Ponyville High

Nova POV:

   My name is Nova, and Im starting my first day at school at Ponyville High.  Before we start on that, let me tell you a little about myself.  Im a 15 year old hot pink unicorn mare with a light pink and red mane.  My cutie mark was a music note with a heart.  It represents my love for music, I mean at least that's what my mom tells me.  But Im actually kinda shy, and I have stage fright.  But when Im singing with friends, Im actually alright.

    My family is a little crazy.  My parents are divorced, so I have two homes.  I have my mom "Gentle Smiles", she's a light blue earth pony with a light pink mane, with a smiling heart as her cutie mark.  She works as a cafeteria lady at a retirement home.  She's married to my step dad "Speedster".  He's a dark blue pegasus with a light blue mane with a stamp as his cutie mark.  He works as a delivery pegasus.  Together, they had my half sister "Sparkle Wind".  She's a purple pegasus with a light pink and yellow mane.  She doesn't have her cutie mark, because she's only five, but she doesn't care about that.

   My dad's name is "Grease Lightning", he's a green unicorn with a dark blue mane with a wrench as a cutie mark.  He own's his own mechanic company.  He married my stepmom "Summer Sun".  She's a bright yellow unicorn with a light blue and yellow mane with a sun with sunglasses as her cutie mark.  She has 4 kids, who are my step siblings.  The oldest is a 25 year old mare named "Satin Dress", she was a white unicorn with a red mane with a bonnet as her cutie mark.  She works at a café.  The second oldest is a 20 year old stallion named "Air Guitar", he's a dark green pegasus with a black mane and a red electric guitar as his cutie mark.  He's in a band called the "Zap Apples".  The third oldest is a 17 year old mare named "Sequin", she's a light purple unicorn with a brown and red mane and a star as her cutie mark.  She's really popular  The youngest is a 16 year old earth pony mare named "Honor Roll", she was light grey with a pink mane with a red A+ as her cutie mark.  She's really smart and popular.  But just becaue their popular, doesn't mean Im popular too.  Im actually the opposite of them.

   I also have the best friends a mare can ever have.  My first friend is "Aerial Gold".  She's a light blue pegasus mare with a yellow mane and a pair of gold wings as her cutie mark. She's a sophomore, but I don't care.  My second friend is "Soft Note", she's a light green unicorn with a black mane with glasses and a pencil and music note as her cutie mark.  She's really smart, but not as smart as Honor.  My third friend is "Midnight Sky", she's a dark blue pegasus with a black mane with a couple of white stars as her cutie mark.  She's an eigth grader at "Ponyville Junior High", but like I said, I don't care.

   About my personality, Im shy but energetic at the same time.  Im shynergetic (Yeah, I just made that up).  I hate playing sports, and I love video games.  I never even had a coltfriend before, weird right?

   So…that's it, that's my life.  Tomorrow is my first day of school.  Im so nervous, cause it's high school.  So I started pacing around my room.  Then Sequin came in my room.

Normal POV:

"Can you stop pacing?  It's annoying", asked Sequin

"I can't Quin, Im so nervous", explained Nova

"I know Nova, I was like that too when I was a freshman", explained Sequin "Besides, you know if there's any trouble, just come to me or Honor"

"Yeah, I guess that helps.  Thanks Quin", said Nova hugging her

"Anytime, well goodnight No", said Sequin walking out the door

"Goodnight Quin", replied Nova

  She then walked to bed and went to sleep worrying about her first day of school.
