Chapter 2
A new Life, Luna’s conditions

Neon woke up feeling better than he had in a long time, he looked around and it didn’t take him long to take everything in.

So last night wasn't a dream. Thought Neon as he sat up and noticed Luna had put his hooves in some foal mittens.

“Oh so Lil Neon is awake.” Smiled Luna as she came up to the side of the crib, and smiled at Neon who lifted his hooves up signaling that he wanted out of his crib.

“So how did you sleep?” Asked Luna as she levitated Neon over to the changing area to check his diaper.

“I slept like a baby.” Laughed Neon realizing the pun.

“Well that’s good.” Smiled Luna as she opened the front panel of Neon’s diaper. “Oh it looks like mommy’s spell did it’s job.” Giggled Luna as she noticed that Neon had messed his diaper during the night.

“Wait, What!” Exclaimed Neon as the smell reached his nose and he looked at Luna changing his messy diaper.

“Since you said you wanted to be mommy’s baby I decided I’d make it to where you would need your diapies, and cast an incontinence spell on you.” Explained Luna as she used the foal wipes to clean Neon’s lower parts and put some foal powder on him.

“So I’m not able to control myself anymore?” Asked Neon as Luna finished taping the new diaper to Neon’s flank and buttoned his butterfly onesie back up.

“Nope.” Replied Luna giggling as she picked Neon back up and nuzzled him.

Neon was conflicted on how he felt about that, but in the end decided it wasn’t all that bad and so he would go along with it. “Thanks Mommy.” Cooed the babyfied Pegasus as he enjoyed being held by his mother figure.

“Of course, Mommy loves her little Neon.” Said Luna as she reached into a bag that Neon had not noticed before as Luna had brought it up after Neon had fell asleep. “I have a present for my little foal.” Neon waited as Luna pulled out what looked to be another onesie, but this one had stars and moons on it as well as Luna’s cutie mark.

“Mommy decided that she wanted to make you something special, and now when you wear this everypony will know you’re my little foal.” Smiled Luna as she folded the onesie and set it in Neon’s chest.

“Thanks Mommy, I love it.” Smiled Neon as Luna hugged him.

“Of course Neon, now let’s go downstairs and eat okay?” Suggested Luna causing Neon to blush.

“Wait what, dressed like this!” Exclaimed Neon as he blushed beet red.

“Yep, if I’m going to be you Mommy then everypony is going to know about you, this is rule number one, the rest of the rules I’ll go over after we go and get baby Neon some num num.” Smiled Luna as she carried the now struggling stallion out of his study and down the hallways towards the kitchen.

“Aww Neon you look so cute like that!” Squealed Celestia as Neon ate his pancakes and tried to ignore the gushing of his aunt.

“I know doesn't he, I wonder where he got it, although I still think the one I made for him is cuter.” Said Luna as she buttered her toast and took a small ladylike bit.

“Mommy I’m done.” Said Neon pushing the plate away from him and standing up.

“Ok Neon, why don’t you have the guards take you up to play with Cadence.” Said Luna as she continued on her breakfast and poured herself some more tea.

“Ok Mommy.” Said Neon leaving the dining hall flanked by the guards.

“So Auntie Luna is going to be your Mommy now.” Smiled Cadence as she watched Neon playing with his rattle and she brushed his mane trying to get it to stay down.

“Uh-hu” smiled Neon as he continued to shake his rattle and giggle.

“Well that’s good, I mean since you never had a mother.” Said Cadence hugging him from behind which caused her hoof to brush up against the front panel of Neon’s onesie; which was wet.

“Uh-oh I think some little foal wet his diapy and it leaked.” Giggled Cadence picking Neon up and teleporting him to his study so that she could change him.

“So I guess since Mommy is having you watch me while until it’s time for nini, that would make you my foalsitter.” Giggled Neon as Cadence pulled the wet diaper off of Neon and wiped him down with some the wipes.

“I guess so, but it’s getting late and since one day you're going to be part of the night court you need to be a good foal and go nini during the day, so let’s get you a bath and then we’ll find Mommy and she’ll get you ready for bed.

“Okay!" Replied Neon excitedly as he loved bubble baths.

“Oh my looks like somepony had fun with big sissy Cadence.” Smiled Luna as she took Neon from Cadence and put him in a new diaper and the onesie she had made him

“Uh-hu.” Yawned Neon as the hot water had relaxed him and he still had not recovered from all the sleep he lost. “But Mommy I’m hungry.”

“It’s okay sweetheart, Mommy found a spell that allows her to make milk for her hungry little foal.” Smiled Luna

“I get to feed off of your breast?” Asked Neon a little happily

“Yep, this is another part of the conditions I’m going to put down, if you’re going to be a foal, then I want to feed you like one.” Smiled Luna as Neon put his mouth to her breast and started to suckle, and a small stream of milk began to flow into his mouth, causing Neon to start to become even more sleepy.

“Mommy's good lil foal.” Smiled Luna as she stroked Neon's mane and sang a lullaby to him.

Soon Neon had drank his fill and had fallen asleep in between Luna's lower legs, and so she picked him up with her aura, and put him in his crib, kissing him off to sleep.

“Sweet dreams Mommy’s little foal.” Sighed Luna as she closed the door and left to get her own rest.
