The Life Of Midnight Luna

Midnight was packing her bags along with her kids. She hasn't had the heart yet to tell her husband who was still recovering from a jab to the side. He was laying just in the other room but she didn't want to disturb him. Her window was open as the kids played around the room, running back and forth. Discord flies in through the open window and lays himself on the bed. "Ah hello Midnight, long time no see, I haven't seen you since you were a little filly back in the orphanage." Discord said with a sweet tone. Midnight dropped her black hat with a pink bow down to the ground and looked Discord in the eyes.

"How did you know I lived in a orphanage?" Midnight said.

"Don't you remember? I was there too." Discord said and laid his head back onto her pillows. "We use to play in the night." he said.

"Yes, and why are you here now?" Midnight asked and Lily jumped in front of her and growled. "Lily it's okay." Midnight said in a soft voice. She told her it was okay although she wasn't sure of it herself.

"I want to invite you to my wedding. Celestia made me a lover so I would leave you guys alone. Disca come in here my love." Discord cooed, as he did another Draconequus flew into through the window and laid herself over Discord. Discord wrapped himself around her. Midnight stood there taking it wondering if the girl was just a figment of her imagination or if she was really there. "The wedding is at sunrise." Discord said than moved toward the window. "It's in Canterlot, at what was Celestia's castle." Discord said and him and Disca flew out the window holding each other close. Midnight decided since it would take her awhile to fly there she better head out now. She closed her window and locked her window. She picked up both the kids and set them on her back. Midnight trotted out of the  room and went into the room the Eyezic was recovering in.

"Eyezic I have some where to go, watch the kids. I will be back tonight." Midnight said and without another word she walked out of the room and closed the door. She couldn't let Eyezic know she was going to Canterlot unsupervised, he would freak out. Midnight walked into the Everfree forest and saw Radio Active and his girlfriend Moss. Midnight walked over and waved a hoof. "Hey guys, where you heading?" Midnight asked in a friendly tone.

"We are heading to Discord's wedding." Moss said. Radio Active hugged Midnight.

"Sorry I was mean to you last time I met you." Radio Active said. Midnight hugged him back and laughed.

"It's fine, I wasn't totally sure who I was. It's really a long story." Midnight said. "I'm going to Discords wedding, how about we all walk together?" Midnight suggested. Moss and Radio Active looked at each other.

"Yeah, we'd like that." They both said than giggled. Midnight and the couple walked all the way to Canterlot just as the sun was peaking over the horizon. They sat in the garden where the pony in front had instructed them to go. They sat in the chairs, there wasn't many ponies here, Midnight noticed the Hot Chocolate was here, he was putting the hot chocolate down on the table. It was slightly chilly since it was turning into fall, even with the sun up it was still cold. Midnight got up and went over to Hot Chocolate.

"Hey Hot Chocolate." Midnight said and smiled. She had always admired Hot Chocolate because he got her hot chocolate just perfect. It always had little marshmallows in side of it.

"H-hey Princess." He stuttered out. He bowed in front of her.

"You don't have to bow to me, we are friends." Midnight said and helped him to his hoofs. "Thank you for always making the best Hot Chocolate, I love the little marshmallows. May I have a cup?" Midnight asked and Hot Chocolate nodded. Midnight used her magic to bring it to her lips and what she tasted surprised her. "Mmm. What's this I taste?" Midnight questioned.

"It's mint, Discord requested it." Hot Chocolate said shyly and looked down. Celestia walked to the front and stood under a huge tree.

"It's time everypony, come take a seat." Celestia said and everypony took their seats next to each other. Discord flew in. in a tuxedo and stood under the tree. Celestia raised her horn and placed the place in a protecton bubble. Twilight escorted Disca to the front as music played in the background. Once Disca was in the front Discord smiled really huge. "We are gathered here today to marry Discord and Disca, if anyone has an objection speak now or forever hold your peace." Celestia said and nopony said anything. Midnight noticed that there were tears in Celestia's eyes. She had her wings out but now they were by her side. "Discord you wrote your own vows, I understand." Celestia said.

"I promise to be your lover, companion and friend,  Your partner in parenthood, Your ally in conflict, Your greatest fan and your toughest adversary. Your comrade in adventure,Your student and your teacher, Your consolation in disappointment, Your accomplice in mischief. This is my sacred vow to you, my equal in all things. all things." Discord said as he smiled still.

"Now your vows Disca." Celestia said.

"You are my lover and my teacher, You are my model and my accomplice, And you are my true counterpart. I will love you, hold you and honor you, I will respect you, encourage you and cherish you, In health and sickness, Through sorrow and success, For all the days of my life." Disca said and it was the first real time Midnight heard Disca speak.

"Discord do you take -" Celestia choked. "Disca to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Celestia said.

"I do." Discord said and slid a ring onto Disca's claw.

"Do you Disca take Discord to -" Celestia choked again. "Lawfully wedded husband?" Celestia finished.

"I do." Disca said slide a ring onto Discord's claw.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife." Celestia said than opened her wings and flew off into the maze of the Court. Twilight and Midnight opened their wings and followed. It wasn't hard to find Celestia. They landed near her and Twilight ran up asking a million question but their was one bugging Midnight.

"Do you still love Discord?" Midnight asked. Celestia looked up and you could tel she had been crying.

"Yes." Celestia muttered. Midnight opened her wings and started to fly home. She knew there was nothing she could do to help. When her hoofs finally hit the castle grounds Eyezic was outside sitting on the front steps he looked up and saw Midnight standing there. He got up and groaned but he wrapped his hoofs around Midnight.

"Where have you been?" Eyezic asked.

"I went to a wedding." Midnight said and explained to Eyezic about Discord asking her to be there. "You didn't think I could take care of myself did you?" Midnight said and stormed into the castle. She went upstairs to the top level of the castle and threw open the door the guest room. She slammed it behind her and tossed herself onto the bed and pulled the blanket over her. She needed time to think about everything that is happening lately.
