Day 2: Cuddling Somewhere

Big Macintosh let out a heavy sigh as he looked onward to outside of the barn, the pounding of heavy rain roaring in his ears the longer he stared at the dampening orchard, the warm spring air being shaded by the downpour and darkening rainclouds.

He felt a sudden shift to the weight on his chest as he looked down to the pony wrapped in his upper legs, his chocolate mane still damp along with the rest of his fur as he rubbed his nose against the red steed’s chest quietly, finding contentment in the mostly dry stallion.

“Ya warm, sugar cube?”  Mac’s deep voice spoke, the only noise louder than the rain in Caramel’s ears.  The stallion took a second to run his hooves briefly down Mac’s solidly built sides before nodding.  He smiled happily when he did so, feeling Mac lean back against the hay pile, soon falling to his side while still keeping Caramel in his grasp.

“I wasn’t cold… I just like this…”  The tan stallion’s voice was soft as Mac’s hoof ran down his mane and to the bottom of his spine.  His body squirmed happily  as Mac’s hooves rubbed his back, a quiet giggle escaping his throat as he glanced up, resting his chin on Mac’s chest to stare at the steed’s face.

“Ah like it too… though Ah wish it didn’t start rainin’ so suddenly… ya got soaked…”  Mac frowned as he buried his face in Caramel’s mane.  “Wish there was somethin’ in this barn ta dry ya off with…”

“This is fine.” Caramel spoke, a nervous giggle in his tone.  “I just… like feeling you…. You’re even more buff when you work during spring instead of do nothing in winter... A-Also it's nice to be with my boyfriend like this..."

Mac knew his face suddenly grew a few degrees warmer at those words.  He couldn't help but notice Caramel’s hooves running down his legs to feel the muscles, giggling as he squirmed happily.  He could see the tint of pink in Caramel's cheeks, giving Mac a tight knotting in his chest as Mac closed the little distance between the two of them to hide his own face from Caramel's view.

“Ya… Ah like it too sugar…”  Mac stated, finding those words safe as he tightened his hold on Caramel.  He knew it was tight, almost enough to hurt… but Caramel never complained, in fact he always smiled.  He took a moment to feel Caramel’s body, realizing many areas squished when pressed, very few places firm.  However Mac found himself blushing at this still, even if Caramel began to squirm at places being poked at.

"M-Mac..."  Caramel's voice seemed a tad confused on how to feel at Mac touching the areas of him that were more prone to jiggle when touched.  "What are you... d-doing?"

“Ah… Ah like it…” Mac stated bluntly.  "Ah never really thought bout it much when we sit like this... wanted ta see how it felt... it feels nice..."

"Y-You're weird..."  Caramel quieted down as he pressed his ear to Mac's chest as he began to run his hoof down the other's fur.

It was a quiet few moments when Mac focus on Caramel’s breathing, and Caramel to Mac’s heartbeat… however it still took some time to realize it was suddenly a lot quieter than before.  As Mac looked upward he saw the sunny skies in the doorway to the barn.  He was about to speak when he glanced down, watching Caramel’s content smile and closed eyes as he focused on Mac’s heart beating, the sound comforting to the stallion’s mind.

Big Macintosh tightened his grip once again, pressing his lips to Caramel’s forehead as he decided to wait a while longer to get back to his workload.
