply eliciting a scream from Cyan, her tears now flowed freely from her eyes soaking her cheeks and chest. She kind of reminds me of Karyn... damn my soft heart! I was starting to feel sorry for her. I lean down and support her shoulder against the wall and extended her injured wing. I lean down to her ear and whisper, "This is gonna hurt like hell." very calmly before I pull out the spear. "AHHHHH!" Cyan screams before promptly passing out from blood loss. I immediately feel what feels like a million volts of electricity rushing through my body, before I fall unconscious right beside Cyan. The last thing I heard was a very refined voice say: "Don't bucking mess with the elements of harmony you ruffian!" When I woke up later in a hospital bed surrounded by Purple, White, and Yellow, and they were by two new girls. One was all pink and was very hyper, and the other was orange with blond hair and a old brown stetson. "FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-" I said realizing the deep shit that I was in. "How dare you do that to Dashie!" I was cut off by Pink. "Who?" "Her!" Pink said, obviously pissed off about what happened, pointing behind me. I looked to my left and my expression immediately softened. It was Cyan/Dashie. Her wing was kind of mangled and was bandaged up, there was a band-aid on her forehead, and she was staring strait at me with a combined look of pain, grief, and hate. "Well Cyan, we did quite a number on each other huh!" a said wincing as my ribs flared up in pain. "Y-Y-You can j-just shut u-up!" she says, "I can't fly over 40 miles per hour now forever, because you stabbed me in the wing! I'll never make it into the wonderbolts now!" her voice cracks and I'm surprised to see tears welling up in her eyes. "Don't ya see the consequences of yer actions?" asks Orange, glaring at me. "Ya didn't have to hurt those ponies!" ponies? That is what they remind me of! They look like some sort of human and pony hybrid, but referred to themselves in pony terms. "hehe HaHa HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! WHOO!" I laugh, everypony giving me surprised expressions as to why I was laughing. "Oh, that is rich! I didn't need to hurt them? Ha! They attacked first!" and with that I knew I had them. "B-But I heard that you k-kidnapped me and was taking me somewhere?" I turned to Yellow calmly some how making her flinch and smiled softly before I answered. "Actually I was taking you into town because I thought that you lived there and I was just trying to figure out where you lived before these jokers attacked me." I pointed accusingly at White, Purple, and Cyan/Dashie. They all look away blushing slightly as they realize that they might have jumped to conclusions a little to soon. "I see that you are the strange creature that hospitalized so many ponies. I don't take kindly to things that threaten my subject's lives. However, I do believe in a fair trial." I turn around to see a "pony" that was taller than the others by a foot at least. She had a technicolor flowing mane and breasts that surely surpassed a DD. "Dayum girl! Your tits are HUGE!" Damn I'm an idiot.
