Ponyville High

Nova POV:

   I woke up to the sound of Summer's voice.  I wanted to use the bathroom, but Sequin and Honor were already fighting for it.  So I ate breakfast, brushed my mane and went to the bus stop with my sisters.  When the bus arrived, I sat next to a light pink unicorn mare with a black and white mane with a black colored pencil as her cutie mark.  She was also wearing glasses.  She looked like a sophomore.

"Hey are you ok, you looked like you'd seen a ghost?", she asked

"Yeah, Im just nervous", I replied

"Freshman?"

"Yeah"

"Don't worry, you'll be fine.  High school isn't that bad"

"You think so"

"I know so, Im Easel by the way"

   Easel held out her hoof and I shook it

"The name's Nova"

   Suddenly, the bus stopped.

"Well were here", said Easel

   I stepped out of the bus and saw a giant building with a statue of Princess Twilight Sparkle in front of it.

"Well, good luck", said Easel

   She walked away, then I was alone.  I tried to look for my locker, but instead I bumped into a pony.

"Oh no, Im so sor-", I said

   I looked up and saw a red sophomore pegasus stallion with a blue mane with a football as his cutie mark.

"Oh no it's fine", he replied

   He held out his hoof and I took it.

"Im Red Lightning, and you are?"

"Nova"

   I started to blush.

"Well Nova, I hope we have some classes together"

   He walked away.  I had a feeling High School was gonna be alright

"Ooh, Somepony's got a crush", I heard someone say

   I turned around and saw a pony my grade.  She was a purple earth pony with a black mane with a flute as her cutie mark.

"Im sorry, are you two dating?", she asked

"No, I just bumped into him"

"Sounds like love at first sight to me"

"Yeah whatever"

   I tried to walk away, but she stopped me.

"Hey, Im sorry.  The name's Coal"

"Nova"

"Well Nova, let me introduce you to my friends"

   We kept walking until we reached a spot with a couple of stallions.  Three freshman and one senior.

"Guys, this is Nova.  Nova, this is Smooth Move, Low Fellow, Lugnut, and his older brother Copper Top", said Coal

   Smooth Move was a purple pegasus with a green mane with a Ipod as his cutie mark.  Low Fellow was a grey earth pony with a black mane with a book as his cutie mark.  Lugnut was a red earth pony with a dark brown mane with a football goal as his cutie mark.  Lugnut's older brother Copper Top was a brown earth pony with a brownish-orange mane with a computer as his cutie mark.  We started to talk until the bell rang.  We started to go to homeroom.  In my homeroom was Coal, Smooth, and Lugnut.  But just as I thought everything was good, somepony walked in.  It was a dark blue freshman unicorn with a yellow mane with a pencil and paintbrush as his cutie mark.  It was my enemy "Art Smarts".

   Art and I weren't always enemies.  We use to be friends, until he broke up with my friend "Lavender Dreams" and started being a jerk to me.

"Hello Nova", he remarked

"Ugh"

   Then the homeroom teacher came in.  We had to sit in our seats and listen to the announcements.  Then the bell rang, and we had to go to our first period classes.  Next stop, the rest of my life.
