After living in the abandoned sewers of Ponyville for five years, ex-politician Kirby "Kirb" Hysteria comes up to get more food so he can live in the sewers for another five years. The next day, the mayor mysteriously goes missing, and in her will, she says Kirb may take over. When he does, however, the ponies of Ponyville don't like him and his beliefs about equality among ponies…
