The pain, the pain I felt and gave were no match for each other. Basing the fact that I killed many to succeed they were all obstacles and I just overcame them. No evil in that now was there, but the way they looked at me, like I was a monster. If only they knew I did it not for me, but my people if only those wretched ponies knew.
I just wanted to feed my people, but of course no beings last forever when your dreams are being sucked from them. That is why I hid the kingdom away, the crystal ponies were strong, they rebelled at first, but as my people drained all their spirt to rebel, so did our chances of going unnoticed, because if a certain, moon goddess had not intervened, we may have not had to have hid. But I had to do something as she was closing in, so I cloaked us, so they wouldn't age and so we couldn't be found.
As this began the ponies had lots of spirt, they fought and we still overtook them, for a tired pony was no good. As so their spirt slowed all to it ended, I expected to have lots of deaths, but yet what I didn't expect, no one killed themselves I thought they were still rebellious, but no it was that no one cared they just took it like a punishment. After awhile I started to feel sorry for them. That's one reason I dropped the field, another weakness, I always made myself curse that word, but as I began to realize that it meant more, the more weakness I had.
I don't know how, but I had fallen for a pony. She was sweetheart, she loved everyone around her, she took the blame, she loved to make jokes, she loved the flowers, she felt as though this cruel world still had something left. While I adored her, she had changed, well after I made sure no one attacked her dreams. She began to soften, she looked hurt sometimes and I asked her multiple times what was the matter. She would sigh and put it off. Her people had given her a life and I realize I came along and took it. She had friends, parents, a world outside of mine. This gave me many thoughts.
I want her to be happy, but I don't want my people to go hungry. So I made my decision. I would withdraw from here and watch her to maake sure she was happy. As we were gone the ponies brightened up a lot and as I kept checking in, I saw her life change for the better, she was happiehappier, she had her friends, her family, her life back. Though I gave them their freedom they still subjected to rule, at first I wanted to over through them. But as I attacked I got view of her she looked as though she was going to cry. Her return of her family and I come to take it away again. No, I decided to withdraw at the last second my people saw this as a sign of weakness my position was imedently overruled, I still didn't go down without a fight. They still didn't want to execute me as I was still their ex-king, so banishment was it they pushed me into their world, the pony world. I started roaming the world. Not knowing who I was a king, a loner, a lover I didn't know but I did have to find her. She still lived in the crystal kingdom, maybe I could find her. My heart had been with me ever sense the world turned on me. I felt though I may have lost it at sometimes, but with the memory of her, how could I she was everything to me.
