Prolouge

I galloped to Canterlot. Once in the Star-swirl the Bearded wing, I let out a sigh of relief. Then I pulled out the spell I wanted. I concentrated. The spell sent twinkles of particles flying around me. My friends peered around the door. "Twilight, what are you doing?" I laughed maniacally. "I'm going to become an alicorn!" My friends, terrified, ran around the bend. I flew around the corridor, and seeing my friends, I knocked them out with a blast of magic. Then, I flew off, my eyes glittering the darkest purple-black.
