For hundreds of years, the technologically advanced Communist State of Artstrotzka and the Kingdom of Equestria have had an unpleasant relationship. Tensions fueled by the revolution that gave birth to Arstrotka's rise have lingered and the nation's bitter foreign policy has made Equestria unable to properly form any attempts at peace and harmony.

A few months ago however, a new President of Arstrotzka was been elected......a President that Celestia knew as a kind little boy with a crush. Seizing the opportunity for peace, Celestia has called upon the top officials of Arstrotzka to a diplomatic mission where she hopes to use her old relations as a front for national friendship.

But a lot can change in a few decades. Is the President the boy Celestia once knew, or has he become a ruthless product of his nation?
