I teleported into Ponyville, to find it in major chaos. I saw Discord amongst the chaos, fighting with the same bloodlust as everyone else. He was warping reality to dismember the other ponies. The Rangers were fighting everyone else, but not each other. It seemed their loyalty to each other was neverending. But it seemed that If you weren't blooded, that loyalty disappeared. I charged in, ready to end the fighting the best I could.

Back at the command center…

Cadence was working with Alpha to try to make a wavelength to counter the effects of the bloodlust. Twilight was still sitting on the floor, crying. There was a explosion, and Cadence and Alpha were thrown backwards.

“AIYIYIYIYIYI!” Alpha yelled. “At this rate, it’s never going to work. We would need detailed information about the wavelength.”

“I can help.” Alpha and Cadence whipped around. Twilight was standing, leaning up against the field.

“How?” Cadence asked.

“Tut-tut-tut.” She said, wiggling a finger. “I will help, for a price.” Alpha and Cadence looked at each other in shock.

“A p-price?” Cadence asked in shock. “What kind of price?” Twilight grinned, it was an insane grin, from one who lost everything.

“I don't want anything drastic at all.” She said, still with that insane grin. “All I want, is to be let out.”

“Nope, out of the question. Thane said not to let you out, so no, your not getting out.” Alpha said.

“Fine then. Cadence, It’ll be a shame when Shining Armor falls too far into the Madness Wavelength and has to be put down like the dog that he is.” Said Twilight, still with that insane grin. Cadence gasped, then her face darkened in anger.

“How could you say that!?!?!?!?!?!?! He’s your brother!!!!” She managed to say in her anger. Twilight kept grinning.

“He’s not my brother, not while he’s like this. He’s no better than the monsters that we put down every fight. He needs to be killed before he hurts someone he loves.” She said. “I mean, I would prefer it if he was purified, but if he can't, someone needs to kill him.” Cadence was shaking with rage now.

“FINE!” She spat. “How can you fix him!” Twilight grinned harder.

“Let me out first.” Cadence strode over to the force field control panel.

“I can't let you do-” Alpha said before being pushed out of the way with Cadence’s magic. Cadence pushed the button, and the field disappeared.

“NOW! HELP!” She all but yelled. Twilight grinned, and tapped a few spots on the back of her head, which opened up, and pushed a few more buttons on her cybernetic brain. Information started appearing on the screen, specific info about the wavelength. Cadence was speechless. “H-how did you get this?” She asked, dumbstruck.

“I was struck with the wave, I have all the info stored in my cybernetic brain.” He grin disappeared, replaced with a sad look. “I’m sorry for what I said Cadence… I needed to get out of the field, I need to save him. You might hate me for what I did, but I didn't mean anything of what I said. I need to get to Thane.” She took a step back, and Morphed. “When Shining Armor wakes up tell him, I’m sorry.” She teleported away, leaving Cadence dumbstruck.

Back in Ponyville…

Twilight teleported to a Ponyville in chaos. Bodies were strewn everywhere, stores were on fire. She nearly broke down into tears again when she saw her library burning.

“GAYAHHHHH!!!!!” She heard a familiar voice shout from nearby.

“Thane!” She said, running towards the voice. I was getting pounded, left and right, by the other rangers. They threw me against a wall. They walked towards me, weapons raised ready to kill me, when suddenly, they stopped, and were thrown backwards by a lavender aura.

“Damn it.” I said under my breath. I turned around to see Twilight rushing towards me, arms outstretched. “I told you to stay at the command center!” I told her, making her stop short. “How did you get out of the force field!?” I demanded.

“I traded them information about the wavelength.” Her face grew sad again. “I will admit, I used a method that I’m not proud of, but I needed to come, you're gonna get yourself killed doing this, and I love you too much to let you do that!” I groaned.

“I don't wanna hear about the “Method” you used, but since you're here, I am gonna need your help, I barely stopped Discord, damn, that bitch was hard, But I can't stop the Blood Rangers, their too strong for me to defeat on my own.” I said, turning to the Blood Rangers, who were getting up. I drew Muramasa, and Twilight pulled out her power mace. “I wasn't proud of the way I stopped Discord either.” I said off-hand. The Blood Rangers pulled out their weapons, and charged at us. It was 10 against 2, I took five rangers, and Twi took the other 5. I blocked a shot from Rainbow and Fluttershy, but Applejack caught me off guard with a shot with the Super Slammer to the gut. I flew backwards,and slammed into the wall, which fell on top of me. I dimly saw that the Blood Rangers were ganging up on Twilight. She was backed into a corner, and the Blood Rangers combined their weapons. Twilight couldn't run. The super blaster charged up, and the beam hit Twilight, who vanished. My world shattered. “She’s… dead?” I said weakly. “No… she can't be dead… She isn't dead… She’s not dead!” I screamed, flinging the wall on the Rangers, who fell to the ground unconscious. My appearance started to change, I became the Demon Ranger, but not the one that passed judgement. This one… was worse… “I WILL TEAR YOU ATOM FROM ATOM!!!!!” I screamed at them. “YOU KILLED THE WOMAN I LOVE, NOW YOU WILL DIE!!!!!” I let out a demonic roar, and lifted them up in my magic. They screamed as I tore them atom from atom. But then… I stopped. I realised what I was doing. I also realised what I could do with the power I held. I channeled the power of the demon inside of me, Azazel, to perform an exorcism on the Rangers. They started changing back to their regular forms. After the exorcism was complete, They fell to the ground, unconscious. I felt that I had the power for one more major spell, I cast a resurrection spell, searching around the multiverse for Twilight’s spirit. I found it, and brought her spirit back. Her body appeared, and I could “see” her spirit entering it again. She gasped for breath, and I reverted back to normal form, and ran towards Twilight. She looked at me, and calmed down. I smiled. “Its over, we won.” My communicator beeped.

“Rangers! We finished The counter wavelength!” Alpha said.

“Good, fire it, and teleport all the rangers to the command center, their ok.” We teleported to the command center, to see Cadence and Shining Armor, who was purified, looking at us. Twilight powered down and walked towards Cadence.

“I said some really bad stuff…” She began, but was punched in the face by Cadence. Twilight flew backwards, and landed on her ass a couple of feet away. I snarled, and drew Muramasa, but Twilight stopped me. “I deserved it… Cadence, I'm sorry for what I said, I understand if you both hate me, but I needed to help Thane.” She said. She got up, and I put my arm around her. She looked at me gratefully. “I understand If you never want to talk to me again, but I love Thane, and I couldn't let him die.” We started walking towards our room, when Cadence called out,

“I understand why you did it, you did it for love, being the princess of love, I couldn't condone it. But I’m mad because you treated your brother like shit. Maybe you didn't mean it, but I’m not gonna forgive you so easily.” She said, before her and Shining Armor walked out of the center, leaving Twilight in tears. I grasped her more tightly, and led her to the bed. She sat down and cried freely, while I comforted her. After a while, she calmed down enough to talk.

“They hate me. My brother and his fiance hate me. I wouldn't be surprised if my whole family hates me before tomorrow.” She said morosely.

“Thats not true, and if it is, they don't deserve to be your family. Even if you did some “questionable” things, You will never lose me, I will always be with you.” She hugged me and gave me a kiss. “Well, after today, I am drained, literally, my power levels are at an all time low. I need some sleep, and it looks like you do too.” She smiled and giggled at me. I pulled off my shirt and got into the bed. Twilight snuggled next to me. For a moment, we were silent, we were just enjoying each other’s embrace. Then, Twilight spoke.

“You know, We never celebrated your birthday, and you are of consenting age, so…” She let that hang in the air for a second, then, I smiled.
