Cupid: Arrival

"I'm sorry, I don't believe I caught your name." Cupid said as they emerged into the main street.

"Pinkie," Pinkie had simmered down to light vibrations.

"Ah, so Pinkie, you seem the sociable type. What can you tell me about the locals?"

"Well you've already met me and twilight. The others were applejack, the orange one, rarity, the purple haired one, Fluttershy, the shy one,dashie, but don't call her that, princess celestia, the tallest one and the ruler of equestria, along with princess Luna, her sister.

"Huh, a monarchy."

"A what?"

"Nevermind."

The two continued down the street. Pinkie describing the townsfolk and Cupid writing cliff notes on his notepad. After a while, the duo reached sugercube corner and Pinkie invited him in.

"I'll be right back." Pinkie disappeared around the counter. Cupid took a seat and pulled out his trusty PDA. Whilst it linked to this world, Pinkie brought out two cups of tea.

"So enough about our world. What about yours?"

"What do you mean?"

"What's it like there?"

"Well, nothing too extravagant, compared to this place."

"A..." Cupid was cut short by hus PDA vibrating. Signaling that the world sync was complete.

"Ohhh...that's not a pretty picture."

"What?"

"Oh, nothing. Thank you for the tea but I must be off."

"O...Kay, bye I guess."

Cupid flew out the door and out of the city. He slowed to a stop and rested on a branch of a nearby tree. Settling into place, he pulled out his PDA and turned it on. The display powered up and the discomforting image. Cupid was given this by Zeus to aid in his efforts. It was able to show the status of everyone in the world. It gave Cupid a leg up. But the data on his tablet was just, unsettling. The graphs showed baried emotions,malice and mistrust, and overall problems left and right.

"Heh,love and harmony, huh Zeus."
