The mane 6, Derpy and Princess Celestia were sitting at a table "the doctor" was sitting on a chair in the corner, examining an apple
Rarity said "if you ask me, that sounds pretty ridiculous". Applejack responded "I know, it's crazy talk!"
"It sounds pretty believable" pinky said " with the fact he travels through time being true, that might be true as well"
"I agree with pinky" Fluttershy said quietly "if all this other stuff is true, naturally this would be true.
"But it seems weird how a pony can just change at the time of death" twilight said. "Then again, with all the tricks he has up his sleeve It just might be true"
After all that, Celestia spoke "indeed, twilight, maybe there is more to that pony that meets the eye"
The doctor swung by and said "you know, if you want a question about my regeneration answered you COULD of asked the guy it happened to"
Twilight was the first to ask a question "how exactly does this regeneration thing work?"
"Well, it's very complicated, so I think this is the only way I can explain"
Roughly Two Hours later
"... Said conversion causes the regenerative cells to take over the regular cells making entirely new cells. And THAT Is how regeneration works"
Everyone except twilight and Derpy was asleep. Which the doctor took offence to.
"OI! YOU BUNCH, UP" all the sleeping ones woke in confusion. Suddenly, a loud beep came from the sonic screwdriver which had been in a coat the doctor brought, he went over to it, and checked what I said
"Doctor, what does it say?" Derpy said.
"TARDIS Self-Repair complete!" The doctor rushed out of the building quick as a flash.
"Woah, uhh see you guys later" Derpy dashed after him,
"Well" twilight said "that was something"

Derpy eventually got to the TARDIS. She opened up the door, and the TARDIS had been changed a side effect of the self repair, I guess
Suddenly, the figure now confirmed as the doctor walked up the tiny set of stair on the side. He had swapped his tie for a dark purple bow tie
"Why are you wearing that? "
"I like bow ties now, bow ties are cool" he let out a small smirk on his face before walking up to the control panel.
The doctor got out his sonic and waved it around a little. It was different, with copper plating, a leather grip and a green tip.
"Like my new sonic? I thought the old one was a little outdated to I threw it away and the TARDIS gave me a new one"
"Now, I fancy visiting Old Canterlot- great place it is, it looks old fashioned but it's quite nice"
Derpy was silent which was an odd thing. She's usually so energetic. But he reliased why.
"You're not too keen about my regeneration are you?"
She shakes her head. The doctor walked up to her and said quietly
"Now, I know that you're not liking this regeneration, I don't either, I've got a bad itch at the back of my head. But you need to learn to accept it"
Derpy was silent before saying "All right then, you!"
The doctor smiled "Alright then, Old Canterlot?"
"Old Canterlot"
The doctor was about to pull the lever but before doing that he said "new regeneration calls for new catchphrase...Uhhhh... Got it!"
He pulled the lever and then let put a loud shout, saying:
"GERONIMOOOOOO!!!"

Prologue
The TARDIS was crashing, falling. Smoke brew out of the control panel as The Doctor gave out a light cough
Derpy was scared, screaming out of her lungs she ran around in a panicking state of fear.
"AAHH, we're crashing, we're crashing, WE'RE CRASHING . AHH-"
"DERPY! Stay calm, please! This is no moment to be panicking... Well, it is but you shouldn't be panicking at this exact moment!"
"Then what else do I do? I don't know how to fly this thing!"
At that instant, the doctor had an idea.
"Derpy... That's it! If you could use the Helix Manipulator while I use the Dimensional Transfere, we might be able to- WOAH, DERPY HANG ON".
Derpy hung on to one of the side railings as the TARDIS crashed into the ground, it was catastrophic.
As the machine grinded to a halt, Derpy had seemed to have survived the predicimate.
The same was not able to have been said for The Doctor.
"Urrrg, uuuuh" The Doctor didn't have a chance to hold on to anything, his near lifeless body layed at the other side of the control room
"Doctor! Are you ok?"
"Does...does it really look like I'm ok?"
"Well not really, can you walk?"
"Don't think so... Urrg"
"C'mon, get u-". At this moment, something extraordinary happened, a sort of golden energy spared from his back legs, front legs and face.
"Doctor... What's happening?"
The doctor inspected his front and back legs, his eyes grew wide.
"No...no, NO, not now, of all times, not now"
"Doctor, what exactly is happening?"
Doctor Whooves managed to stand up on all four legs again.
"What? Doctor, you said you couldn't walk!"
"Derpy... There is something I have to tell you, I am in my tenth life".
"What does that mean, exactly?"
"There have been nine before me, all with a different personality and different look. All with one thing in common, they are all the same person, I am about to pass on my body to another, a completely new person"
"Will I ever seen you again?"
"Maybe, but probably not" suddenly, The light became more intense, and before it engulfed his whole body he said "goodbye Derpy", the energy rushed through but it stopped after a while. But the person standing there afterwards wasn't the doctor... It was someone different.

A few day ago, I watched the David tennents regeneration and I thought "why doesn't someone make this with Doctor whooves?. 'Ynow what? I should do it" And I did. And this is its prologue.
Same Pony. Different Face
Derpy stood there, motionless. A different pony had too the place of the one there. He had a darker skin tone being much darker than the one on the original. His hair was thicker, taking up most of his head. But not enough to make sure it didn't go far past the eye.
The new pony blinked rapidly before letting out a short remark
"Well, that was quick, very quick! Haha!"
The pony then noticed that the control panel was smoking and that the TARDIS was damaged severely.
"Derpy, could you be a dear and step out side for a minute? I'll join you but I just need to activate the self-repair"
"Ok then... Uhh could you unlock it?"
"Oh, yes right". The pony flipped a switch that made the door unlock
Derpy stepped outside but came back in after a matter of seconds
"Uhh, there's a big group of ponies outside... I think we landed in Ponyville, with the amount of people there"
The pony peeked outside to see a gigantic group of ponies surrounding the TARDIS.
"Yikes, this is an embarrassment"
Looking around, derpy saw the only ponies (aside from the doctor... If that WAS him) that she trusted.
Applejack, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy were at the front of the group along with none other than princess Celestia
"Oh, uhh hi you guys"
"Twilight, what is that thing that fell from the sky?" Celestia muttered.
"It's that time-travelling box I told you about. The one derpy and-" Twilight stopped
"Derpy, where is the doctor? And, who's that guy?"
"Uhhh, boy do I have a lot to explain.
