ApplejackView OnlineThe Sun Has SetApplejackApplejack trotted into the room. She was not crying, surprisingly. She was rather used to death, after the death of Big Mac and Granny Smith. AJ looked up from the floor at the princess and her lip curled in sadness. "Applejack..." Celestia began. "Princess, please, save your breath. I must speak to the both of you," Applejack said, fighting back the tears, making her voice croaky and unusually high-pitched."I cherished every day, and every night, of my life which was powered by you two. I just want to say, I will miss you, and that I would give anything to keep you here. But I understand that it is your time to leave, as it will one day be mine. So I give you this." Applejack paused at this, and opened her saddlebags. She pulled out a golden-skinned apple, or the purest colour which the princesses had ever seen."This apple has been passed down my family since the beginning. I bestow this to you, hoping that as you depart this world, you have the apple family trademark taste on your tongue." As she broke the apple in half, she remembered all the smiles that her ancestors had beamed as they passed the apple to their next of kin. She hoped that if they were watching, they agreed on her choice. "Applejack... thank you so much... this means a lot to us..." Celestia began. "We shall not forget you....ever." Luna gasped. "Neither will I." Applejack said, her voice barely above a whisper, as to avoid sobbing, as she put her hat to her chest as a sign of respect, as she walked out. "Good bye, princess Celestia, princess Luna." "Goodbye, applejack, Element of Honesty." Coughed Celestia.
FluttershyView OnlineThe Sun Has SetFluttershyFluttershy entered the room quietly sobbing. She did not speak, all she did was wrap them in a hug.she cried over their shoulders, barely able to talk. "I'm...going...to...miss...y...you...so...much!" Fluutershy squeaked out, as she held the princesses tight, as if she never wanted to let go. "My little pony... we will never be gone..." Celestia reasurred in a croaky voice, wanting to cry herself. "We will always reside in your heart, in your soul, in your element. We shall never forget your kindness, in life or death. you will always be known as fluttershy, the kindest pony to walk equestria." Luna only nodded as tears sparkled down her cheeks. She was in no fit state to talk. "W....will I ever see you... a-again?" Fluttershy stuttered. "Yes... you will, in your dreams and in the afterlife." Celestia reassured. "O-oh..... than goodness..." fluttershy replied, feeling a little better. "Fluttershy my dear..." luna addressed. "Y-yes Luna?" Fluttershy asked "W....work on that yay for me, will you?" Luna smiled weakly. Fluttershy could only nod as she broke out of the hug, smiling at the prospect of seeing them again. "I guess you don't have long left... I should give every pony else some time to talk to you.... good bye princess... I guess I will see you again." Fluttershy walked out. "Goodbye, dear element of kindness."
Rainbow DashView OnlineThe Sun Has SetRainbow DashRainbow Dash trotted slowly in the room, a head hung low, a tuft of her signature rainbow coloured mane hiding the reddened dull eyes of the usually lively sports pegasus. Both Celestia and Luna both smiled warmly-albeit weakly- at her arrival. And Celestia, in her recently acquired croaky voice, greeted her. "Rainbow Dash... How-" Celestia broke into a small coughing fit. "Ahem... How wonderful to see you..." Rainbow looked up from the beautiful embroided rug of the two sisters and replied shakily: "H-hey princess...s-so-so this... This is actually ha-happening?" She struggled to maintain her shaky heart beat, taking deep, shuddering breaths of utter despair. Celestia and Luna both thought they would never see her like this. Rainbow Dash usually hates crying. But yet standing there, Rainbow Dash was crying a little filly, and was not even fussed. "Rainbow Dash...you must listen... We are very close to departure as is our sister," coughed Luna, her form much weaker than the Sun Princess'. "You stayed by our side, through the thickest of the thick... You would always be there for your friends, to you, their heart was as valuable as yours... That truly... Makes you the Element Of Loyalty..." After Luna had coughed this out, she weakly beckoned her over. With her own shuddering hoof, she dropped into Rainbow's hooves... A pair of goggles and a familiar blue and yellow uniform. Rainbow gasped. She simply had no words. She broke down into more tears and leaped into both princesses' arms. "Th...thank you....so much... I cannot... You're... The best....ponies...ev-ever... I love you guys so much... You're.... So... Awesome!" She stuffed between deep shuddering breaths. Celestia broke the silence. "Rainbow Dash... We don't have long.... Please...fetch Rarity." Celestia spluttered, before blood starting trickling out of her mouth, due to a large intense cough. Rainbow Dash yelped in panic. "I.... I... I always loved you guys so much" Rainbow yelled before sprinting out "We loved you too, Element Of Loyalty." Luna shuddered over her sister's barely alive form. Author's Note Tah-daaaaah! Its out, last pony coming up next, should I make an epilogue? Let me no in the comments!
Rarity & SpikeView OnlineThe Sun Has SetRarity & SpikeRarity and Spike both walked into the room. Spike has matured greatly, and now, he is at least twice as tall as his well known child size, and in 2016, he had saved Rarity from certain death*. After this, he confessed her love to her before a long, steamy kiss. Luna briefly glanced at them before yelling "Celestia! Thou must return to us! Thou cannot leave yet! You must awaken!" Luna cried over her sister's body, whilst Rarity and Spike looked, frozen in silent horror. Rarity came to her senses and rushed over without a word, and performed a small electricity bolt, kicking Celestia's heart into motion once again, but time was short, and there was no time for 'thank you's. Celestia awoke with a coughing fit, to Luna's short-lived victory. Celestia spoke in a ghastly quiet voice. "Rarity, Spike, how wonderful to see-" Celestia vomited blood, which was magicked away by Rarity, which was much more adept in household magic." To see you," Celestia finished. "Celestia, I.... I simply don't know what to say," Rarity breathed. " My little pony, I am going to leave imminently, you must make your time," " O...OK... Uh..." Rarity choked up a little. "I loved you so much, you got me so far in life, dear, if it wasn't for you, I never would of found my talent, you were the pure essence of purity and goodness, and you will never be forgotten..." At this point, Spike walked to the bed. "Celestia...Luna... If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here, I'd still be an egg, I just wanna say... I will never, ever, forget you... And if I did, it would be THE, WORST,POSSIBLE, THING!" Celestia and Luna both chuckled lightly at this phrase, they couldn't help but notice how much Rarity had rubbed off of Spike "Children, our time is neigh, please retrieve everypony from outside..." Luna announced. Author's Note Ooooooh... I couldn't help but do a cliffhanger... Next, the end...
Goodbye, Princesses.View OnlineThe Sun Has SetGoodbye, Princesses. The rest of the mane six walked into the room, joining rarity and spike. Princess Luna and Princess Celestia both grinned weakly at seeing them all as one before they departed. The princesses hoped they had enough time to say what they needed to say. "It's so nice to see you all again," Celestia whispered, close to death. "Celestia, Ah just wanted to say... do y'all know anything about ma' parents?" Applejack asked sheepishly. "Ah, Applejack... i was wondering when you were going to ask me about your parents..." Celestia sat up a little, and a took a deep rattling breath. "Applejack, your parents used to be some of the best ponies i met, so... honest, the purest sign of friendship anypony could see. one day, they went to a rodeo in manehattan. The bull broke free, and unfortunately, speared both your parents through the chest, puncturing both their hearts. they died together, as a couple. fortunately, you were due nearly two hours after they died, and so the doctors, before putting their bodies to rest, cut you out of her body. The operation went smoothly, I'm sorry." "Ah don't know what to say..." Applejack's eyes welled up, and she fell silent. Celestia turned to Pinkie Pie now. "Pinkie, please, continue to make life happier for everypony," Pinkie nodded, a sad smile on her face "Will do, princess." Pinkie replied with a nod. Celestia turned to Fluttershy, and beckoned her over. Fluttershy obeyed, and Celestia wrapped the yellow pegasus in a warm hug, Celestia's tears starting to flow. Fluttershy returned to the line of ponies, her wings and legs shaking. Celestia now turned to Rainbow Dash. "Rainbow Dash, I'm certain you will be a fabulous wonderbolt." Rainbow Dash smiled, tears in her eyes. "Thanks, Princess. means a lot." Rainbow Dash beamed. Celestia turned to Twilight. "Twilight, what can i say... i've known you for so long, you're like a daughter to me... please, recall what i've taught you, and please, for me, have a very fulfilling life, full of happiness," Tears welled up in Twilight's eyes as she said: "I'll try my best, Princess! for you!" Celestia turned to her sister. "Are you ready?" "Always," Luna whispered "We love you all..." "My Little Ponies." Slowly, Luna and Celestia's hooves gripped each other as the colours of their manes faded to grey and stopped flowing. the colours exaporated into small clouds above their now lifeless bodies, and swirled gently out of the window. THE END Author's Note Thanks for reading, everyone, and please message me if i missed anything, i was crying whilst i was writing this, and didn't really pay attention. (Yes, i know it's not professional...) Thanks to TheProfessor04 for helping me with this, he gave me some cool ideas!
Twillight SparkleView OnlineThe Sun Has SetTwillight Sparkle"But...what... you CANT be dying!" Said Twillight Sparkle, tears in her eyes. "I am sorry... princess..." Celestia, a former shell of her grand self, weakly uttered. "I thought...." Twillight sniffed, "alicorns were meant to live forever!" Twillight broke down onto the rug, folding her forelegs over her head, almost like she was trying to hide her sadness. She looked up as she felt a sparkling hoof touch her shoulder, she looked at the owner of the hoof... Luna. Her deep blue mane still twinkling with the beauty of a thousand stars, partially hiding the sunken, tired eyes of the night princess. She looked down at the young princess like a mother and smiled weakly. "My little pony... wherever we may go, you will always feel our presence...." she slid her hoof down to Twillight's heart. "In here." Twillight, teary eyed, smiled back at the princess of the moon. "Twillight... I fear, we may not have much time left... may I speak to the other elements?" Whispered Celestia.. Twillight nodded. But before she walked away, you looked at both of them. "I...I love you...you were always there for me..." she stuttered.. "I love you too, my little pony..." gasped Celestia, "element of magic." Twillight walked out of the door. Author's Note A chapter for each element of harmony.
Pinkie PieView OnlineThe Sun Has SetPinkie PiePinkie pie trotted into the room, her usual pink cloud of hair lay hanging like a deflated balloon. "No.... no! This can't be happening!" She yelled miserably, already starting to crumble. She started crying loudly, with The dying princesses laying in wait for her temper tantrum to settle... "Pinkie... we don't have long... you must listen..." groaned Luna. Pinkie settled and sat down. Her usual smile lost long ago. "You brought us... many happy memories... and made our lives feel like one big party," chuckled Celestia weakly "but where we are going, and one day where you will be going, you will have as much time to party as any pony could wish for." " So... i'm going to see you again? You're only moving castle?" Pinkie pie asked, a spark growing in her eyes. Celestia and Luna looked to each other and inwardly agreed on the statement. Celestia put her hoof under pinkie's jaw and made her look up up into her eyes, as a mother would do to a child. "Yes, my little pony. You will see us again. And we shall have many parties with the other pones who have moved there." "You mean like...gummy? Big Mac? Granny Smith? My parents?" Celestia nodded. Pinkie pie, for the first time in five years, smiled, her hair bursting with confetti that nopony thought would be seen again. "Thank you so much princess! I am so happy now! Omigosh omigosh omigosh!" Luna now turned her head to pinkie. " we have to leave soon. May we talk to the others?" "Oh yeah! Sure! See you soon princesses! " hopping away, pinkie giggled at the prospect of a mega reunion party. "We will, element of laughter..." chuckled Luna lightly. Author's Note I liked the prospect of a mother and child kind of setting inbetween the princesses and pinkie, almost sort of using it to maintain a level of innocence to pinkie's character.
