Chapters Cinnamon Glow stood nervously by the front door of the bakery, occasionally peeking out the window. “Would you just come and sit down?” Peppermint said from a nearby table, she took a small sip of her coffee, and Cinnamon Glow turned around and walked toward the table to sit down. “You’re being way too nervous about this.” Peppermint said, which Cinnamon Glow only gave a sigh in response.
Cinnamon Glow and Peppermint have been the owners of a small bakery in Baltimare for over four years. Their bakery is decently popular, and when you look at the two you would assume that they are a married couple; while both of them have thought of that possibility, there are only friends.
“My whole future depends on this one letter.” Cinnamon Glow said with an impatient tone as he looked back at the front door.
“Ya, but you should calm down a bit.” Peppermint took another sip of her coffee. “It’s not healthy to be this nervous over one little letter.” Cinnamon Glow opened his mouth to reply, but was interrupted when a small bell chimed outside. Cinnamon Glow instantly jumped out of his seat and ran to the door, he swung it open and practically sprinted toward the mail box. He opened it and pulled out the single letter from inside.
“Is that it?” Peppermint asked from the doorway. Cinnamon Glow looked at the stamp in the corner and smiled when he read ‘Ponyville’. Peppermint saw the smile on his face and waved him over. “Come on, let’s open it inside.” She then walked back to the table and Cinnamon followed.
They both sat down and Cinnamon Glow continued to stare at the letter. “Just open it!” Peppermint said in slight annoyance. Cinnamon gave another calming sigh and he slowly ripped open the envelope and took out the letter inside. He read it over two or three times and Peppermint nervously waited for a response, and slowly a smile started to emerge over Cinnamon Glow’s face. Peppermint smiled back, “I knew she would hire you.” Cinnamon glow jumped forward and embraced her with a hug, while it was a little strange for the two to be hugging, she couldn’t help but hug him back.
“I can’t believe it! I get to work at sugar cube corner! I get to work with Pinkie Pie!” Cinnamon Glow said with joy as they both hopped in place. Some of the customers gave them smiles because they knew why they were so joyus, but others just tried to ignore them and focus on what they were eating.
“I’m so happy for you!” Peppermint said once they stopped jumping.
“Can you believe it Pepper! I get to work in Ponyville!”
“What Will you be doing?” Peppermint asked. Cinnamon Glow looked back at the letter still in his hands and read it over.
“I don’t know. It just says ‘we will be expecting you in three days’.” Cinnamon Glow said, he was rather surprised by how formal the letter was. He had heard rumors that Pinkie Pie was rather rambunctious and hyper; but I guess they were just rumors, and nothing else. Peppermint opened her mouth to say something but was interrupted when two of their regulars came in and they walked over to greet them.
It’s been two days since they got the letter, and Cinnamon Glow was sitting on his bed, staring at his suitcase he had packed the night before. There is only one more night left until he will be leaving for Ponyville. While he is excited to go, he feels rather sad to leave all of his friends, especially Pepper. Cinnamon shook his head, trying to get these rather depressing thoughts out of his mind. He then laid back down on his bed, while he may have to leave some friends behind, he couldn’t stop smiling that he finally will be going to Ponyville. Cinnamon gave a satisfied sigh, but he then heard something else. He sat up so he could listen. It was extremely quiet, but he could definitely hear something. Cinnamon hopped out of his bed, and stepped into the hall and he realized the noise was coming from Peppermint’s room. He silently tiptoed over to her door, and slowly opened it and he saw Peppermint sitting on her bed, with her face buried in her arms, crying.
He slowly walked over to her bed, sat down, and gave her a hug. Peppermint jumped slightly from surprise and raised her head to look at Cinnamon and she gave a nervous laugh.
“I didn’t hear you come in.” Peppermint said, trying to ignore the fact that she was just crying; but Cinnamon only responded with a look of worry. “Oh look at me. I’m such a mess.” Peppermint said as she straightened her shirt and wiped away her tears.
“What’s wrong Pepper?” Cinnamon asked with a serious expression on his face.
“I guess…” Peppermint trailed off. “I guess I’m just sad. Sad that for over four years we’ve been living here, just you and me, and now you’re leaving. It’ll be so lonely without you.” Peppermint said as another tear trailed down her cheek. Cinnamon Glow rubbed the tear away with his hand in a rather affectionate way, and then embraced her with a hug. “I don’t know why I was even crying.” Peppermint said as she chocked a laugh. “I guess I just can’t keep hogging you forever.”
Cinnamon Glow released the hug and looked her in the eyes, and she smiled back which eased Cinnamon Glow slightly. “I’m fine, Really.” Peppermint said as she kept the small smile.
“I’ll call every day.” Cinnamon Glow said, trying to reassure her.
“I’m fine.”
“I’ll come visit all the time.”
Peppermint gave him a slightly playful nudge in the shoulder. “I’m fine, and you need to get some sleep.” She said, still with a smile.
Cinnamon gave a small sigh. “You sure you’re okay?” He said, and she responded with a nod and a smile. Cinnamon returned the smile and walked over to the door; he gave one last look before he disappeared into the hallway.
As soon as Cinnamon glow left, the smile on Peppermint’s face slowly disappeared and she covered herself with the blanket as a final tear streamed down her cheek.
A ringing filled Cinnamon Glows ears as he forced his eyes open. He looked to the table to his left and smacked the alarm clock to make it turn off. He gave a rather loud yawn and sat up as his eyes lazily scanned the room. Cinnamon dragged himself out of bed and walked to the door, and into the hallway. As he passed, he gave a quick glance in Peppermint’s room; everything seemed fine, but it felt like Cinnamon was forgetting something. Cinnamon gave another yawn as he climbed down the stairs and into the kitchen. Peppermint was at the stove making pancakes, and turned around when Cinnamon came down.
“How are you this morning?” Peppermint asked, and Cinnamon only replied with a yawn as he walked out the kitchen door into the seating area. He sat down at one of the tables and rubbed his eyes once or twice. Peppermint seems awfully calm this morning, she’s usually rather bitter until she gets her coffee. He started to smile to himself, but then instantly stopped once he remembered the events of last night. He stood up to look at Peppermint over the counter who was still at the stove; she looked happy. I didn’t dream all of that last night, did I? Cinnamon Glow asked himself, but then shook his head in disagreement. No, it was way too real to have only been a dream.
Then as Cinnamon Glow finished this thought, Peppermint came through the kitchen door with two plates with pancakes. She walked over and placed one plate in front of Cinnamon, and placed the other plate in front of an empty chair, which she sat down in. Peppermint stabbed the pancake with her fork and was about to begin cutting until she realized Cinnamon was staring at her.
“Are you okay?” Cinnamon asked with a serious expression.
Peppermint gave a small chuckle. “What do you mean?” She asked as she went back to cutting her pancakes.
“Don’t try to ignore it Pepper.” Cinnamon said, and Peppermint stopped. She put down her fork and knife and gave a small sigh. She then looked back up at Cinnamon with a smile.
“I’m fine. I was just acting rather silly last night.” She said as she looked down at her food in thought.
“You and I both know it wasn’t just you acting silly.” Cinnamon said as he reached out his hand to touch hers, but she swept her hand back. She then stood up and looked to Cinnamon with a rather fake smile.
“I’ll get your luggage, you have to leave soon.” She said as she walked over to the kitchen door, and disappeared behind it.
Cinnamon gave a rather depressed and confused sigh. He stood up and picked up both plates with the pancakes and went into the kitchen to put them into the fridge. Something told him that neither one of them wanted to eat now. He turned around to hear the clunking of a suitcase being dragged down the stairs. He walked over to Pepper and once she entered the kitchen, and she handed him the luggage. Cinnamon grabbed the luggage reluctantly, and gave her a worried look.
“Come on, if you don’t go soon you’ll miss the train.” Peppermint said with a smile.
Cinnamon looked up at the clock and realized that the train will arrive in ten minutes!
Cinnamon looked back a Peppermint who gave him a small smile, he sighed and returned that smile. “I’ll see ya soon, okay?” Cinnamon said, and Pepper replied with a triumphant nod. Cinnamon gave one last sigh and pulled Peppermint into a hug. Peppermint blushed slightly from the sudden affection, but still hugged him back. Cinnamon released the hug and looked at her in the eyes. “I’ll call as soon as a get there.” Cinnamon said and Peppermint replied with another nod. Cinnamon grabbed his luggage and walked out the kitchen and over to the front door. He opened it and before he walked out, he gave her one last smile, and she smiled back. He walked out the door and it closed behind him. Peppermint watched him disappear into the street. Peppermint’s smile slowly disappeared and she gave a small sigh as she walked up the stairs.
Cinnamon walked down the street as he rolled his luggage behind him, he looked at his watch and realized that the train will be there in five minutes!
“Oh crap! I’m gonna miss the train!” He then broke into a sprint toward the train station. While Cinnamon Glow may not work out too much considering he works at a bakery, he still was quite athletic in high school, and could run quite fast. Cinnamon made a sharp turn as his luggage bounced behind him. He then made another turn and saw the train station directly in front of him, and the train was just rolling in! He gave one last burst of speed toward the ticket office, tossed his ticket to the man working there, and hopped over the railing and just barely made it into the train just as the door closed. He stood there panting for a few seconds and when he looked up he saw everyone was staring at him. Cinnamon gave a nervous laugh as he walked over to put his luggage in the shelf above the seat, and he sat down. Cinnamon gave a relieved sigh and looked out the window, now all that was left was the eight hour train trip to Ponyville.
Cinnamon woke with a start, and sat up in his seat. He rubbed his eyes and checked his watch, it was three thirty, they would be arriving at Ponyville soon. Cinnamon Glow looked out the window and after a few minutes saw Ponyville in the distance and Cinnamon couldn’t help but smile. But then he started to remember Pepper, all alone in the bakery. They hired a few extra hands, so running the business wouldn’t be that difficult, but what about after they close? Spending every night and every morning alone, how could he leave her like that? Cinnamon gave a small sigh as he stood up from his seat and pulled his luggage from above. He then walked over to the door and waited there. He looked out the window and slowly saw Ponyville approach until they were finally at the station.
“We are now arriving at Ponyville. Please watch you step on the way out.” The voice on the intercom said as the doors opened, and Cinnamon stepped out. Cinnamon walked over to the front gate of the train station with his luggage behind him. The ticket seller gave a small nod as he walked by, and he left through the front gate. Cinnamon stopped at the exit just to take in everything, while Ponyville may be one of the most popular places, it definitely wasn’t the biggest. But Cinnamon couldn’t help but smile, he was finally here. After all those years of dreaming to work at ponyville, he was finally here.
Cinnamon Glow breathed in happily as he stepped out of the train station and started to walk down the dirt path into Ponyville. As he walked through town, he couldn’t help but feel happy as he looked at all the tiny buildings. Everything here seems so much warmer and welcoming than Baltimare ever could. But then he remembered something, something very important, he had no idea where Sugar Cube Corner was! He nervously looked around seeing if he could ask for directions and there was a slightly funny looking blond girl walking to his left. He walked over and waved to get her attention.
“Umm, hey. Sorry to bother you, but could you tell me how to get to Sugar Cuba Corner?” Cinnamon Glow asked.
The girl with the blond hair Pointed down a side path. “That way!” She said while slightly sticking her tongue out.
Cinnamon responded with a smile of gratitude, and walked over down the side path.
After a few minutes of walking, Cinnamon started to realize that this path was starting to lead him out of town, was this really going to lead me to Sugar Cube Corner? Cinnamon highly doubted that is was, and was about to turn around and head back until her heard music. He spun around and noticed the music was coming from the end of the path. He followed it down and it got steadily louder, and eventually the path ended and led to a small park. He looked around and noticed how peaceful it was, considering how far away it was from the town, it was really nice. Cinnamon looked to his right toward the music and saw a girl with grey hair and a pink bowtie playing the cello. He walked up to her and saw her eyes were closed and it looked like she was concentrating, so Cinnamon decided to wait till she was done.
After a few minutes of listening to the beautiful music, the girl ended and lowered her bow, and Cinnamon started to clap. The girl looked slightly surprised, but then eased again from the praise.
“That was really good!” Cinnamon said with a smile once he stopped clapping.
“Thank you.” Octavia said with a small grin. “I’m Octavia.” She said while extending her hand.
“I’m Cinnamon Glow.” Cinnamon said while shaking Octavia’s hand. “I was trying to find my way to Sugar Cube Corner, but I guess I got some wrong directions.”
Octavia raised an eyebrow. “Was she blond?” She asked.
“Yeah?” I replied.
Octavia rolled her eyes in annoyance. “Then that was Derpy, she always act’s like that.
I gave a small laugh, but then I noticed that Octavia looked a bit familiar. “Hey, have a seen you before.” Octavia’s frown instantly disappeared once I showed some recognition. “Yeah, I have seen you. Didn’t you play at the Gala a few times? I remember I served food there one year and saw you playing.” Cinnamon responded.
Octavia gave a small smile. “Yeah, I play at places like that a lot.”
“So do you live in Ponyville?” Cinnamon asked.
“No, I live in Canterlot. I’m just here visiting a friend.” Octavia responded. I was about to say something else, but was interrupted from a voice calling from the distance.
“Hey Octavia! You done practicing yet?” Octavia gave a small smile and a sigh.
“Coming Vinyl!” Octavia yelled back. She then turned back to Cinnamon. “Anyway, I have to go. It was nice meeting you Cinnamon Glow.” She said with a smile.
“Nice meeting you too.” Cinnamon responded, and Octavia gave him a smile then turned back, packed up her cello and walked away and Cinnamon walked back down the path.
After a few minutes Cinnamon finally arrived back at Ponyville, and walked back down the main road. “Well that was a pain.” Cinnamon said to himself in annoyance.
“Im sorry?”
Cinnamon turned around and saw he caught the two attention of two other girls, one with blue and white hair, and one with pink and dark blue hair. “Oh I’m sorry, I was just talking to myself.”
“Is there anything we can help with?” The one with the pink and dark blue hair asked with a smile.
“I’m just trying to find Sugar Cube Corner.” Cinnamon replied.
“Well, if you go down that path on the left then turn right, it should lead you right there.” The one with the white and blue hair said while pointing down the road.
“Thanks, I’m Cinnamon Glow.” Cinnamon said.
“I’m Lyra.” The one with the blue and white hair said with a grin.
“And I’m Bon Bon.” The girl with the pink and blue hair said. We all exchanged friendly smiles, and I walked down the road Lyra pointed me down.
After a few minutes I came to another crossroad, which I turned right as Lyra instructed, and it ended right to Sugar Cube Corner. Cinnamon smiled to himself that he didn’t receive wrong directions again. Cinnamon Glow walked up to the front door and raised his hand to knock, but then stopped. He swallowed slightly from nervousness, then knocked on the door and slowly lowered his arm.
Almost instantly the door swung open to reveal a rather excited looking girl with bouncy pink hair as he recognized as Pinkie Pie. Cinnamon opened his mouth to say something but Pinkie Pie gave a squeal of excitement and pulled him inside. She quickly shut the door and turned to him with smile, Cinnamon was surprised from Pinkie Pie’s sudden energy, I guess those rumors were true, but then who wrote the letter?
Cinnamon cleared his throat. “Hello Pinkie Pie, I’m Cinnamon Glow an-“
“Of course I know who you are! You sent me a letter, remember silly? Oh and call me Pinkie! All my friends do.” Pinkie finished with a smile. “Welcome to the bakery!”
“Wow Pinkie Pi-. I mean Pinkie, thanks!” Cinnamon said with a smile. He can’t help it, Pinkie’s crazy happiness was contagious, and he couldn’t help but smile.
“Oh! I know what we gotta do! I gotta introduce you to all my friends!” Pinkie said while jumping up and down.
“Wait, what?” Cinnamon Glow said as Pinkie grabbed his hand and ran out the door with him. “Wait!”
Pinkie ran through the town towing Cinnamon behind her.
“Where are we going?!” Cinnamon asked as they turned down one of the main roads.
“The library!” Pinkie said happily as they continued to run down the street. Wait the library? Who would live at the library?
After around a minute or two, they arrived at what looked like a giant tree that someone had built into a house. “This is the library?” Cinnamon asked.
“Yeah, isn’t it great!” Pinkie said with a smile as the two went up to the front door. Cinnamon looked up at the building, while it did seem a little weird to build a house in a tree, it did look quite nice. Pinkie reached for the doorknob and twisted it. They both stepped inside and Cinnamon looked around. It was really nice in here, not to mention a lot warmer than it was outside.
As Cinnamon was examining the library, he heard tiny footsteps from above. He looked in the direction of the sound to see a kid with green hair and a purple hoodie coming down the stairs.
“Hey Spike!” Pinkie said happily. “This is Cinnamon! He just moved here, and is going to be working in the bakery with me!” Pinkie said with a smile.
The kid walked up to Cinnamon and extended his hand and flashed a toothy grin. “I’m Spike, nice to meet you.”
“I’m Cinnamon Glow.” Cinnamon said as he shook Spike hand and returned the smile.
“Spike, what are you doing? You know we have work to do.” Cinnamon heard from the stairs. He looked up to see a girl emerge from the staircase. She had purple hair which had a single pink highlight, she was carrying a few books and had an annoyed expression on her face, until she saw Pinkie and Cinnamon that is. “Oh Pinkie, why are you here? And I see you brought a friend.” Twilight said as she shifted her gaze toward Cinnamon.
“Oh this is Cinnamon! He just moved here and is going to be working at the bakery with me!” Pinkie said happily.
Twilight’s expression brightened up from this news. “Oh yeah, I wrote that letter for you didn’t I?” Twilight said as she gave an embarrassed smile from her lack of memory.
“Letter?” Cinnamon asked while turning to Pinkie.
“Yeah, Twilight wrote the letter that I sent to you a few days ago.” Pinkie said.
Cinnamon gave a small ‘ah’ as he figured out why the letter seemed so formal when it was coming from a person like Pinkie.
“Well anyway, I have some business to do, so I better get going. It was nice meeting you Cinnamon.” Twilight said with a smile.
“Yeah, you too.” Cinnamon responded with a small grin.
“Okay Twi! We’ll see ya later!” Pinkie said as she grabbed onto my arm and bounced out of the library.
With cinnamon in her grip, Pinkie happily bounced down the opposite road.
“Where are we going now?” Cinnamon asked as Pinkie tugged him along!
“Carrousel Boutique!” Pinkie said with a smile.
“And where exactly is that?” Cinnamon asked while raising an eyebrow.
“Right here!” Pinkie said as she stopped bouncing. Cinnamon looked up to see a blue and pink building that looked quite impressive.
Pinkie raised her hand to knock, but was interrupted by quite a loud crash from one of the rooms above them and the two looked up.
“Sweetie Belle!” They heard being shouted from inside. Pinkie took a step forward a slowly opened the door.
The two entered and Pinkie called out. “Rarity?”
“I swear Sweetie Belle, what am I going to do with you?” They heard from the staircase. They looked over to see a girl around Pinkie’s age with Purple hair and red glasses walk down with a younger girl with light purple and pink hair.
“I’m sorry Rarity, I just-“ But then she stopped when she saw Cinnamon and Pinkie standing at the door.
“Oh, hello Pinkie Pie! Who is that you got with you?” She said as she walked up to us with a smile. Cinnamon could see behind her, the little girl she was scolding quietly escaped back upstairs.
“This is Cinnamon! He’s gonna be working with me in the bakery!” Pinkie said with a smile.
“Well, nice to meet you Cinnamon, I’m Rarity.” She said as she extended her hand, and Cinnamon shook it. Rarity opened her mouth to say something else, but another crash from upstairs caused her to stop.
“SWEETIE BELLE!” Rarity screamed with furry, she then quickly turned back at them. “Well it a pleasure meeting you Cinnamon, but I’m afraid I have some ‘business’ to take care of.” Rarity then spun around and stormed back up the stairs. “Sweetie Belle!” She screamed again.
“I guess we better go.” Pinkie said, and Cinnamon gave a small nod. Pinkie then grabbed onto Cinnamon’s arm again, and ran out the door. This time instead of going down a path that looked to lead further into Ponyville, we went down a path that seemed to leave Ponyville.
“Where are we going this time?” Cinnamon asked as they were heading for the outskirts of town toward what seemed to be a forest.
“You’ll see!” Pinkie said with a smile. Cinnamon felt a tad bit unsettled by that answer, but excited to meet more of Pinkie’s friends none the less.
After a few minutes of going down a path, it eventually led to a small cottage with a wide variety of animals around it. “Wow, lots of animals in Ponyville.” Cinnamon said while looking around.
“Not really, it’s mostly Fluttershy who has the animals, she’s really shy, that’s probably why they like her so much.” Pinkie said, and Cinnamon gave a small nod of understanding.
The two walked up to the door, and Pinkie knocked. After a few moments, the door opened to reveal a girl with long pink hair. She looked pleased when she saw Pinkie, but as soon as she saw Cinnamon, she took a step back and hid behind her hair shyly.
“Hi Fluttershy! This is Cinnamon, he’s going to be working with me in the bakery.” Pinkie said with a smile. Fluttershy only responded with a nervous glance at her feet, which made the few seconds of silence extremly awkward.
After a few seconds, Pinkie spoke up. “Well Fluttershy, we gotta get going, we still haven’t been to Sweet Apple Acres.” Pinkie said while playfully rolling her eyes, and Fluttershy gave a small nod and slowly closed her door.
“Sweet Apple Acres?” Cinnamon asked as they walked away.
“Oh yeah! That’s the best part! Come on!” Pinkie said as she grabbed Cinnamon’s arm and skipped down the path.
Pinkie continued to pull Cinnamon along the path, but they didn’t start heading for Ponyville, they actually went down a path that led farther away from town.
“What is Sweet Apple Acres?” Cinnamon asked as they continued down the path.
“Oh, it’s an amazing farm that’s run by one of my amazing friends and her family!” Pinkie said with excitement.
“What about the ‘Sweet Apple’ part?” Cinnamon asked.
“It’s an apple farm!” Pinkie said as she turned down what appeared to be the main road.
An apple farm? Cinnamon thought to himself. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an apple farm, or even a farm in general.
After a few minutes of walking and admiring the scenery Ponyville had to offer, they finally arrived at the wooden gate that led to the farm. Cinnamon was kinda surprised from the sheer size of the property, it looked like the apple trees went on for miles. Pinkie opened the gate and the two stepped through and walked down the path. Cinnamon looked to his right and saw a pretty big looking guy with orange hair plowing a field, he must be really strong to be pushing a plow as easily as he is. Cinnamon looked down the path and saw they were headed toward a barn.
Pinkie and Cinnamon walked into the house that was connected to the side. When they entered Cinnamon noticed how roomy it seemed, even though it looked pretty small from the outside. Pinkie and Cinnamon walked into the kitchen to see an older woman that appeared to mixing some kind of stew.
“Hi Granny Smith!” Pinkie said with a smile. Cinnamon couldn’t help but chuckle from the irony of her name. “Cinnamon is new here, and I was gonna introduce him to Applejack. Do you know where she is?” Pinkie asked. Granny Smith turned around and gave the two a warming smile.
“I think her and Rainbow were messing around in the back.” Granny smith said and then slowly turned around to continue with her cooking.
“Thanks!” Pinkie said with a small giggle after. The two then continued to walk through the house and two the back. As they approached the door that lead to the backyard, Cinnamon overheard some talking.
“I got this one Applejack!” Pinkie pushed open the door to reveal a small peg with a few horseshoes around it, and a few feet away was two girl that were holding horseshoes. One girl had amazingly eye catching rainbow colored hair and was wearing a blue hoodie and looked like she was about to throw the horse shoe, but then stopped once she saw that we came out. Next to her was another girl with a Stetson and a orange blouse and a pair of jeans.
“Well hi there Pinkie Pie!” The blond girl said as they tossed the horseshoes back on the ground and walked over to them.
“Hi Applejack, this is Cinnamon Glow, he just moved here and is going to be working with me at the bakery!” Pinkie said with a wide smile. Cinnamon extended his and Applejack shook it gladly. The one thing that stuck out more than her long blond hair or her brown Stetson was her magnificent green eyes, they were absolutely beautiful. The rainbow haired one stepped in front of Applejack once we had lowered her hands.
“I’m Rainbow Dash, the fastest runner in all of equestrian!” She said with a cocky grin as she extended her hand and Cinnamon shook it. She seemed kinda cocky, but nice none the less.
“What are you guy’s doing?” Pinkie asked as she looked back at their game of horseshoes.
“Rainbow over here said she was the absolute best at horseshoes, so we decided to play so I could prove her wrong.” Applejack said with a smile.
Rainbow gave a small laugh. “Too bad I’m winning!” Rainbow said with a smile.
Applejack returned that laugh with a small grin. “And that’s all about to change, you only have one horseshoe left.”
“So do you!”
“Yeah, but mine is the winning horseshoe.” Applejack said as the two walked back to their throwing spot. Rainbow picked up her horseshoe and crouched slightly and took aim for the peg. She made a small flick of her hand, but it was too much, and sent the horseshoe flying over, Applejack couldn’t help but grin.
Rainbow rolled her eyes in annoyance. “Ya ya, laugh it up. I’m still winning you know.”
“And that’s all about to change.” Applejack said as she picked up her horseshoe and looked toward the peg with pure concentration. She made a quick flick with her arm and threw the horseshoe with pure skill as it landed perfectly around the peg. “Yeehaw!” Applejack said with excitement.
Rainbow waved her hand at Applejack. “Whatever!” As Applejack was basking in her glory, Pinkie and Cinnamon took this time to walk back through the back door. They walked through the kitchen, said goodbye to Granny, and left. They walked up the path and through the front gate as a question came to Cinnamon’s mind.
“Hey Pinkie, what other things are there to do in Ponyville.” Cinnamon asked as they walked down the road.
“Ohhh!” Pinkie said with excitement. “Well one, there’s Bon Bon’s candy shop, that’s always a great place to get sweets besides Sugarcube Corner. There are also a bunch of shops too!”
After a few minutes of walking, they eventually arrived back at Ponyville.
“There is also this super cool night club at the edge of time with the amazing DJ Pon3!” By the time Pinkie finished talking they eventually arrived at Sugarcube Corner. Cinnamon looked up to the sky and realized it was sunset already, the whole day passed so fast.
“Well I’ll see ya later Cinnamon.” Pinkie said with a smile.
“So what time should I be here tomorrow?” Cinnamon asked.
“Pffft. Whenever you wake up is fine, no need to rush much on the first day.” Pinkie said with a smile.
Cinnamon returned that smile, and Pinkie opened up her door and disappeared inside.
Cinnamon turned around and started to walk down the road. There was a small hotel he was staying at that he booked the night before and saw it on the way to Sugarcube Corner.
After just a short minute, he arrived at the small hotel. He entered and picked up his key from the receptionist, and went up to his room. He laid down on his bed and gave a sigh of relief, while the day was fun, it sure was exhausting. He then froze as he realized that he didn’t he didn’t have his luggage.
“Aww shit…” Cinnamon said as he gave another rather annoyed sigh. I must have left it at Pinkie’s. Cinnamon turned off the light’s and rolled over to his side, he would just get them in the morning. slowly Cinnamon drifted into sleep, letting exhaustion wash over him.
Cinnamon’s eyes slowly cracked open, as light sept into the room. Cinnamon gave a rather loud yawn as he sat up and stretched. Cinnamon glanced at the clock and it read 8:45, I wonder if it’s too late to go to SugarCube Corner? Cinnamon stood up and decided it would be better if he took a shower first.
After a few minutes, Cinnamon stepped outside the bathroom with his hair still frizzled and slightly damp. Cinnamon walked up to the mirror and used a comb to brush his hair the way he liked at. Once Cinnamon was satisfied with his appearance, he glanced at the clock and it was a little past nine. Cinnamon walked through the door and went downstairs, he gave the receptionist a slight nod as he passed, and went through the front door. Cinnamon stepped outside and gave a slight stretch and a yawn. But when he reopened his eyes all he saw was a baseball hurtling toward his face, then black.
Cinnamon gave a groan as he forced open his eyes. But something was off… Instead of the bright blue that normally filled the sky, it was a dark and ominous black.
“You okay?” Cinnamon heard the familiar voice of Pinkie Pie ask him.
“Yeah, I think so.” Cinnamon said as he saw Pinkie’s hand outstretch in front of him. He grabbed it and hoisted himself up, but then his jaw dropped as he looked at Pinkie. Her hair was straightened down and had black streaks, and she was wearing a maid outfit!
Cinnamon continued to stare at Pinkie with his mouth hanging open. Pinkie gave a slight blush from his continuous stare and looked down to her feet. “Are you alright sir? Did you hit your head?” Pinkie said as she stood in place.
“Wha?” Cinnamon said as he looked around, he appeared to be standing in front of a gigantic mansion. “Where am I? What happened?” Cinnamon asked as he grabbed his head in pain.
“Well, you were walking in from your usually evening stroll when you slipped and hit you head.” Pinkie said as she walked up to him. “Are you alright?” She asked again.
“Why are you wearing a maid outfit? Where are we?” He asked diligently, completely ignoring her question.
She took a small step back in shock and struggled to find the words of what to say. “Uhh, this is your mansion, and I am your dining maid Pinkamena Diane Pie.” She said as she looked to her feet again.
Pinkamena? Why on earth is she using her full name, how did I even get here? Questions buzzed through his mind as he tried to look for any kind of solution, and then it hit him. This is a dream. It has to be, right? That’s the only logical explanation. And since this was a dream, Cinnamon knew he could just play along until he woke up! Cinnamon scratched his head as he tried to recover from his rambling questions.
“Umm, yes of course.” Cinnamon said as he took a step forward toward Pinkie. But then Pinkie did something quite unexpected, she flinched. It wasn’t a huge flinch, but she looked like he was about to hit her. Cinnamon’s heart broke as he realized he must be a jerk in this ‘dream world’ for her to flinch and him like that. He shook his head, trying to get these quite depressing thoughts out of his head. “You said that you were a dining maid, right?” Cinnamon asked as he walked forward and through the front doors of the mansion.
Pinkie gave a small nod. “Yes, the chef has made breakfast for you. Th-that’s why I went outside to get you.” She said with an unusually stiffness to her voice, like she knew something bad would happen if she messed up.
“I am kinda hungry!” Cinnamon said as he remembered that he hadn’t ate anything else today; I guess that hunger continued to this dream too. Pinkie and Cinnamon walked through an extremely large entrance room, and made a left through two double doors into a dining room. When they entered, the first thing Cinnamon saw was a huge table that took up most of the space of the room that was filled with massive plates of all kinds of food. Cinnamon turned to Pinkie. “Who else is eating with us?” Cinnamon asked.
Pinkie gave him a quizzical look. “I’m sorry sir, I don’t know what you mean?”
Cinnamon instantly realized that all of this food was for him. Cinnamon suddenly lost his appetite, and really wanted to wake up and get out of here. He then grabbed his arm and pinched his skin, but instead of waking back up at his bed, he just felt pain. Cinnamon’s heart sank as he realized that this wasn’t a dream, or at least it was an extremely realistic one.
“Umm, I changed my mind, I actually just want to get some sleep.” Cinnamon said with a nervous smile, he thought that if he fell back asleep, maybe he could get back to the world he knew. Pinkie’s eyes widened from surprise from his sudden change of appetite.
“Oh ummm, of course master.” Pinkie said as she nervously shuffled past Cinnamon. Pinkie led him down a hall way and up a set of stairs. The whole time, Cinnamon noticed that Pinkie looked extremely tense, and what was with the black highlights in her hair. “Hey Pinkie.” Cinnamon said as they continued up the stairs.
“Yes?” She nervously replied.
“Why do you have black highlights?” Cinnamon asked. Pinkie immediately stopped and Cinnamon instantly regretted asking the question. She slowly turned around to face Cinnamon.
“Don’t you remember Master…” Pinkie said tensely. “You ordered I have them implanted when I was your…” She trailed off and swallowed nervously. “Sex slave…” Pinkie stopped and Cinnamon’s heart sank. She then quickly spun around to hide the gentle tears trickling down her face. “But then you appointed me to dining, so now they’re kind of redundant now.” She then started walking again with a much more brisk pace. Cinnamon followed until she led him to a room, she opened the door and walked off without another word.
Cinnamon entered the room and his jaw dropped from the sheer size of it. There was a giant bed in the center with a huge television mounted on the wall. Cinnamon closed the door and walked up to the bed. He sat down and gave a sigh of exhaustion, he just wanted to get back. Cinnamon stood up and walked over to the window, and again he was amazed by the size of this place. The courtyard was huge, it had three enormous fountains and a gigantic garden.
Cinnamon then saw someone at the front of the garden, holding what appeared to be a gun! He then gave a small gasp as he realized that it was Fluttershy. He then noticed how still she was standing, she must be guarding the garden, but from what? There was then a small rustling in a bush in the garden; Cinnamon gave a small ‘awww’ as he realized that it was a tiny baby bunny. But then Fluttershy did something he would never expect, she lowered the gun and pointed it at the baby bunny. The animal froze and Cinnamon’s heart sank as she pulled the trigger, issuing a loud bang and the bunny fell to the ground. Cinnamon saw Fluttershy drop the gun as her hands were shaking violently and she collapsed to the ground and buried her head in her hands with terror.
Cinnamon took a step back and fell to the ground in horror as tears started to stream down his face. “What kind of fucked up world is this!”
This isn’t true… This can’t be true! Cinnamon slowly got to his feet. He didn’t know Fluttershy that long, but he knew she would never do something as insane as that! What kind of monster would make her do such a thing?! But Cinnamon’s thoughts were cut short from the sound of a doorbell ringing downstairs. Cinnamon slowly walked over to the window and looked down to the entrance of the mansion. A smile emerged over Cinnamon’s face as he saw a familiar purple hoodie. Maybe since Spike wasn’t living here like the others, he would be able to help. It wasn’t a very sensible hypothesis, but it was the only speck of hope Cinnamon could hang on to.
Cinnamon dashed out of his door and sprinted down that stairs. He ran to the door, but stopped once he saw Twilight was already there. She was wearing a maid outfit similar to Pinkie’s and Fluttershy’s, and gave a small gasp once she saw Cinnamon, and dashed out of the room through another door. Cinnamon felt like he should go after her and apologize, but he needed to talk to Spike. Cinnamon swung open the door, and his jaw dropped as soon as he saw Spike. He wasn’t the little kid he had met before, he was older… Almost as old as Cinnamon!
“Hey bro, what’s up?” Spike said with a generally cheery tone as gave Cinnamon a friendly punch in the shoulder as walked past him into the house. Cinnamon shook his head and closed the door. Remember, play it cool, right?
“Hey, Spike?” Cinnamon said with a rather questioning tone which Spike hadn’t noticed or just ignored. Instead of responding Spike walked into a door to their right, and Cinnamon followed. When Cinnamon entered he realized that this must be the living room; it had a giant flat screen mounted on the wall, and an exceptionally large couch which Spike was already lounging on.
“So uhh, Spike. Why are you here?” Cinnamon asked with a rather tense voice.
Spike jumped to his feet in excitement. “You will not believe what I found. Do you remember the first sex slave bitch you had, Cheerilee?”
First sex slave? How many has Cinnamon had?! He gave a rather small nod in response, and Spike pulled a dvd box from behind his back. Cinnamon’s eyes widened when he saw the box, it had a naked woman with light pink hair lying naked on a bed.
“It’s the first porno you made he make when she first started working as your slave.” Spike said with apparent excitement, and Cinnamon gave a weak smile in response. Spike stood there with a slightly confused expression from his underwhelming reaction, but then shrugged it off and walked over to the T.V. He crouched down and opened up a rather fancy looking dvd player, and put the porno in.
Cinnamon nervously sat down the couch, and Spike joined him. Spike grabbed the remote to his left and turned on the television. The screen flicked on to reveal the start of the porno. It started rather subtly with Cheerilee just walking around a room, but started to escalate once She found a dildo in one of the desks. As the movie continued, Cinnamon became slowly more and more uncomfortable. He looked to his left and saw Spike looked rather bored, like he had seen this a million times before.
“Ugg, I need a beer.” Spike said with a lazy tone. “Where’s that Rainbow bitch of yours.” He said as he looked to the door, as if expecting her to enter. “Hey Rainbow you slut, get me a beer!” He called out.
After about a minute the door opened to reveal Rainbow Dash, she had a maid outfit like the others and was holding a can of beer. She walked over and handed Spike the beer. “Open it you bitch.” Spike demanded. Rainbow gave a small flinch and opened it with shaky hands. She slowly handed it to Spike, and he swiped it out of her hand. Rainbow Dash quickly ran out of the door and Spike gave a large gulp of his beer.
“Remember to give her an extra beating tonight for taking so long.” Spike said as he turned his attention back to the porno.
After around an hour of the two watching masturbation, they heard a small knock on the door. “Come in.” Spike said as they both turned to the door. It slowly opened to reveal Applejack, but she wasn’t like the cheerful farm girl he had met, she looked quite depresses and had her head down looking at her feet. As soon as she entered a smile grew on Spike’s face, “here’s the slut of the hour.” Applejack gave a small finch from his words, and looked up to face them.
“Master, you said you needed me at twelve o’clock today, and it’s twelve…” She said as she trailed off at the end.
As Applejack said this, the smile on Spike’s face grew, and he gave Cinnamon a rather sly look.
“Umm, yes, of course.” Cinnamon said as he stood up from the couch. He didn’t know what he ‘needed’ her for, but decided to continue to play along. She gave a small nod a walked out the door, and Cinnamon followed. She led him upstairs, and back to his room. When he entered, he saw that Applejack was staring out the window. She then turned around and gave him a rather fake smile.
Applejack then reached down and grabbed the bottom of her maid style blouse and pulled it over her head to reveal a black, and rather small, bra. Cinnamon tilted his head slightly in confusion as Applejack reached behind her for the clip of her bra. Cinnamon’s eyes went wide once Applejack’s bra fell to the ground to reveal her extremely large breasts, and Cinnamon instantly realized who replaced Pinkie as his sex slave.
Cinnamon was frozen in place as Applejack grabbed her skirt and shimmied it down her legs. She then grabbed he panties until Cinnamon finally regained the feeling in his legs and sprinted out the door. He didn’t know where to go, he didn’t know what to do, he just knew he had to get out of that room. Cinnamon turned into the next door he saw and quickly closed it behind him. He turned back and flicked on the light, he was in some kind of closet. Cinnamon crouched in front of the door in pulled his legs up to his chest. Is this a dream? If not, than how can I get out of here!
