Goodness is Magic (Part 2) section: 1 (Seeing Daylight)

After the event of Midnight Rhythm’s appearance, Queen Celestia talked to her daughter, princess Sunny Sunset and her apprentice, Sweet Candy about the past, and the relationship of an old friend.

“That’s a very sad story.” said Sweet with tears in her eyes.  “Don’t worry, I’m going to be okay.” said Sunny. “So, my queen, have you ask your sister if she knows anything?” said Sweet. “Unfortunately, not yet, but I will after you do something for me.” said Celestia. “What is it?” said Sweet. “I need you to go and find someone very important to me, and bring her here.” said Celestia. “Oh, please you don’t mean her, mom, we don’t need her here!” said Sunny. “Who’s her?” said Sweet.  “I have another daughter, named Daytime Sun.” said Celestia. “Another daughter, I never heard of her!!” said Sweet. “She used to be my younger sister who do fun things with me, but then she started getting mad about being royal.” said Sunny. “She is still your sister, Sunny, you know that.” said Celestia. “What happen to her?” said Sweet. “She got sick of the rich and royal life, you know being pampered, and taken care of, without doing anything. So, she decided to leave the castle, and go live in Ponyville, to have a better life of doing things her way.” said Celestia. “So, where in Ponyville can I find her?” said Sweet. “I’m not sure where, but I’m sending you down there to go get her, I assume that you know Ponyville?” said Celestia. “Yes, a course, your majesty, I will go down there and get your daughter for you, I shall return.” said Sweet leaving off. “Goodbye, Sweet.” said Celestia. “And good luck, you’ll need it.” said Sunny. “Bye, Bye.” said Sweet as Celestia look at her daughter as her daughter was saying “What?”.

Sweet Candy flew from canterlot to Ponyville in a short time by using her wings. “I wonder where she could be, the queen didn’t tell me what she look like, maybe I’ll ask around to see if anyone heard or seen her anywhere.” said Sweet. Meanwhile, a filly flew behind Sweet, and thought “I love how everything is going, I wonder what this young alicorn is going to do.”All of a sudden, Sweet felt that someone was behind her, and looked and saw that it was no one. “I thought someone was behind me, just now, I guess I must had be imagining things. Oh well, I have a duty to do.” said Sweet. The filly reappear from her spot, “I need to improve my invisibility spell more.” and flew towards Ponyville. Sweet Candy had finally arrive in Ponyville, straight into the town’s square. “Ah, Ponyville, it hasn’t changed that much even having a princess live here. All of a sudden, a familiar pink pony bump into Sweet. “Hello, Sweet, it nice to see you sweet self back here.” said Pinkie. “Oh, Pinkie Pie, I should had knew that I might see you.” said Sweet. Pinkie Pie picked up the mare, and said “You also know what this mean?” said Pinkie. “Oh no, a party.” said Sweet in a nervously. “Yes, a party, you wait here and I will get it ready.” said Pinkie. Pinkie Pie quickly ran into Sugarcube Corner to prepare. “Let me go somewhere else, before she comes back.” said Sweet running away.

Out of breath, Sweet Candy had somehow ended in Sweet Apple Acres. “I don’t know how I got here, but I can ask the element of honesty, while I’m here.” said Sweet. While Sweet was walking into the acres, the mysterious filly appear again. “So, the yummy apple of truth is going to help, I can’t wait to see the show, let me get some apples to eat with.” said the filly laughing. “But first, I need to get closer, without being seen, brother, I need you to switched your horn with my wings.” the filly said telepathed. “What do you plan on using the horn for, it isn’t for getting into trouble I hope.” said the brother. “No, I’m just curious to see what the queen’s pupil is doing away from her castle.” said the sister. “The queen’s pupil is probably making sure that everything is alright with the Summer Sun Celebration that is happening today.” said the brother. “ “But, didn’t you heard about what has happen the last few minutes ago in Canterlot?” said the sister. “Yes, I heard that there was another alicorn who wanted to use music as a weapon of destruction and control Equestria. “ said the brother. “Don’t you want to figure out a way to stop the alicorn, by the helping the student?” said the sister. After some thought, the brother agreed that it will be the right thing to do and both siblings use their powers to switched their horn and wings to each other. “Are you satisfied now?” said the brother. “Yes, now I be leaving now, goodbye now Thunder.” said the sister.

Sweet Candy arrived at the farm, and looked around to see if anyone was there. She decided to go into the farm to see if someone was in there. “Hello, Miss Applejack, Mr. Mac, Applebloom, is anyone here?” said Sweet. A sleeping pony woke up, and her hat on, and said “Howdy-doo, Miss Sweet Candy, nice to see you again!” said Applejack. “Oh hello, Applejack, I was wondering where someone could be?” said Sweet. “Oh, Big Mac working in the back, and Applebloom hanging out with her friends.” said Applejack. “Oh, I was wondering can I get something to eat, and to also ask you if you heard of someone named Daytime Sun?” said Sweet. “By the matter I have, here she comes right now.” said Applejack pointing towards a pony coming in. The mare’s coat was a bright yellow to her sky blue mane. Her tail was braided with both yellow and blue. She was an unicorn with sky blue clothing consisting of boots, sandals, a tie, and a vest. She came up to Applejack, and look at Sweet. “Hello, Applejack, the usual please?” said Daytime. “Coming right up, Sugarcube!” said Applejack leaving into the farm. Daytime look at Sweet and wonder who she was. “Hello, who are you?” said Daytime. “I’m Sweet Candy, and you must be Daytime Sun, I’m been looking for you.” said Sweet. “What does my mom want now?”said Daytime. “Wait a minute, how you knew I was looking for you?” said Sweet. “One, I remember seeing you before, and two, I heard from other ponies what happen at the castle.” said Daytime. Before Sweet could say anything, Applejack came back with a bag of apples. “Here you are Sugarcube, your apples.” said Applejack while Daytime paid her. “Goodbye, Applejack, I will be here next week as usual.” said Daytime. “Wait a minute, come back, later Miss Applejack.” said Sweet as she was running after Daytime. As soon as Sweet caught up with Daytime, Daytime used her magic to teleport. “Shoot, now where could she be?” said Sweet flying into the sky.
