It was late at night, and all through out the neighborhood there were people sleeping in their homes. In fact, there was only one person who wasn't asleep, and that was a 15-year old boy named Alex. He was sitting at his laptop, watching a few episodes of Kamen Rider, a show from Japan that he loved to watch. He was currently watching the first episode of the "Gaim" series, and was watching the screen with excitement as the protagonist of the series used his armor for the first time. Once the episode was over, Alex turned his computer off and made his way towards his bed, laying down underneath the covers. He picked up the belt that his brother sent him, the "Sengoku" Driver from the show he had just been watching. He also picked up the lock-shaped object that came with it, smiling as he saw the image of the orange on the front. Looking up at his ceiling, he began to think aloud, "I don't care how dangerous it seems, being a Kamen Rider and saving innocent lives would definitely be a LOT better than just living a normal life on my own..." He placed the 2 toys on top of his chest as he threw his arms behind his head, "I honestly wish I could have a life like that... Saving people's lives and travelling to other worlds...." As he closed his eyes he whispered out one last thing, "I want to go to another world..."

As he fell asleep he started having a rather peculiar, and certainly nerve-racking dream. In it, there were houses burning and the sounds of people screaming in terror, followed by what sounded like.... Hoofsteps? In the middle of it all were 2 figures, fighting each other in a ring of fire with what appeared to be miniature horses onlooking, watching the fight with what appeared to be terror on their faces... But how could that be possible? One of the figures appeared to be Gaim, though he was a lot shorter than he was in the show, the other appeared to be one of those new Kaijin... What were they called... Invess? As their attacks collided, the dream focused on 6 of the equines, watching the fight with concern. A voice suddenly ringed out of nowhere, "The worlds have been connected... And you're the only one who can save them, young Alex Hearthstone..." The dream suddenly faded into black, and Alex was floating in a weird, black and gold void of somesort... Of course, this only lasted a few seconds before the boy found himself falling towards a huge, bright light, and then... Nothing.... Just before he fell completely unconscious, he could've sworn that he had heard the sound of hooves rushing towards him, just before he blacked out.
