The journal of Sunny

It was the night I was born, my night here in Cloudsdale. On may 5. My mother, Thunder Cloud struggled, trying to get me out

"Push harder!" The doctor said, it took a few minutes, but she got me out. One hour later, my mother woke up, me in her arms. I put my hoof onto her hoof, as if I was saying

"Mommy, please don't leave me..." she found it magical. and she decided to name me Lightning Sun. She and my father, Musical Guitar went back to Ponyville,me sleeping in the crib. Next morning, my mom and dad looked everywhere in the house  in the house for me. They went to the crib, saw a letter on top of the crib. It said

I took you're foal for a special reason. I saw her potential. Don't worry, she is in good hooves. I will take care of her. I decided to ask Discord to show me what will happen in her future. I saw she will lead Equestria away from danger, and start in a new land. A place where all harmony is maintained. But she will have to be an alicorn. So when she is 5 years old, I will send her on a quest to find the Rainbow of Light. I don't expect her to do it now though. She never knew what it looked like.

my mother started tearing up, her lightning- like mane flattening, her lighter yellow coat getting wet. My father, He cried, turning his dark brown mane into a black- brownish color. And his lighter brown coat getting wet also.

Later on in Canterlot

Princess Celestia, she saw a special... spark in my future. Great things coming ahead, she held me in her arms, smiling, thinking what would happen in my future. Encounter her previous villains? Maybe, but that smile turned into a frown because I was crying, missing my real parents. She cast a spell on me, making me think she was my real mother, and renamed me to Sunny.

5 years later, Princess Celestia told me great things come ahead of me. I always seem to doubt her. I was studying in Canterlot with my friend Cotton.

"I'm so lucky to have you as my mom!" I said to my mother

"I'm the one who's lucky. You're the best that has ever happened to me" My mother said, while hugging me.

In my school, I was being bullied at my school for having no cutiemark. However, I had a friend named Cotton, and to think of it,her being my only friend, I was being teased for no cutiemark and everyone else had theirs except for me and Cotton. and 5 days later, she got her cutiemark. I was sad, knowing that my only friend has their cutiemark, later at home, my step-father, Solaris, pushed me and I screamed VERY loud, Princess Celestia almost got deaf but she decided to tell me. I galloped over to her. Princess Celestia gave me a smile and said

"Your father will take over my job, you two will move to Ponyville"

"What!? No, mom!" And in a few seconds, my dad and I were teleported into Ponyville, I fell down onto the floor and cried my tears out, and said "Mom..." my father picked me up and put on a hat, covering his horn.  We trotted onto the Mayor Mare,

"What can I do for you?" the mayor said.

"We were wondering if we could buy a house here" my dad said. She smiled and pointed to a small house, had 2 bedrooms. It was just fine,my father paid the bits, 20 bits.

"Oh my you don't need to pay this much! Its just 5 bits."

"its okay, you keep it" And after that, the mayor opened her mouth widely, she couldn't believe it! 20 bits! She decided to give it for charity. My father and I looked around the house and we heard a sound

"MOM! GIVE IT BACK!!!" A young, filly with light blue fur, dark blue eyes, black and blue mane with a horn was running around the house. Mayor's got some explaining to do. The young filly trotted to us and said

"What are you two doing here? My name's Lumina, by the way" she said. She looked at me with a smile.

"My name's Sunny..." I said, shyly. Lumina's mother came in, my father and her mother stared at each other for a long time, but Lumina and I were talking a LOT.

I played on my laptop on a website called "Equestria Gaming"

"Hey, what's that you're playing Sunny?" Lumina said.

"Equestria gaming. Play here ALOT." I said,

"Hey; can I try?" Lumina asked, I let her have a try, and she picked the game "Story of the Blanks" and she just beat the game in 10 minutes!

"H-HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT GAME LUMINA!? I BARELY GO THROUGH THE QUICK PONY!" I shouted.

"Meh. I just play it." Lumina said,

"Wha- I- What- HOW!?!?" I facehoofed. Lumina laughed at this, and so did I, for laughing at myself.

"Hmm, I wonder what's going in the living room" Lumina said. I simply nodded. Lumina and I trotted to the living room, to see our parents signing a contract, and shaking hooves.

"Guess what, honey!" Lumina's mother asked to Lumina. "We agreed to live with each other!" Lumina and my mouth's dropped.

"That's right! We're all going to live as one, big family!" My father said. My jaw dropped even wider. Once my muzzle was normal, I suddenly bursted into energy and said

"OhmygoshLuminaandIaregonnalivetogetherthat'ssoawesomeIcan'tbelievethisisreal!" I said in one whole breath. Lumina trotted over to me and said

"Have you had sugar? You seem like you had ALOT of sugar" Lumina asked me.

"Nah, my father wouldn't let me eat sugar for a whole month! Good thing's today is the last day!" My father just simply shrugged sheepishly at this.

"Wait, so I am living with a fast, energetic, and hyper filly? Not to mention she's like Fili-Second!" Lumina said. Out of nowhere Pinkie Pie suddenly zoomed in and said

"Fili-Second? Who said Fili-Second?" Pinkie Pie bursted out. I simply pointed to Lumina and Pinkie gasped and said "OhmygoshyousaidFili-SecondandIwasonceFili-SecondwhenIgotsuckedintoacomicbookandohmygoshit'sso AWESOME!!!" she blurted out once again.

"Uhh Pinkie, I think you had WAY too much sugar today" Lumina said,

"Wait, Pinkie?" I said, looking to her,

"Yes?" she said, but then taking a closer look at me and said "*gasp* OHMYGOSHSUNNYITSYOU!!!" Pinkie said, hugging me. "I gotta go tell me friends!" She said before instantly zooming out. And instantly, on the table was a note, it said "From Princess Celestia" I gasped and  turned to Lumina and said

"Is this your's?" I asked her, with curious suspicion. She shook her head, as if saying "no" I opened it and the letter wrote;

Dear Sunny,

I know you are sad about me leaving you, but it is for the best. I will come to Ponyville soon and explain to you. But for now you will have to wait. I know you will accomplish very special things. Even doing things even I can't do. Someday you will be able to find the Rainbow of Light. Something I was never able to do.

I teared up in this.

"What was it?" Lumina asked.

"No" I said

"What?"

"I said NO!!!" I said to Lumina. "I-I'm sorry Lumina its just, I can't tell you."

"It's OK. I understand." Lumina said.

And thus, we watched TV until we fell asleep.
