Chapter 1
The unexpected and unwanted meeting
A pony runs through a forest after causing someone to scream after seeing him as he was stealing some food and an outfit consisting of a hooded cloak, jeans and sunglasses. he eventually found his way to a building that looked to be crumbling from neglect he goes into a stable part of the building and lays down in the shadows falling asleep.
When he awakens his body feels older, he lets out a grown having slept on the cold hard stone floor for what feels like years to him. he looks around and is startled to find that he is surrounded by ponies he has never seen before be noticed that there where two taller ponies behind the others a white alicorn and a dark blue alicorn and his eyes widen and he backs against a wall and growls getting slightly angry at seeing the two alicorns and then he looked at the other ponies noting the difference in every one of the six other ponies.
A purple mare unicorn whose mane and tail was purple with a pink stripe though them and she wore a white shirt and blue jeans, then there was an orange mare with blond mane and tail wearing a red plaid shirt, overalls and a Stetson. next was a cyan Pegasus mare whose mane and tail looked as if she dyed them every color in the rainbow but he didn't smell any of the ingredients for dyeing hair in her mane from what he could smell she wore a tight outfit consisting of a black short sleeved shirt and blue shorts making him think of her as a speedster and her clothing choose was to cut back on wind resistance, next up was a pink pony that hoped up to him and hugged him she smelled sweet to him as he pushed her away as she was pulled back by the purple ones magic he almost smiled from just being close to her and then he shakes his head so he wouldn't smile she was the embodiment of energy painted pink to him as her friend lectured her on how dangerous the stallion could be, he looked over the pink ones outfit it consisting of a blue tank top and knee long pink skirt, then he looked to a white unicorn mare with a royal purple mane and tail her outfit was a fancy dark blue dress, he then looked behind her to see only a little of the sixth mare a butter yellow pony with pink mane and tail wearing a yellow sweeter and white jeans.
“W-who are you” he found it was hard to speak having a dry throat and mouth six ponies back up and look at him before the white alicorn steps forward.
“Hello I’m princess Celestia of Equestria, and who are you?” the white alicorn dressed in a regale white dress asked looking at the pony like figure.
“I know who you are I meant them.” His words dripped with venom but the alicorn did not react still wanting an answer from him. “Fine you can call me Silver Scales if you need a name for the one pony you disappointed.”
“Huh what do you mean my pony?” she asked curies about what he meant by his words.
“Oh you want to know fine let’s begin the lesson of my past. I was born in a village a small one mostly comprised of unicorns and pegasus and I was one of the most promising unicorns born there as I could control my magic even at a young age to do everything and anything I wanted it to from picking apples, to making a teddy bear come to life for hours without getting tired, and that made me a target for the ponies that came and stole me from my home and from my family but not before I saw them light my home and village on fire I heard the screams of my family in my home, screaming as they were burned alive.” He pauses as tears run down his eyes.
“We are sorry to hear that.” The princess said looking at him with sadness in her eyes and sympathy in her voice.
“Wait there is more to this not only do I have nightmares of my family screaming on fire in my sleep but every day I awake to tortures. When they took me they brought me to a lab or prison I saw hundreds of other children griffons, dragons, ponies, even changelings all of them angry and bitter to one another they were just guinea pigs to the ponies running it all and I was there prize so they put me in my own room and beat me to try and teach me if I fight back they can just dispose of me so I obeyed there orders and only hesitated ones when they told me to kill one of the other children they shocked me and made me kill the young dragoness after years of torture like that they injected me with DNA from a dragon and used some kind of magic to mix it in with mine making me change into this!” He removed the sunglasses he was wearing and then opened his wings that he was hiding under the cloak when the glasses came off, the ponies saw his dragon like eyes and backed up but the yellow of them one stepped closer and hugs the dragon pony half breed and he looks at her hugging him as it had surprised all of her friends who went wide eyed seeing there shy friend hug the half breed. He pushed the soft yellow pony away with his wings and puts the glasses back on.
“don’t just don’t I’m not something you should be around ever not only am I a freak but I was designed to be able to overpower the princesses if they had been able to truly break me they would have sent me after Celestia and when Luna would come back they’d send me after her as well my job would be to make sure they don’t try to take back control of Equestria even if it meant I kill them” .
The girls back up looking at the pony who said that as if it would have been fine with him if he killed the princesses. He looked at them noting that the cyan one and the orange one where giving him a glare and that their bodies started to tense up as if thinking that he might try something right now.
“I’d calm down now if I where you two make a move to attack me and I’ll drop you both faster than ether of you can say “black out” got that” his eyes focused on the cyan mare and the orange mare. “if I wanted to kill Celestia and Luna right now they would be dead and there not the ones I’m going to hunt that’s for the ones that did this to me they trained me to kill so I’m going to show them how well I learned.”

Chapter 2
Slowly SilverScales sat up looking around the room he was given by Twilight to sleep in well the princesses looked into the scientists that he told them about he found it weird waking up in a comfortable bed he got up off the bed stretching out his wings then sat back down on the bed finding himself lost in thought thinking back to the last day, the talk he had with the princesses and the others that had found him in the old castle. “How did I get talked into living with Twilight again?” He sat there thinking harder on it he then realized that it was because of the sad face he saw on Fluttershy, he then thought about why it seemed he felt so moved by her first the hug then this maybe it was her mannerisms she didn’t say much to him but he felt compelled to comply with whatever she wanted him to do from letting her hug him to living with Twilight.
“Hey are you awake Silver,” Twilight asked knocking on the door to his room.
He shook his head clearing his mind. “Huh oh yeah I’m awake.” He said just loud enough for her to hear him he then got up going to the door and opens it looking at her. “What is it Twilight.”
“Spike made breakfast if you’re hungry.” She blushed as she saw him suddenly open the door as he was not wearing his cloak and she could see his bare chest as he apparently didn’t have a shirt on under his cloak.
“Thank you Twilight but you really don’t need to feed me I don’t want to be a burden on you, after all, you are the student of Celestia that’s is a heavy enough burden to bear but thank you really.” He smiled trying hard to not be offensive to her. “You and spike eat I’ll be fine.”
“Um ok, but we should go to Rarity’s so we can get you more clothes.” She blushed at his compliments telling him more than asking hoping he will understand.
“Yeah, your right I should get some more clothes since I’m going to be living in your house with you. You’re going to have to lead me where I have never been in this town before.” He said looking at Twilight nodding along going over and getting his cloak on giving her a brief look at his scared up back he put on his sunglasses and looked back at her and walks to her.
“Okay let’s have breakfast then I’ll take you to Rarity’s house to get clothes made for you.” Twilight lead Silver to the Dining room and sat down gesturing for him to sit down as well.
“Okay, I’ll eat with you if you insist.” Silver sat down and looked at the plate of pancakes in front of him before taking a bite out of them putting nothing on them.
“You know, there better with syrup and butter on them,” Spike said startling Silver who jolted lightly not noticing him standing in the room. “Wow sorry didn’t mean to startle you pal your Silver Scales right?”
“Y-Yeah that’s me I’m Silvers Scales and you must be Spike right?” Silver smiled looking at the little dragon holding out his hand out to Spike.
“Yeah, that’s me nice to meet you,” Spike said shaking Silvers' hand then sat down and started eating the pancakes.
“Well nice to see that both of you are already able to get along,” Twilight said looking over at them both and Spike smiles warmly well Silver nodded and gets up having finished his food and goes to the main room to wait for twilight to finish.
“Twilight he doesn’t seem to be as bad as you made him out to be I got the sense he has been through a lot that he still holds in his heart but then again I’m no expert on that stuff I get the feeling that way you said Fluttershy hugged him she probably felt the same thing from him as I do,” Spike said looking at Twilight with a mouth full of pancakes.
“Yeah, your probably right about that Spike but even still the things he said and how he said them it makes me feel like we can’t trust him at least not completely not yet,” Twilight said using magic to put her plate in the sink and goes to the main room before heading out with Silver to Rarity’s home.
Silver looked around at all the ponies that looked at him some glaring at him having already heard about what he said to the princesses from Pinkie. “Can I help any of you, if you have something to say about me then say it to my face!” Silver yelled looking at every one well pulling off the hood of his cloak making most of the ponies look away as he was walking faster to Rarity’s making Twilight pick up the pace.
“Silver wait up and calm down you shouldn’t take their actions, after all, you’re new and they know nothing of you at all think about it from there perspective all they know is that you threatened Celestia,” Twilight said trying to make Silver calm down and stop for a second.
“So you think it’s justified for them to treat me like a freak without them getting to know me first right.” He stopped and looked back at twilight making her look away then she sighed. “I thought so even if I am new there’s no reason for their action.”
“Yes I agree it’s not right but you have to agree people do horrible things when they’re scared for their loved one's safety and their own,” Twilight said before leading Silver into Rarity’s home.
“Oh hello, Twilight and Silver what brings you both here?” Rarity asked seeing Twilight and Silver walk in.
“Well, Silver needs some clothes because he doesn’t have any shirts and this is his only outfit,” Twilight said gesturing to Silver which made rarity gasp out.
“Really, darling you need more than one outfit come let me get your measurements then I and you can go over some design ideas okay Silver?” Rarity asked looking at silver well leading him to a small stand and starts measuring him.
"Okay, I'll do what I can to repay you for this miss Rarity," Dusk said as he opened his wings and held out his arms so she could get his measurements. "Oh just make sure to have some way to hide my wings please I don't want anyone to be able to see them."
"Oh, why darling your scales are so lovely to look at in the light with how they seem to glisten in the light?" Rarity asked cocking one of her eyebrows looking at the measuring tape she held against him well measuring his arms wings and legs.
"Because there unnatural and I didn't even want them." Silver snapped at Rarity before catching himself and looking away. "I'm sorry Rarity I shouldn't have snapped at you like that."
"Oh, its alright Silver I didn't mean to touch such a sensitive subject for you." Rarity said taken aback by the sudden outburst from Silver before getting back to taking his measurements finishing on his chest well-having Silver breath.
"it's still not right for me to snap at you like that for such a comment since you did mean it as a compliment." Silver said looking into Rarity's eyes before blushing and looking away. "Oh, and no I have one idea for outfits designs sorry."
"Oh, I'ts okay Silver." Rarity said looking up into his eyes before he turned away blushing as she did the same not realizing how close they are as she takes a step back from him. "Okay, I'll come and get you when I have some design ideas drawn up that you can pick from Okay?"
"Y-Yeah I'll come by after a bit to pick out some with you." Silver says hopping off the stage and returns to Twilight so they can head out now heading to Sweet apple achers.
Rarity watched them leave waving goodbye as they left her shop before musing to her self. "He can be quite handsome when he wants he just need to learn to relax." before heading back into her shop to start her work.
