8 years after his victory against the late Don Francisco Juan Perez, 41-year-old Alberto Garcia is given the knighthood title of "Cavaliere di Gran Croce" by Princess Twilight Sparkle for his bravery in battle against the Peronistas under Don Francisco. But unfortunately, not all the Peronistas have been defeated; there are actually many lurking in numerous places around the entire globe, not only in Latin America. The first sign comes shortly after Alberto's being dubbed a knight, when a lesbian pegasister waitress at a bar in the Resorts World Equestria in Manehattan is mysteriously killed by a drug believed to be from the fatal Nightmare Poison plant. News later arrives that Benz Guzmán, Jovento Bajarán, and many other Peronista leaders have escaped from their prison cells in Scotland Yard in London, and the police have been unable to trace or find them; while some others, like Taddeo Spettro, had apparently been released by Scotland Yard on "good behaviour". Furthermore, there have been found to be many newer, younger, and far more dangerous Peronista generals on the rise who have joined the ranks, some of whom have developed technology to hack into Equestria sans pony intervention; the most significant of these young generals include the young Argentinian Timmy von Coburg, the Chacoero tea-plantation owner and general Ramón Prada, the young and really angry Capo dal Santo citizen Natanaele "Gleek" Duarté, the Egyptian Mohammed Baba Mustafa ibn Abbas, and the highly dangerous Bolivian-Colombian Dario Flavio Perez, Don Francisco's other son from a separate marriage.

Once again, Alberto is called upon to defend Equestria against the invasions from the Peronistas. This time, he picks eight ponies – Rainbow Dash, Derpy, Snips, Snails, Flash Sentry, Big McIntosh, Braeburn, and Thunderlane – to be his aides in this major quest. Their investigations eventually prove that there is an international gang of socialists called the "World Socialist Front" (WSF), believed to be led by Baron Sean Anthony Brink CBE, a Northern Irishman currently based in Buenos Aires.

Will Alberto succeed again like he did the other time? Will Sean Brink and all his international networks of socialists be brought to justice? Will capitalism be victorious in the end?
