Hurricane Bash, the new young pegasus colt in Ponyville, is unexpectedly taken in by a music teacher named Bass Cleff. His parents died in a crash, his mother wasn't paying attention while flying and she hit a lamppost, and his dimwit father died in the same exact way. Unfortunately, he got his mind from his father's side of the family.
