John watched as he saw the police come out of every direction,pinning him into the small corner.He knew that they were making sure he didnt leave alive this time.And even though he wanted to think that he would,he knew that he wasnt.This was the end,but he still wasnt going down without a fight
"Alright you sons of bitches" he said readying himself for what was about to come "Bring it on!"
Before he even finished that sentence the cops were already shooting throwing punches at him from left and right.They clearly wanted him dead.And after what happened earlier that day he didnt blame them.
And they wouldve killed him if it wasnt for a bolt of lightning striking one of the cars,causing it to explode and making the others explode as well,which cause a catwalk on one of the buildings to detach and head straight for him
"Oh crap" was the only thing John could say before being knocked out by the falling catwalk .
Earlier that day...
John smiled as he exited the car dealership,extremely happy with his new car he was now walking to.He had just recently won a bet that he made not long ago with his friend Jake,and he won,so he decided to buy himself a new car with his winnings.
There was nothing wrong with his car he had before it,but considering that the car was about as old as his father,he though it was time to get a car that wasnt as old as his father.
A brand new 2010 Chevrolet Camaro with silver paint and black stripes[/url].Of course it wasnt actually brand new,but it was to him and thats all that matters.He couldve bought a brand new one,but he didnt like the sharp,curved fronts they were putting on the new ones.So since the 2010 models didnt have that he bought one of them.And he was loving it.
He stopped right in front of it,admiring the sleek,curved,design of the body.And he wouldve admired it more if it wasnt for his cellphone,which was also brand new,ringing in his pocket.Seeing it was his friend Jake he answered it.
"Enjoying your victory?" he asked.
"Yep." John replied
"And I take it your at the car dealership?"
"Yep.Just bought a 2010 Camaro"
"Awesome" Jake sighed "So i take it you havent heard the news yet?"
"What news?" John asked worried
"The cops are looking for you.Apparently someone told them about your little "incident" that happened back in Santon"
John smiled remembering the racing incident that happened to him back in the little city not far from Charin.Where the same thing happened to him in Chitin city.Before finally escaping to Mombasa City.Needless to say, he's wanted all over the state.But being an illegal racer. Thats what one can expect.
"Well if the MCPD are looking for me then why didn't the dealership guy just call the cops on me?"John finally asked him.
"Because they haven't informed the public yet.So your safe until they find you"
"And how will they find me?"
"When they find out your location and catch you there."
"Alright then, ill be careful.Later"
"See ya"
John hung up his phone and looked at his new car and smiled
"Catch me if you can boys"
Rodger sat at his his dest in the police department, thinking about how they were gonna catch this illegal racer hes heard so much about.Normally he would be out patrolling in his police car, but one of his friends got sick so he volunteered to fill in for him.
"Well, if he's gotten this far without being caught, then I'm not sure how were gonna make a difference in that" Rodger said to himself.
"Talking to yourself again Rog?" a voice asked him.
He looked up to see his boss, Mr.Rouge,leaning against the wall next to him.He was a good enough man, in fact Rodger and him have even become friends.But he still had to call him Mr. During work hours.
Rodger sighed "I'm just wondering how were gonna catch this racer guy.I mean, from what I've heard he sounds near impossible to catch.Not to mention we still have a whole bunch of other cases we need to solve.And there's also werewolves popping out of nowhere all of a sudden.If anything this racer guy should be the last thing we need to worry about.I admit,he sounds dangerous,but a werewolf is a lot more deadlier than a guy in a pimped up car."
His boss chuckled "Look son, I can understand why you think that, being from the city where the disease started and all, and I agree with you.But there are more racers than werewolves in Mombasa City.So unless werewolves suddenly start appearing out of nowhere, were gonna worry about the racers first."
"But hey" Rodgers boss put a hand on his shoulder "If that does happen, you'll be the first person I go to."
"Thanks Mr Rouge" Rodgers said smiling from his boss' compliment.Or what seemed like a compliment.
"Anytime son.Anyway, I gotta go meet up with some cops at Sunberry, something about a Discord.Whatever that is" His boss walked to the door but suddenly turned around "By the way,we got someone else to fill in for your friend so tomorrow you can go back to patrolling the city."
Rodger let out a sigh of relief "Thank god"
"I thought you said you were used to paperwork Rodger"
"Not this much all at once!"
His boss laughed "Well you only have a few more hours left until you have to leave.You think you can survive until then?"
"I'll try" he responded somewhat smiling.
His boss laughed again "See you later Rog" his boss left the room, leaving Rodger by himself.
He sighed "Werewolves,Racers,And now something called a Discord.Whats next, Vampires and Unicorns?"

Rain poured down onto the small city of Nightguard as hard as it could.Unlike its neighbor, Mombasa City, which was often pretty sunny with a few clouds, Nightguard was often drenched in rain pretty often.
John sat at the pier of Nightguard,waiting for the rain to dye down from under the roof of a store.Not long ago he decided to take a drive in his new car, just to see where it would take him.And now, here he was.Looking at Mombasa City in the distance from its neighbor city.
"Beautiful isn't it?" A voice behind him asked
John quickly turned around to see who it was behind him, and to his relief, it was his friend Jake.
"Oh Jake" John said letting out a sigh of relief "I thought you were an assassin or something. "
Jake simply chuckled and put his hands in his pockets. "What brings you all the way out here?" he asked.
"I was about to ask you the same thing"
"I asked you first"
"Well I decided to take a drive shortly after I got my new car and just see where it took me"
"And hows that workin out for ya?"
"Very, very wet." John said slightly smiling
Jake merely chuckled again
After that the two simply stood in silence,watching the rain pour down onto the city.After about a minute of silence John finally spoke.
"Hey, Jake"
"Hm?"
"Do you ever wonder if all of this illegal racing is worth it?"
"Yeah.Sometimes..." Jake raised an eyebrow and looked at him "Why do you ask?"
"Because...I've been thinking and I'm not really sure if illegal racing has a purpose..."
"Everything has a purpose, John" Jake said with a stern look on his face. "If it didn't then it wouldn't exist"
"I suppose you have a point."
"Don't I always?"
John simply laughed and looked at his friend, when he suddenly notice two red and blue lights coming toward them in the cloudy, rainy distance.
"Uhh Jake..." John said worringly
"Yeah?"
"Don't freak out but...I think they've found us."
Jake suddenly turned around and notice the now visible police car coming straight towards them. "Oh shit."
"Jake, we need to go...now."
Rodger was now sitting in his patrol car in the parking lot.He had finished all of the paperwork he had to do early so his boss let him patrol the city for the rest of his shift.
That was a half hour ago.
Rodger, instead of doing what he was supposed to do, was lost in his thoughs.Thinking of all the ways werewolves could takeover the city.
"Attention all units" His radio said, snapping him out of his thoughts."We have a code 3 on Bridgewater road.The NGPD are requesting backup. "
Every cop knew that a code 3 was a possible racer.And since Rodgers boss has been trying to convince to try and focus on racers instead of werewolves, he decided to respond to the call.
"This is officer 365" he said "I'm on route to the code 3.Over."
And with that, Rodger turned on his lights and drove to,or what he hoped was, a simple criminal.
Rodger couldn't believe the scene layed in front of him.There were cops laying dead everywhere.Some still in their cars, some not.
"Whoever this guy is, he's sure as hell not playing around" Rodger said to himself.
Suddenly he noticed a shadowy figure in the alleyway in front of him.Thinking it might be the one behind the dead cops, he ran after him.
"Hey! STOP!" He yelled "MCPD, Stop at once!"
His efforts were futile as the figure kept on getting further and further away from him.Eventually turning a corner.
He followed the figure around the corner and smiled at what he saw.
It was him.John Anderson, the illegal racer they've been told to look for.And he was stuck between him and a wall.
"Looks like fates finally caught up with you, John" he said aiming his gun at the racer.
"That's what you think." He said to him, before suddenly sliding between his legs and punching his head from behind.
"Ahh Fuck!" Roberts yelled,holding the spot where he hit him in his hand, before getting knocked onto the ground by a second punch from the racer, and finally getting knocked out by a third punch.
"Aww shit" John said, staring at the knocked out cop. "Maybe I should've stayed with Jake"
Him and Jake chose to split up when the cops started chasing them.Thinking it may confuse them when they both drive in different directions.But apparently the only thing that did though was get John stuck in an alleyway with no help.
"I better get out of here." He said, running to the alleyway exit, hoping reinforcements haven't arrived yet.
But they have.And as soon as John got to the exit of the alleyway,they were already waiting.
And to make matters worse,they brought a helicopter with them.
"Police! Get on the ground!" They yelled.Aiming their guns at him.

Forests, Horses, and Grenades oh my!
John groaned as he opened his eyes, immediately being blinded by the suns rays.After his eyes adjusted to the light, he slowly got up and looked all around him.He was in a forest in God knows where.Russia maybe? No,Russia is in winter at the moment so surely there wouldve been snow.Thats when he noticed something off about this forest.
It was colorful.
Sure, forests on Earth were colorful, but never this colorful.
In fact, this forest was nearly...cartoon like.
"Ah shit" John quietly said to himself. "Am I dead? Because if I am, I wanna go back.
That was when John got the feeling that he wasn't alone.So, instinctively, he turned around.And there before him, laying on the ground unconscious, was the same guy that cornered him in the alley way just minutes before he got hit by the catwalk, or hours, whichever one was the closest.
"Oh great" John said, throwing his arms in the air of frustration. "Not only am I stuck God knows where, but Im stuck God knows where with the guy that tried to kill me?, or arrest depending on which one he was going to do before I knocked him out. "
He stared at him for several more moments
"Well unconscious or dead, I'm not waiting for him wake up if he is unconscious." And with that said,John set out into the cartooney forest.
"Oh my God when does this frikin forest end!"
John had been walking for the past hour, going through what seemed endless of vines and leaves.He was starting to lose hope in escaping this forest, in fact, he was starting to think that he'd had died and gone to some sort of forest hell.
That was until, he saw what seemed like an exit out of the forest.
Wasting no time, and with nothing to lose dead or not, he sprinted to the exit of the forest and was relieved to see that it actually was an exit.
Or at least he was relieved until he spotted what seemed like a whiteish blue horse in the distance.
Not wanting to talk to whatever the hell they were,he hid behind a tree right next to, or what looked like, a cottage.
"Why the hell would anyone put a house next to a forest like this?" He asked himself.
"I know, seems crazy right?" A voice said behind him.
He quickly turned around to see the person that he had left behind in the forest.
"I thought you were dead." John said,somewhat startled.
"Didn't you see me still breathing?"
"Well excuse me for not checking to see if the guy who was trying to kill me was still breathing."
"Actually I was just trying to arrest you."
"Oh that makes me feel so much better now!" John said sarcastically.
"Anyway...I guess I should tell you my name since were gonna be working together." The cop said holding out his hand. "Rodger Simmons"
John akwardly shook his hand "John Anderson.And what makes you think that I'm gonna work with a cop?"
"Well both of us don't know where we are"
"True"
"And two is better than one"
"True"
"So guess you have no choice but to work together with me until we find out where we are."
"True" John repeated for the third time,adding a sigh of defeat.He knew that this cop was right.If they were gonna figure out where they are, they might as well do it together."
"Soooo" Rodger said "I take it you don't want to meet the locals as much as I do?"
John nodded, noticing that most of the houses in this place were borded up."Not to mention the creepy wolf thing laying next to that white horse."John gestured toward the dead wolf-like creature beside the white horse.
"Maybe we can figure out where we are by eavesdropping. "
"Worth a shot." John said, noticing another pink horse come out of one of the houses.
"Glade?" It said, running over to the white horse and hugging it.
"Just this once" the pink horse said, still hugging the white horse."Just this once, everypony lives"
"Who the fuck is everypony?" The cop asked.
"More importantly, who the fuck is Glade?"
The cop simply shrugged "I say we kill them"
"I agree but-" John didn't have time to finish that sentence before he saw Rodger pulle the pin on a grenade he held in his hand.
"Dude!" John said grabbing the grenade out the cops hand and chucking it into the distance."I said I agreed with you, but we have little to nothing right now....and where the fuck did you get a-" John didn't have time to finish that sentence either before he and the cop heard a loud explosion.Both of their heads turned to the source of the sound just in time to witness another tree not far from them fall and slam onto the ground, mere inches from crushing th cottage before them.
"Ohhh shit that's gonna get their attention!" John said, panicky
"Ok.New plan:Run back into the forest!" The cop responded
"Way ahead of you" John said, already running toward the forest entrance.
"Hey!" Rodger said, running after him. "Wait for me!"
Rodgers boss sat at his desk in his office.It had been two hours since Rodger went to Nightguard to assist in an arrest of a racer.Shortly after he got the call that him and the racer had disappeared without a trace, he wasted no time in sending a search party out for the both of them.
Rodger, because he was one of the best cops the MCPD has ever had.And the racer,for justice reasons.
He was brought out of his thoughts when he heard his office door open.He lifted his head to see a police officer standing at his door.
"Any luck? " he asked the officer
The cop simply shook his head.
"Dammit." Rodgers boss cursed under his breath. "Well keep on looking then."
The cop nodded and left the room, shutting the door behind him, leaving Rodgers boss alone in his office once again.
After what seemed like eternity, he let out a sight
"Wherever you two are, I hope your alright...."
