There is an old tale in pony mythology that has been long forgotten, that only lies between the pages of a dust covered book in the Canterlot Library. A story of a sad earth pony mare that was unhappy with her life.

She was in love with a pegasus stallion, but she was too nervous to approach him, fearing rejection. Heart-broken, she looked for a unicorn that might beable to help, magically, with her plight. She finally came upon an old unicorn who listened to her tale of woe, but warned her heavily of using magic in the name of love. She wouldn't hear it and begged him to help her by any means necessary.

He eventually obliged and gave her a necklace, telling her to put it on and let the pony she desired to gaze upon her and he would not beable to resist her. The necklace was an old relic, magically charged from a time long before ponies roamed Equestria. She did as she was told and it worked! The very moment the pegasus looked at the mare, he threw himself at her. However, she quickly found out that not just her beloved stallion reacted this way, but any pony that gazed upon her at all! She tried to remove the necklace, but found it wouldn't come off.

It was getting more and more difficult to keep all the ponies at bay. Desperate, she ran back to the unicorn that had helped her, but told him not to look at her. She told him what had gone wrong and that the necklace could not be removed by her hooves. He laughed at her misery, telling her that she had been warned, using magic to meddle with love always has dire consequences. However, he did feel sorry for the young mare and he told her there was one way to remove the necklace, but it wouldn't be easy.

She followed the unicorn's directions and the necklace was finally removed, ending the terrible fate that would have engulfed her. Luckily, all the ponies had forgotten the way they acted and life returned to normal. The young earth pony quickly disposed of the necklace, deep within the Everfree Forest, where no pony would find it and suffer the way she had.

Or, so she thought...

"Ohmigosh, ohmigosh, ohmigosh!"

A cyan pegasus with a vibrant rainbow mane was flying around in circles, clutching a book closely against her chest. She had just exited a bookstore in Canterlot and the ponies still waiting in line below looked up at her with mild annoyance.

"It's finally out!"

The book the pegasus was holding onto so tightly was the new Daring Do novel, Daring Do and the cursed trident of Poseidon. Rainbow Dash had been waiting weeks, no months, no years! for this. She had been counting down the days and minutes, much to all her friends' dismay. Even Twilight, an avid fan herself, was getting a little sick of hearing about the new book.

She flew as fast as she could back to her home in Ponyville. Just thinking about getting in and curling up on her cloud bed to read it was almost too exciting to handle! She squeed to herself and began performing tricks in the air. She flew around and in circles, leaving a rainbow trail behind her. She then began to toss the book in the air, do a flip, then catch it before it fell to the ground below. She did this three times, getting more confident and making her loops larger each time. But, on her fourth loop, she held out her hooves to catch her prized book, only for nothing to fall into her hooves. Shocked, she opened her eyes in just enough time to see the book fall into the dark forest floor of the Everfree Forest.

"Oh no! Daring Do!" She shrieked as she dove down after it.

The forest was much darker than it looked and Rainbow had a hard time flying low over the ground and looking for her dropped item. She landed on all four hooves and frantically began looking in the almost completely blinding darkness. She instantly wished her friend Twilight had been along, her ability to light up her horn would have come in handy right about now. Or even Pinkie Pie! That pony always had something useful on her at all times, like a flashlight that she carried...Celestia knows where.

"Daring Do! DARING DOOOO! WHERE ARE... Wait, what am I doing? It's not like the book can actually answer you!" She said to herself.

Suddenly, something shimmered brightly behind her, making her stop dead in her tracks. Curious, she turned around to see what was catching her eye. She looked down and under a few leaves was an odd gem attached to a necklace. As she leaned down to look at it, the gem began to gleam with every color of the rainbow.

"Woah! That's cool!"

Rainbow Dash picked the necklace up to inspect it more. When she did, it began to glow even brighter. Hey, this would really help me beable to see! And it IS pretty cool, for a piece of jewelry...

She quickly looked around to make sure no one was looking, then placed the gem around her neck. She smiled at how well it fit her and then went back to searching for her book. With the necklace glowing as much as it was now that she had put it on, it was really easy to see. Another five minutes of circling the area she had just been flying over, her efforts payed off. Her book was lying open in a patch of grass.

"There you are!" Rainbow squeaked with joy.
"Oh, I hope you're not hurt!"

She lifted the book up and inspected it, just to make sure no pages had fallen out or been ripped. But, besides just a little dirt, the book seemed fine. She held it tight and flew up and out of the Everfree forest, back on her journey home. She could see Ponyville after flying for a few more minutes, then she made a beeline for her cloud house.

She flew in and right up to her bed where she let herself fall onto it.

"Ahh, at last!" She said to herself, snuggling into the cloud, pulling a layer over her, and opening her book. This was going to be such a great day!

A couple hours later, as the sun was just beginning to set on the small town, Rainbow Dash turned the last page to her book. She shut in and stretched out on her bed, analyzing everything she had just read.

"That was...SO awesome!" She exclaimed.

She then turned her attention to the window, noticing how late it had become.

"Oh, wow! I spend almost the whole day in here reading!"

She looked out the window at the perfect view of Ponyville. She was watching all the ponies in town trying to finish their errands and get home. She looked out toward Sweet Apple Acres and giggled to herself as she thought about Applejack, who probably hadn't noticed that they day was almost over, completely immersed in her work. She decided to fly over to her friend's farm and remind her she was working way too much recently and could use some time with her bestest winged pal.

She carefully placed her book on the shelf, next to all the others, and set off to the apple farm. She had completely forgotten about the necklace she was wearing, and as she flew it began to glow again, rainbow colors shimmering from her neck. When she got to the orchard, she hovered over a particular group of trees. Just as she had suspected, Applejack was concentrating hard on bucking and it didn't look like she was planning on stopping anytime soon.

"Applejack, are you gunna work ALL day or what?" Rainbow said, landing right behind her friend.

Applejack jumped slightly at the sudden sound of somepony else behind her.

"Sheesh, Rainbow! Are yah tryin' ta give me a heartattack or somethin'? I mean seriously-" She turned around to face the pegasus, but stopped mid-sentence when she saw her. She just stood there, staring intently at her friend, then deep into her magenta eyes.

"Uh... you ok, AJ?" Rainbow said after a few awkward seconds.

"Yeah, Ah'm great. Better than great, actually," She lowered her lids slightly, trying to look as sexy as she could.
"Hey, ya'll do somethin' new with yer hair? Ya'll look... HOT today..." Applejack licked her lips.

"Oh, no, same old style, but thank- Woah, wait a second, WHAT did you just say?" Rainbow's ears drooped as Applejack walked closer to the blue pegasus.

"Ah said, ya'll look really hot today and ah think it's time ah took a little break, of this kind of buckin' anyway."

"Ohhh, uh, Applejack, you're kinda freaking me out here..." Dash said as she began to back up.

Sure, Applejack was the pony she was closest with and sure, she even found herself waking up with her wings erect after having questionable dreams with the earth pony, but this...this was just completely out of nowhere! And Dash hadn't even begun to think deeply about her possible-maybe-lesbian feelings for her friend. And she sure wasn't going to start tonight. But, as she continued to back up, she walked right into something, or somepony, else.

"Eeyup!" She heard behind her.

"Oh, good! Big Mac! Please, take your sister inside or something! I think she's suffering from lack of sleep or some-"

She was cut off by the stallion wrapping his front leg around Rainbow.

"Wha...?" Was all she could get out before the red workpony leaned down to attempt to kiss her. Luckily, the kiss was stopped by Applejack back kicking him off her.

"No way, big brother! This here is MAH friend! Got it? She's MINE!" Applejack warned.

"Wait a second, don't I get a say in all this?! And...wait a minute, you know what, enough is enough." With that, she took off to the sky as fast as she could, as Applejack and Big Mac could only watch their prey fly away, helpless.

Just what in Equestria was up with that?! Could both of them be suffering from working too hard and not sleeping? Do I really look that good today?! About a thousand other questions flew through Rainbow's mind as fast as she was flying. She looked down in enough time to see SugarCube Corner and decided to stop in Pinkie Pie. Maybe she could help her figure out what they hay just happened, the situation was almost as strange as Pinkie Pie herself.

As she stepped into the bakery, in appeared to be deserted. But Rainbow could see her friend busy baking, only Pinkie's flank in the air was visible, as her head was hidden under the counter as she was placing raw batter into an oven.

"Pinkie! You are not going to believe what just happened!"

"Oh, hey Rainbow Dash! Why wouldn't I believe-" Pinkie lifted her head up to welcome her friend, when the second she looked at her, something odd began to brew inside her mind.

"Uhh, Pinkie?"

Pinkie began bouncing and a huge smile erupted on her face.

"Oh, Rainbow DAAAASH!" She shouted, pouncing forward toward the confused pegasus. She wrapped her hooves around her friend and began to nuzzle her face.

"Oh, Dashie, I'm so so SO happy you came to see me! -GASP- You know what this calls for?! A PARTY! A party to tell everypony about us!"

"...US?" Dash questioned, very confused and very scared.

"Yeah, silly, US! As in YOU, Rainbow Dash and ME, Pinkie Pie! Ponyville's new SUPER CUTE couple!"

"C-couple?!"

Pinkie Pie puckered her lips together and went to press her pink lips against her new lover's blue ones, when Rainbow Dash pushed the pink mare off her. Pinkie Pie fell back and landed hard on her flank, only to look up at her love with large, sad blue eyes.

"Dashie...why are you playing hard to get? You don't have to pretend with me anymore!"

Rainbow Dash began to back up, much like she had in her first situation. She just didn't understand what was making all her friends go nuts! There had to be a reason for this, maybe it was some kind of magic...

Magic! That's it! I'll go talk to Twilight about this! Before she could think of an answer for Pinkie, she backed up to the door and flew out in one quick motion. She went into over-drive to get to Twilight's library as quick as she could, when she turned back one time to check if Pinkie was following her. Before she had a chance to turn her head back around she crashed into something, hard!

As she slid down the side of Rarity's boutique, she heard a window open above her as she landed on the ground.

"Just what in Equestria is going on out there?! Rainbow Dash, if you're trying another one of your crazy stunts outside my...my..."

Rarity looked down to see the dizzy pegasus holding on to her head in pain. When she heard the familiar sound of ponies stopping mid-sentence, she nervously looked up at the fashionista.

"Oh, no, Rarity! Not you, too!"

Rarity relaxed and raised her flank high in the air, bouncing a little bit.

"Why, Rainbow Dash, you know you're always welcome here. What have you done with your mane? It looks exquisite! Why don't you come on inside and we can-"

"NO!" Rainbow Dash yelled as she took off yet again to get away from all these crazy and apparently sex-deprived ponies.

She could see the library just up ahead, but before she dove for it, she paused. What if Twilight started acting nuts, too? She analyzed all the encounters she'd had so far and noticed a pattern right away. All of her friends had started out normal enough, that was until they actually looked at her. She wasn't sure if that really had anything to do with what was going on, but she had to at least try to keep Twilight from actually looking at her to see.

She flew, quietly and cautiously, over to one of her windows. Sure enough, there was Twilight, nose stuck in one of her books. Perfect! Rainbow Dash flew in the window and landed a few feet behind her friend.

"Twilight!" Rainbow said quickly.
"Don't turn around! Don't look at me!"

"What?" Twilight sounded confused.
"Rainbow Dash, is that you? What are you doing-" She lifted her head from her book and was starting to turn around.

"No! Please! Just trust me on this one, DON'T look at me!"

Twilight stopped for a second, then returned her gaze forward.

"Okay, I won't look at you, but why?"

"I...I, uh, I don't know! I came here to see if you could help me figure this out! All of a sudden, everytime any pony looks at me, they suddenly...they suddenly fall in love with me or something!"

"WHAT? Rainbow, I know you think you're the coolest thing in tow-"

"No, really, Twilight! I'm NOT enjoying this kind of attention! I stopped by Sweet Apple Acres and Applejack tried to kiss me as soon as she saw me! Saying that I looked...hot! Then, I went to see Pinkie Pie and she tried to throw a party in the name of out new relationship! And that's not even the half of it! Please, Twilight, I'm not making this up!" Then, she meekly added,
"Help me."

Twilight could sense the fear in Rainbow's voice and couldn't help by feel bad at how helpless she sounded.

"Okay, alright, so let's say I believe you. Why on earth would all your friends suddenly feel this way about you? You said it just started happening today? Did you have a spell go wrong with another unicorn? Did you find any enchanted objects?"

"What? I can't cast spells, Twilight! And I haven't found...wait a sec...enchanted objects?" She suddenly realized the necklace was still around her neck and it was glowing just as bright as when she found it in the woods.
"I found this rainbow necklace in the Everfree Forest earlier! Could THIS be what's causing this?"

"Really? Let me see what it-"

"Twilight! No!"

But it was too late, Twilight in a moment of curiosity getting the better of her, she had forgotten she couldn't look at her friend. The second her eyes caught sight of Dash, the unicorn began to quiver.

"Oh, no...T-Twilight?"

"Rainbow Dash..." She said, almost seductively.
"Let me see that necklace of yours, hmm?"

Rainbow wasn't sure if Twilight was being serious or not. Her ears drooped and she looked around frightened as her friend came over to "inspect the necklace". But, before Rainbow Dash could react, Twilight shoved her friend hard onto her bed.

"Whaa...?"

Then, jumping ontop of her to hold her in place, Twilight smirked.

"Oh, NOW I see what the problem is."

"You...do?"

"Mmhmm," Twilight licked her lips.
"It seems, Dash, that you've just been letting the wrong ponies look at you."

"The...huh, what?"

"That's right. But, don't worry. This time, you found the right pony..."

And, while still holding Dash in place with her front hooves, Twilight began to run her tongue down the pegasus's neck. Down her chest and all the way down to her sweet spot. Dash began to sweat and her wings flew up, but she cursed her body for betraying her.

"Twilight, p-please...don't do this..."

But, Twilight ignored her and began to work her tongue up and down, making her friend begin to involuntarily moan and whimper. She started to fight, to try to pull away, but Twilight began to work her tongue harder and it was starting to feel better and better. She was losing control.

"Twilight! Stop!"

"Your mouth says stop, but your body says keep going..." Twilight teased before burying her face back into her friend's clit.

"Ohhh..." Was all Rainbow could muster.

Suddenly, Dash's body began to tremble and her legs started to shake. Her body was preparing for an orgasm and Dash couldn't fight it anymore. A large moan escaped her lips as pleasure rocked her whole body. It had been a long time since she had climaxed, and it was intense. When she finished enjoying herself, she near collapsed under the purple unicorn, her hair sticking up and sweat falling down her face.

"There, problem solved. That's what I do, solve problems." Twilight grinned.
"Feel better?"

After having a second to pull herself together after such a draining orgasm, she jumped up. Oh no, what had she done? She had just let her friend do...THAT to her! She jumped off the bed quickly and began to race to the window when Twilight teleported right in her way.

"Wait, you're not leaving, are you?" She looked stern at first, but then her face fell.
"You're just going to let me do that and not return the favor? I thought...I thought we-"

"ARGH!" Rainbow yelled, frustrated.
"I didn't mean for- I mean, look, Twilight...don't worry, I'll be right back! I just wanted to get something...fun for when I...return the favor," She shuddered when she said that. "...for you. You're going to really like it! Just give me a sec, okay?" She lied.

"Really?" Twilight perked up and moved out of the way.
"Oh, yay! I'm excited!"

"Yeah, heh heh, you, uh, should be!"

She jumped out the window and took into the air, her privates were still throbbing and recovering from her first orgasm in months. She couldn't believe what had just happened! And now that Twilight was affected by this celestia-damn thing, what was she going to do?

Her hooves quickly felt the necklace and she frantically tried to pull it off, but it wouldn't budge.

"What the-"

She pulled and tugged, but she couldn't get it to move, not even an inch. She even landed on top of someone's roof and laid on her back while she used her back hooves desperately to get it off. After she had used all the energy she had left, she collapsed, defeated.

"NOW what am I gunna do?"

She looked over the rooftop, down at the small town. She couldn't approach anypony else without them trying to...to do THAT to her! What could she possibly do? She placed her head miserably on her front hooves and tried to think of any way to get this thing off her neck or anypony that could help her.

Suddenly, Fluttershy came into her mind. Even if the yellow pegasus accidentally looked at her, she was way too shy to ever try any of the things Twilight did! Yeah, Fluttershy! She may not know much about the necklace, but she was probably the safest pony to go to for help!

Feeling slightly better, and subconsciously better for finally releasing some of her pent up frustration, regardless of how weird the circumstance may have been, she flew off to her friend's cottage. There's no way this could go wrong!
