The Beginning: Where It All Starts
"Is it strange to wake up and not know where you are? Is it strange to not recognize your own body anymore?" All of that is normal in a dream, but the longer it stays like that, it feels more like a sick joke from reality.
My life kept going at its normal pace, and one could say, I was content with how it went. Happy, even after I nearly gave up on it.
That is life, so full of surprises that I don't know what to think anymore. Then it takes an unexpected turn that may change me and life as I know it.
Whatever happens, there is one thing I'm sure of, "I want to go back home."
The main protagonist soon finds himself in a land so similar to Equestria, yet, is its very opposite. Animus is governed by its own set of rules, norms, agreements and above all, terrestrial magic.
He will have to learn to adapt in order to survive, and if he wants a chance to return home, he will need to learn to control the magic he woke up with.
