Blood and Silver

Rain began to fall, causing my mane to droop,

"I'm unwanted now..." Tears streamed down my face along with rain.

I then felt a cool breeze surround me and saw golden eyes, a light blue mare body that was almost transparent, and a golden white mane.

The mare was only a spirit, but my mother, Golden Sky. She wrapped her cold, ghostly wing around me.

"I see your'e in some distress, but father is here also-Gleaming Night!" she called, her sweet voice hushing in my ear.

My father appeared, her sparkly black coat, green eyes, and all.

"Look if you dare see the future..." he said, pointing to a puddle.

I looked in it, and an image of princess Luna putting a shield thing over me, and Harmony, Silver, my 5 close friends, and Rainbow were there.

I turned to look at my parents, but they were already gone.

I blinked my eyes, letting the tears fall, then had an idea.

"They think they can stop me? Heh...fat chance!"

My eyes twitched as I grinned small.

"I'll take away what's most important to Midnight- her friends!" I laughed, flying out.

"I have to forgive them and tell Harmony..." I thought as lightning lit the sky.

BAM! I bumped into Silver.

"What do you want?" I sneered.

"I know you stole my element..." she hissed, pinning me to the ground.

"And now you're going to pay."

"What?" I gasped, then saw her silver hoof aimed for my head.

Pain jolted up the left side of my head, along with a fracture in my left wing. I slapped her face with my right wing and snickered as I kicked her in the stomach, "I didn't steal you're element."

I huffed as I regained my balance.

"Yes you did!" she insisted, pulling my ears back.

"You asked for it..." I muttered.

I slammed my cousin's face against the ground.

She whistled suddenly.

I twitched my ears, confused.

"What was that supposed to do?" I chuckled, bending her hind leg back, a smirk reappearing on my face.

Slam! My head burned with pain.

"Hey..." I muttered, the spotted a dark pale green stallion pegusas kick my stomach hard, knocking me out.

"Nice job, Darkened Wind!" My cousin's voice echoed.

I sat up, and saw Silver Blitz passed out as soon as I flew there.

"She attacked me again!" Midnight said, tears and blood streaming down her face.

I saluted to Dark Wind, then turned back to Midnight's place, but she was gone.

"Hey! Midnight!" I called, flying after her.

"No! I'm a monster...that's all I am...." I cried, trembling from the cold and sadness.

"Midnight, no you're not..." whispered Rainbow, wrapping her wings around me.

"Yes...I am..." I shoved her wings aside, and buried my face in my hooves.

"No you're not..." Rainbow replied more sternly.

"Yes I am! Look at me, Rainbow Dash! I'm not who you think I am...I'm..not" I screamed back, looking at the rain fall slowly.

I looked in a puddle and pointed at my reflection.

"Do you see the yellow eye color?! I AM a monster, OK?!" I screeched, then ran away.
