"You all sure you don't remember anything from this world?"

"Sure thing, sugercube."

"Arrr..." Twilight groaned in frustration as she planted her hoof on her face. "That's not helpful at all guys! We need to figure out where the rest of the gang is and we got no idea how or where to find them, all I know is that Fluttershy is hiding somewhere, Rainbow dash is in solitary confinement and Rarity went away screaming and weeping after I mentioned Sweetie belle, without them we can't activte the Elements of Harmony and we will be outnumberd and weak, does anypony got a plan?"

"Well I got nothing." Applejack answered "And why Rainbow is locked away anyway?"

"She attacked you with hot soup." Twilight replied dryly.

"She did what!!!!????" Applejack said in utter shock "What on earth would drive her to do something like that?!"

"I don't know AJ, my guess is that it's revenge for not guarding Fluttershy's bird, what lead to Flutter's suicide attempt." Twilight felt tired, as she had no idea who to free next and no idea how to move around."

"No wonder I don't remember anything, this place is awful!"

"Hate to step in girls" Cheese sandwich said, "But I hear sad crying from the room down the hall, maybe we should investigate? I just can't stand knowing there are sad ponies near me."

"But how you expect us to explore? We will get notice, nurse Ratchet is doing rounds in the room before that." Twilight replied

"Owww oww!!!!!" Pinkie waved her forelag in the air " who is nurse Ratchet?"

"You don't want to know Pinkie," Twilight said with fear in her voice "She is the meanest pony around, everypony thinks twice before doing anything near her."

"So if she sees you or Cheese we will be hoof deep in trouble?" Pinkie asked with glee in her speech, proud that she understood the meaning of this nurse Ratchet.

"I would say belly deep myself." Twilight answered

"Wow that's deep." Pinkie said before tapping her chin with her hoof "I got an idea!!! I will go alone and see what's going on with the weeping and Applejack will keep mean Ratchet busy, if you can help I will signal you two to sneak around AJ, ok?"

"Pinkie that will never..." Twilight was about to protest but then she thought it out "You know what? It could work, let's do it."

"One problem sugercube, how I will distract that nurse? I lost all my memory of this place let alone any medical know how." Applejack said as fear started to grab her mind.

"Give me you ear and open up your mouth AJ." Twilight said.

"Ok..." Applejack said as she got closer to Twilight. "But I got no idea what that gonna he... Ouch!! What was that for?!"

"Sorry." Twilight said as she removed her horn from AJ's ear, "It's just a simple spell that will allow me to hear what you hear, now open up."

"Why I need to open?" *chock* AJ said as Twilight inserted her horn in AJ's mouth and left a little spell in the inside of the cheek, "What that's about? You really need to ask before proding me with that horn of yours."

"I think I will let you explain AJ." twilight answered.

"How will I... This is just a spell that allows me, Twilight Sparkle, to use your voice box and basically I do all the talking from you" AJ said. "Ohhb gatca.I best be going then to distract Ms mean pants now."

As AJ started walking down the hall Pinkie Pie was sneaking behind her doing her best impression of a pony ninja. Just as Twilight started to talk with Nurse Ratchet via AJ voice box the pink mare zoomed across AJ and went to check the room in question. "Hi Rarity what's going on? Why are you crying?" Pinkie said before taking a better look at the room and seeing the dehorned Sweetie belle, apon seeing the horrible sight Pinkie Pie went into a shock "Who did that???!!!!! Why would anypony think that is a good idea????!!!! This is the worst sight EVER!!!!"

Needless to say that blow their cover.

"What is that sound?" Nurse Ratchet protested to the mind blowing sound that came from the room next door,

it was so loud that it broke Twilight concentration ,making her drop the spells she was casting, leaving Applejack all alone.

"I have no idea what your talking about." replied Applejack.

"Move aside you incompetent fool!" nurse Ratchet barked.

AJ had to think on her hoofs and decided to use her hooves as she turned around and gave a massive buck kick smack down on nurse Ratchet chest, a kick that propelled her across the room and sent the mare flying out through the windows with a shower of broken glass. Only to be held by the bars outside. "Get moving girls, I Don't know how long she will be out!!!" Applejack yelled.

Cheese sandwich and Twilight took the hint and began to gallop to the door where Pinkie was still panting from her shock, "What's wrong Pinkie?" Twilight asked before looking inside and seeing Rarity and the disfigured Sweetie belle "Oh My Celetia!!! That is highly disturbing in so many levels!!!" Twilight screamed while CS who understood that SB was once a unicorn by now went to puke on the side, all that didn't helped Rarity's feelings and she looked more miserable then ever.

"Quick you have to fix Sweetie belle!!!!" Pinkie shouted in Twilights ear while violently shaking the poor lavander unicorn, "I can't take it, just can't!!!!!! Please make it stop!!!!" Pinkie cried.

"Applejack and Cheese, hold Rarity down while I fix this mess!" Twilight ordered as her friends were quick to oblige. "I will do this real fast, better get the traumatic parts done before we will give Rarity her mind back." she said as magenta magic began to engulf Sweetie belle,

As the small body of the filly, that the only induction she was alive was the movement of the chest, began to rise, Rarity eyes grew with worry and alarm, a load 'CRACK' was heard as Twilight broke the small filly neck, "Sweetie, no!!!!!!!!!" Rarity cried in shock mixed with agony as the small body was lowered into the floor.

"Rarity clam down it will get better." AJ said as the white light began to engulf the body as it broke like a cocoon. "See? Sweetie will come back to life now all nice and well with her horn."

And in did that what happened as SB stepped out of the shall that used to be her hornless jail, this time with full mane and a horn, "Rarity!!! What are you wearing?" Sweetie belle squeaked. While Rarity could only reply with a face that cried utter shock.

"What? How?..." Rarity began to mumble as Twilight came closer to cast the magic spell "I don't understand..."

"Soon you will" Twilight said with confident as the magic and memories began to flew from her horn and into Rarity's mind.

One long explanation later

"So this all world is a nightmare made by an evil thing that's tries to conquer Equestria?" Rarity asked.

"Yes" Pinkie replied.

"So that explains the atrocious setup I was wearing." Rarity said "How it affected Sweetie?" She asked while cuddling her beloved little sister.

"Trust me you don't want to know." Applejack said firmly.

"Was it really that bad?"

"It was mind blowing bad." Twilight said, "Wish I could forget it."

"I might have somepony that will make you forget it" Cheese sandwich said in alarm as he pointed a hoof to the highy furious nurse Ratchet standing in the door way with horn glowing....
