Carrot Cake just finished checking the finances for the month. With the amount of product he moved over the last week, well… after he wiped off his reading glasses they were still a week ahead. It had been a hard week, especially with Cup's cold, but he still pulled through. He just figured that somewhere in there he'd end up behind.

So Carrot decides to celebrate. He lets Cup sleep in and opens the shop with a bounce in his step. It's a good day. Luckily (or unluckily depending on your view), Cup finds out and decides to take festivities into her own hands. It's a good thing Pinkie's off doing something with her friends.
