Vinyl Scratch is one of the most successful and talented DJs in all of Equestria.
To the press, she seems like the happiest person on the planet. However, her personal life is in shambles, she constantly suffers from anxiety and nightmares of random events keep her awake at ridiculous hours.

Does any of this have to do with the lose of sleep that comes with show business? Heavy drinking?
Or is it a whole lot simpler?
Maybe she's just missing her other half… Her significant other.
