Though the overall occurrences of the day he had just experienced, Oliver’s sleep was quite wonderful, but all good things must come to an end. Oliver’s eyes peeked open, and his mouth made groggy mumbles as the sounds from the kitchen became more apparent. Someone was in his kitchen, or shall I say some-pony, obviously making another delicious, destructive mess.

Oliver stood up from his chair, and stretched. His back making a violent pop, and as such, his shoulders and elbows followed the example. After about ten seconds of popping, and questioning one’s skeletal health, Oliver went towards the almost thunderous sounds of pots clanging and spoons clinking. The human stopped as a sweet smell filled his nostrils. It was maple syrup, and a familiar sizzle. The sizzle of pancakes cooking on a stove filled his ears as well, but he kept walking forward, to reassure his suspicions.

Oliver was right about who was the cook, the pink culprit giggling as she tossed pancakes in the air, using her tail like a human hand to flip the pancakes on the frying pan. Her hoofs turning a wooden spoon in a batter bowl, which to no more of a surprise, Oliver did not know he even owned. Twilight Sparkle was sitting next to the table, playing with Ditzy Doo, teaching her some version of patty cake.

Ditzy was giggling like a filly as she played along, with a clumsy set of hooves trying to copy Twilight Sparkle’s. Next to her, almost flawlessly intact, was the My Little Pony doll that belonged to Oliver’s aunt.  The trio stopped what they were doing, “Good morning!” The voices said in unison. Twilight Sparkle excused herself from Ditzy Doo, who was just trying to practice the patty cake, and stood up to walk to Oliver.

“We ha-” Pinkie Pie interrupting her friend as she interjected into the conversation, using her tail to show the stack of pancakes. “Look what I made? Wait do Humans eat pancakes? Oh! Or do you eat something like. . .” She rambled on and on about some alternate process of making a treat, but Oliver did not listen. His eyes staring at the clock, it was early afternoon. He must have slept in pretty late than normal, but as he returned his gaze to Pinkie pie, he noticed she was still rambling.

“. . .And then you take a taffy machine, and you put the thingy in there, and let it stretch out? Do you? Huh? Huh?” Oliver looked at her, and mouthed words like he was trying to say, “I have no idea what you just said.”, but all that came out was, “We eat pancakes.”

Pinkie Pie nodded, and placed the plate of pancakes on the table, which was already set up in perfection. She sat near her own stack, which was smaller of course, and she began to eat. Twilight Sparkle began to eat as well, looking at Oliver at first, but then just sighed and levitated over a knife and fork. Cutting a large sliver of the cake like disk, and putting it in her mouth. Oliver turned his gaze to Ditzy Doo, who sat a little confused at the stack. Oliver lifted a brow, and began to wonder to himself, How old is that pony anyways? Is she a toddler? No too big, but she- Oh, I see! Oliver almost facepalmed at the sudden realization, and walked over to Ditzy Doo’s plate. The Grey pegasus looking up to him, as he leaned over, and cut the pancakes for her. She smiled, and took the fork awkwardly in her hoof. Poking a piece of the syrup smothered pancake with the fork, and took the bite. Smiling as she chewed a little too much than needed for the cakey treat.

“So what are we going to do today Oliver?” Pinkie Pie said in excitement. Before he even sat down she was already finished with her own pancakes. Her muzzle covered in the sticky, sweet, syrup. Oliver looked at her in surprise.

“What do you mean?” Oliver responded, barely getting his first bite, before Pinkie Pie was up in his face again, her hooves pressing against his cheek as she looked him in the hazel eyes.

“I mean what are we going to do today silly! Like go to the park, go to a restaurant, or even go on an epic adventure that means the fate of the world, where we learn more about the power of friendship.” Pinkie Pie began to skip on the table, which made Oliver hold onto the plate, trying to keep it from flipping with the jumbling table.

“I guess we could- Wait, no we can’t go to the park. If people see you, they will freak. Sorry, I rather not have mass hysteria.” Oliver looked over to the trio, who was just staring at him with intense disappointment. The human sighed as he went back to eating, “Unless you can transform into a Human, I’m af-”

“I got it!” Oliver flinched, and dropped his fork, almost falling out of his chair at the sudden outburst from Twilight Sparkle, who was standing on the table.

“I can turn us into Humans! It will be temporary, but I can!” Twilight said matter of factly, her horn glowing as she hovered over several ingredients from the cupboards. Covered in purple magic, was Sugar, cinnamon, and the bag of Snickers, stashed away after being used for sundays with a date. Which failed horribly after Oliver had accidently scooped ice-cream on her shirt, and after words had root beer violently soak the entire outfit. In his defe-

Oliver’s train of thought shifted as he saw a glowing purple light from on the table. The candy was beginning to spin around in the air, and Oliver cowered before the might of possibly explosive magic. The sugar had tore out of the bags, and covered the chocolate bars, and some strange bolt of magic hit the mixture, making it glow a bright pink. The cinnamon joining the mixture, and also getting it’s own treatment, the candy beginning to glow a rainbow color. As the stack of candies slowly began to calm down, and Oliver let out the breath he didn’t know he was holding, the spell exploded.

It took fifteen minutes to wake up Oliver, who was sprawled out on the ground where his table should have been. Twilight Sparkle even pull his ear a few times, but that didn’t seem to work. Pinkie Pie walked over to the sink, and took a glass cup. Filling it, she walked over to Oliver’s unconscious body, and took a sip. She then poured the entire glass on Oliver’s face, making him jolt awake.

Oliver wiped at his eyes, and yawned. “Hey! Oh hey. . . I had this crazy dream, where these colorful ponies appeared in our world or something, and ruined my kitchen three times. They-” When Oliver’s eyes opened all the way, he saw the three standing there, and he pouted. Not only did he just notice they were there, but the cliche of the scene.

“I thought this only happens in movies.” Twilight Sparkle said as she walked over to Oliver, lending a hoof to help him up. Though he was almost five times her size, Oliver accepted the help, almost pulling her over as she tugged at his arm when he stood up like normal.

“So what did the spell do?” Oliver questioned, knowing that his Kitchen might magically fix itself. Hey, it happened before.

Twilight Sparkle smiled at the mention of her work, and floated over a scoop of tiny chocolate bars. They were rainbow colored, and smelled of perfume, and crayons.

“What are those?” Oliver asked, taking one in his hand, tempted to try them out.

“Well they are candy bars, made to make little ‘girls’.” Oliver put down the tiny treat, and wiped his hand on his shirt. What he had was enough, he didn’t need cuties. Twilight Sparkle just smiled as she took one herself, and looked at her work.

“Well I did do research on your kind, being in a world like yours before, and I found a spell that can make an incantation candy. I hope it works, figuring I only used theory to actually back it up.” At this, Twilight Sparkle ate the candy, and immediately fell over, groaning in pain as she began to grow. . .

When Ditzy doo finished transforming, the trio looked at each other. They were the size of little children, and didn’t look any older than thirteen.

Twilight Sparkle, looking the oldest, had a skinny, and lanky body. Thank goodness it was clothed, a school uniform looking outfit, that had a small magenta, and purple skirt. Her hair looked very similar to her mane, but instead of it being swept from behind an ear, it seemed to go over her now small ears. Her face skittered with a few freckles. She tried to stand up, and did so. Wobbling as her body was trying to get use to the vague memory of using two feet.

Pinkie Pie seemed to just skip up, and be able to almost dance without a second try. Looking around the age of nine, she had her hair short, but really curly. It had changed to a blonde color, and seemed to bounce with energy almost as much as she did. Shoulder length tresses, and ruffled top was strange for what her age seemed like, but other than that she seemed normal. Her attire a pink shirt, with a cupcake on it, and blue jeans.

Ditzy Doo, who looked the youngest, seemed around age six, or seven. Her walking skills were very hindered as she could barely stand up properly. She fell over a few times after trying to take steps, which Oliver helped her back up, just so she could fall again. Almost thirty minutes had passed before she could walk, still seeming off balanced, but she did have a sort of balance that kept her from falling too much. Oliver looked to the new trio, and before he could compliment Twilight sparkle’s magic, he face palmed.

I’m a grown man with three little girls, going to a park. They are going to think I am a freak. Oliver, groaning at the sudden realization of this awkward situation, just took another look at the group. They did not really notice his dread, as they spent their time adoring the new forms, and practicing walking. Pinkie Pie poked at her nose, and giggled as she noticed how small it must have been. Maybe I can play them off as cousin or something. I’m not that old yet. . . . I hope.

Twilight Sparkle saw Oliver, standing in his pondering posture, and decided it was best to ask then. “So what are we going to do? Go to the park?” Oliver looked to her, and just smiled.

“No, I have a better idea. Ever heard of an amusement park?” Pinkie Pie did not let the others answer, hopping over to Oliver, and wrapping her new arms around his neck. The human could not help but admire the sheer size of the leap, figuring he was two feet taller than the human Pinkie Pie, he looked over to her, and a smile was shining bright in his face. “I love amusement parks! Oh, the rides! The food! It’s allsuperdooperawesomeamazinglysweet!” The , now, little girl hopped from her choke hold, and landed on the ground, anticipating a day of nothing but fun.

Twilight Sparkle walked over to Oliver curiously. “What is this amusement park?” She asked. Oliver smiled triumphantly, “It’s my favorite ever. It is going to be a long driv- Oh, I forgot, I don’t have a car. Oh well, I can borrow my friend’s, I’m sure he won’t mind. Let me call him real quick.” Oliver pulled out a device, that made Twilight Sparkle and the other two look in awe.

It was a slim black device, with a glowing screen, that seemed to enthrall the trio. Oliver put off the group’s bewilderment for later explanation, as he dialed his friends number.

-------------------Call to Charles Himera----------------------

*Long rings*

“Yo’ it’s Charles”

“Hey Charles, It’s Oli-”

“Oh, Oliver! Hey man, sorry forgot to call, how did you appointment go? Or did you blow off rock climbing to hang with some chick?”

“The appointment went fine, I just need to borrow your car, be- HI! Hello? Is there someone in here?- Pinkie Pie! Give that back! - HI!”

“Oh, ummmm, Hello, Pinkie Pie isn’t it? That’s a weird name.”

“Oh, y- Pinkie! Give me a second, I’ll let you talk to the phone later! Sorry about that Charles.”

“Oh dude, it’s fine. Who was that?”

“Well she is a. . . . A cousin, from. . . . Europe, yeah. But besides that, I need to borrow your car to take my cousins to Super-Fun-Land.”

“Uh-huh, Oliver, there something you're not telling me bro?”

“No, that’s everything. I’ll pay for gas, can I?”

“Sure thing man. . . . It’s in the front of my apartments, you have the spare key right?”

“Yeah, thanks man, see you later. Friday?”

“Sure thing man. See ya’ Friday.”

--------------Call Ended-----------------------

Oliver smiled, and looked over to Pinkie Pie, who sat down patiently waiting. Reluctantly, he offered the slim black box of mystery to Pinkie Pie, who took it with much less reluctance. Holding the device in her hands -which she was still trying to get use to- Pinkie Pie gave it a quick examination, until she finally asked. “How do I talk to the person in the phone?”

Oliver looked to her, then to the others. The girls’ eyes filled with anticipation for Oliver to “work his magic” on the device. Oliver gave in, and unlocked his phone. “It’s simple, you move your finger on the screen like this.” Oliver showed the screen as he slowly put his unlocking pattern on the screen. When he finished the girls awed as the screen changed to a background, that was Oliver skydiving. Several little folders caught Twilight Sparkle’s attention, making her lean closer to look at the ‘magical trinket’.

“What are those little folders on the screen for?” Twilight Sparkle asked, looking to Oliver. He locked the phone, making the screen go black.

“We will talk about that later, but first we have to get ready to go to-” Oliver was interrupted as Pinkie Pie pushed on his head, pulling herself higher than him with the leap. “Super-Fun-Land!~”

The drive was long, and was mostly full of Pinkie Pie talking about crazy stories. One actually made Oliver crack up laughing. Twilight Sparkle had gotten her ho- hands on a book. It was on the process of making a car. But Ditzy Doo was not enjoying the ride as much as the others. Sitting silently in the back, she hugged at the doll that Oliver had given her. She did not know why she was so scared, she just knew she was scared.

Wanting oliver to comfort her, she tried to lean forward to crawl into his jacket, or something, but the strap kept her back against the seat. She hated to feel like a child, though she knew it was unavoidable. She couldn’t help herself, and it’s not her fault she was. . . . Special. She sank down lower, silently, which caught the attention of Oliver.

“Ditzy Doo, you ok?” He asked, looking into the rear-view for about three seconds, and looking back on the road again, just to reset his gaze after another three seconds. Twilight Sparkle stopped reading for a bit, and looked at her with concern, and Pinkie Pie actually stopped talking for a second. Ditzy Doo looked around awkwardly. She didn’t want this much attention, from anypony. She just closed her eyes, and clenched the doll tighter as she nodded. Oliver, not seeing anything else he could do, just looked back on the road.

“Don’t worry Ditzy, we’ll all have fun there, I promise.” Oliver finished with as he looked back at the road. Ditzy Doo smiled slightly to those words. Maybe she could be happy, and have fun.

Twilight bit her lip as she pretended to read. She couldn’t read in all honesty, her mind was too stressed to do so. Instead she festered on thoughts, and fears.

Home. That word repeated itself. It’s where she wanted to go, though this world she was in now was so full of wonders, and new things to learn, she could not escape the fact she was scared. She was scared she’ll never come home. Scared of never seeing Celestia, Luna, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, or Applejack. Her thoughts even coming to miss ponies who were not as much as a friend, like Donut Joe. At one point she was thinking she was missing Discord. She missed home, and everypony. Twilight Sparkle looked up to see Oliver, his eyes were baggy, but he had a large smile on his face. What could you be thinking Oliver?

What are you thinking Oliver? Oliver thought to himself. They were only an hour into the drive, and he could see the signs telling him he was near. He looked in the rearview mirror again, to see Ditzy Doo had not gotten any better. She seemed so down as she hugged that doll of hers. Twilight Sparkle was reading, and Pinkie Pie was just being as happy as ever, playing a game Oliver had downloaded on his phone.

A red light shined, and he stopped. He felt tired, and exhausted, but he knew he couldn’t ruin the other’s fun. What can he do to get his energy up? Pinkie Pie was going to be hell to escort throughout the giant park, but he had two other alien ponies from an old show, but yet looked like they were spawned from a Japanese cartoon factory to look over. His eyes looked around the slightly packed traffic, and he smiled as he saw small little fast-food restaurant.

“Who’s Hungry?” Oliver asked as he looked behind him to see Twilight sparkle reading, she nodded modestly, and Ditzy doo nodded slowly. When he looked to Pinkie Pie she was so enthralled with the little catapult launching birds, she probably wouldn’t mind no matter what. “

“Ok, let’s go!” Oliver pulled the car into the parking lot. He opened the door might never of heard.

“Awww, are those your kids?”
