The Murderer Next Door

  "Hey Rainbow Dash!" Soarin waved. I flew over. "I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out."

I grinned. "You wanna come in?" I grabbed the key from the plant vase, and unlocked the door. We both flew down the staircase, to my 'home'. I consider it an apartment. I through my keys on the counter, and hurried to the kitchen. I turned on the light on the way. Soarin settled himself on the leather couch. I grabbed two Coca Cola's and brought it to the living room.

  I handed Soarin one. "Thanks", he smiled an gulped down the soda. I settled on the couch.

"Hows The Wonderbolts?"

"It's something. Fleetfoot is gossiping how I need to get a marefriend."

"Same", I muttered.

Soarin smiled at me. "It's boring without you there."

I blushed. "I'm sure it's fine without me." I flapped my wings, looking to see if any feathers would fall. None.

"Nah", Soarin shrugged. "Spitfire is always barking orders."

I sipped my soda, and a annoying knock awaited at the door. I flew up the stairs and opened the door. Pinkamena waited there, grinning. "Hi Rainbow! I'm ready to move in!"

Behind Pinkamena was a wagon full of boxes. I reached from the vase the key to upstairs. I tossed it too her, and she smiled. "Thanks!" She said, unlocking the door and trotting upstairs. Somethings, off. Her mane is still flat but she's happy... I kicked the door shut as I flew down. Soarin still sat on the couch.

I settled myself and Soarin coughed. "Rainbow, I been meaning to tell you", He said. "I kind of have feelings for you."

I blushed. Well, I also smiled. OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH! I hugged him. And he hugged back.

After the release, we stared at each other. Leaning in slowly, mine and his eyes closed. I felt his breath.

BANG!

I opened my eyes. I groaned. Pinkamena. Soarin looked at me and chuckled. "That pink mare bugging you?"

"I let her move in", I sighed. "Because she was so depressed and upset."

"Nice move."

I slapped him with my wing. He chuckled. "So anyway", I said. "Considering were going to kiss, you gotta ask me out."

Soarin rolled his eyes. "Will you go out with me?"

"Of course!" I said, kissing him. He smiled.

"My place tomorrow night," Soarin said.

"I'll be there. Don't host this fancy party."

Soarin got up. Before climbing the staircase, he winked at me. I heard the door close, and I had to investigate what Pinkamena was doing. I closed my front door, and knocked on the front door. Pinkamena answered it.

"I'm busy."

I rolled my eyes. "Try to lower the noise."

"Oh, hehe. Sorry Rainbow. Trying out a new music genre. Got my buddy over today, helping me unpack."

"Hey Pinkie, I got the party decorations you asked for!"

Pinkamena grinned, trying to get away.

"Keep it low", I said, before going to my own apartment.

"Es ist schon eine Weile her, seit Pinkamena der Nähe war", Fleetfoot snorted. "It has been a while since Pinkamena was around."

"Wir müssen sie zu erfassen, bevor Equestria fällt einmal mehr in ihrer Macht.", Spitfire swore. "We have to capture her, before Equestria falls once again in her power."

"Pinkamena ist ein gutes Pony! Ich habe ihre beste Freundin, Rainbow Dash erfüllt. Sie ist eine erstaunliche pegasi, sowie Pinkamena. Sie sollten nicht sagen, diese Dinge." Soarin scoffed. "Pinkamena is a good pony! I have met her best friend, Rainbow Dash. She is an amazing pegasi, as well as Pinkamena. You should not say these things."

"Soarin, sind Sie sich bewusst, was sie getan hat", Fleetfoot snapped. "Soarin, you are not aware of what she has done."

The colt stormed out of the cafe`, leaving the two mares dumbfounded.
