Neon Lights, Lyra Heartstrings, and Octavia Philharmonica are roommates and have been for a long time. They each carry a secret that neither of the other two knows about. What they don't know, however, is that the secrets they carry are identical.

Three ponies, each crushing on the other two, decides to take a trip to the new club in town to unwind and have some fun. Once there they are invited to join the DJ PON-3 behind the stage. What happens there is something that will change their lives, in more ways that one for one.
