Chapters "After a few years, I had grown older and Scootaloo saw me earn my full moon cutie mark!" I explained, and continued my tale.
all the ponies seemed so interested.
I had walked into the Everfree forest, when I saw a colt about my age. I followed him and ended up finding a bunch of tribes who were wereponies. I had earned respect from them by doing certain tasks.
Scootaloo was looking for me, and saw them, panicking a bit if they hurt me. I told her they were my friends until one of the enemy tribes attacked and a wolf bit me.
I had faded out, but the Night tribe helped and they said I was destined to be a werepony and save the tribes.
"And that's how I got my cutie mark, became a werepony, my parents death, and met Scootaloo." I finished, stretching my wings.
"Wow...deep..." replied Twilight.
Pinkie was crying a lake of tears while Applebloom and Sweetie Belle were smiling at Scootaloo, along with Rainbow Dash.
Rarity simply stated, "What a touching tale, darling."
And finally, Applejack had answered, "Why I had no ider', sugarcube."
I smiled and hugged Scootaloo.
"I love you too, Midnight Dash." she whispered softly in my ear.
And we stayed the best of friends...forever...
After they left, I shifted awkwardly, Rainbow Dash still there, staring at me.
"Did you ever get so upset about your parents?" She asked.
My heart tensed, and I let out a deep sigh.
"Ya caught me....and I sadly, wasn't a very happy filly, well on the inside. Even with Scootaloo, it was too much for me and my heart. I tried to run away from my problems, just like I do now...I know ponies wanna help me...but I just can't....." I replied, my voice shaky, and tears slowly falling.
"I didn't mean to make you cry...but care to explain your sad childhood? Maybe I can help?" asked Rainbow, moving my wing from my face with her own.
"I guess I can..." I responded.
It was after school, and Scootaloo usually met me afterwards. I nearly forgotten where my parents were and got so convinced that my mom was Scootaloo. I had been distracted in class lately, and so I was sad and didn't want to tell her what happened. Tears were in my eyes and I asked her, "Where are my parents?"
She scratched her head and we went somewhere secret.
" They're uh...um in Pony Heaven...." she said softly.
"....Oh. I forgot." I replied, my ears bent down and my eyes watering.
"If it makes you feel any better, I'll take you with me to see Rainbow Da-"
"NO! I-I..." I yelled, my hooves pounding the ground as I ran away, saddened and angry at the truth.
I was crying alone in a tree, and had fallen into a deep, saddened sleep.
Just as my father told me, I saw my parents in my dreams
I asked them if they loved me after all the mistakes I've made and they said of course they did and that no pony is perfect.
I had awakened due to Scootaloo tapping on my shoulder.
"Go away, I'm a monster...." I grumbled, covering my face with my dark blue wings
"Midnight... no you're not...relax and take deep breaths." She replied.
I took a deep breath and cried harder.
"I-I got in trouble at school today..." I sniffled.
"For what?"
"Not focusing..."
"That's nothing...don't worry about it..."[\i]
Rainbow blinked slowly as I finished my tale.
"Oh....well at least I knew you better I suppose, I'll talk to you later about this, I gotta do something with Applejack." She said, and flew.off.
I smiled and looked up at the sky, seeing me and my parents in a cloud. A happy tear slid down my cheek.
FIN
It was a sunny day, and I was talking with the mane 6 and the CMC.
We were just chilling, when Rainbow Dash asked,
"How did you meet Scootaloo, anyway?" Gazing at me and the orange mare.
"I never told you? Huh..." Scootaloo stated then asked me to explain.
"Well..." I began my tale of my childhood, excited to see what they would think.
The wind blew my mane as the hospital ponies carried away my parents who just had heart attacks.
My heart was broken as I ran to the hospital.
Tears streamed down my face as I ran through the doors.
I ignored the nurses calling for me to come back and followed the nurses with my parents.
"Mom! Dad! I love you!" I yelped as I hugged them slightly.
"We *cough* do too...sweetie..." My mom whispered as they were taken in a room.
"I don't want you to die!" I sniffled, sitting next to my dad.
"I didn't even get my cutie mark yet!" I cried.
"We'll be able to see you from above and in your dreams." My father replied, coughing hard.
"I-I..." My head store at the floor.
"Oh, I almost forgot to tell you who your related to-your gonna be so happy!" My mother said, her sweet voice cracked.
"Who?" I asked, bouncing up and down.
My parents pointed to the doorway, and there stood an orange mare, smiling softly at me.
She had light purple eyes, that shimmered like stars, and a dark purple mane, dark as the night.
I dropped my mouth slightly, knowing who she was.
"Is this--?" I asked.
They nodded.
"Scootaloo? I've heard so much about you from Rainbow Dash!" I commented, hugging her and fluttering my small wings.
"Wow! She's got some mane! And look at those pointed ears! Man, I wish I was young again to remember the time I got my cutie mark! You'll be so happy when you find out your talent!" she said, holding me up.
I laughed and told her how much I love her.
She told me back how much I loved her also and how she would always be there for me, even house me if I needed somewhere to stay.
I knew deep down that if my parents died, I would at least still have Scootaloo.
"You better leave, they have to get some rest." A nurse said to me and Scootaloo.
I nodded and said goodbye to my parents sadly, praying for them softly.
I went home, sitting alone for a few hours, thinking, and that's when I heard a knock on my door.
I answered and there stood Scootaloo, tears falling down her face.
She held a picture of my parents and my heart sunk.
"They're--?"
She nodded, and I hit my fore head.
"I was too late!" I shouted, angry tears streaming down my face.
Scootaloo wrapped her wings around me, and I heard her say, "If it makes you feel any better, you can call me Scoots..."
I nodded and hugged her tighter.
Me and Scootaloo were at the funeral, sitting next to each other, and when I got called up to speak, I said, "I may only be a filly, but I can't express my love for my parents...they may be dead...but at least their in a better place now."
I got a lot of hoof-claps and sat down.
After the funeral was done, I told Scootaloo how she was my angel, giving me comfort like that.
She laughed a bit, messed up my mane, then went to see Rainbow Dash.
I smiled softly, then went to bed.
