Luna bowed her head. She could hear fillies and foals frolicking, their laughter echoed through the kingdom. Luna mourned, for she knew that their laughter would soon vanish. As she looked skyward, the moon followed, as she had predicted, the ponies were quickly ushered into their homes. Each parent found the time to glare towards her before that slammed the door. Tears fell from Luna's eyes and they became two brand new stars in the sky for mere seconds before they plopped to the ground.
The work she had done to achieve such a beautiful sky (that you could actually look at, i might add) was completely wasted because, no pony liked her sky.
Her own mother looked at her in shame, though she inherited this gift from her father, he looked at her like a thing that wasn't supposed to exist.
