Light Runner

"Where ... where am I?" I open my eyes slowly, my view is blurred. "You can tell us, why the hay you nearly killed Thunder!"

I wince, trying to recognize the voice. Was that... Spitfire?

"Exactly. Light Runner, why did you do such a thing like that?" Wha-?! Princess Celestia?!

"Hey, talk!" My blurred vision slowly clears, able to see more and more again. I was right. In front of me was a long table with Celestia, Spitfire and Twilight sitting at it. "W-why I am here?"

"You nearly killed one of our best Wonderbolt, Lightning Thunder!" I get the feeling, she wants to rip of my head.

"Calm down, Spitfire." Wait ... I'm in an ...

"Light Runner, explain please. Now." Celestia watch to me, looking calm, but not happy. "What should I explain? That he deserved that? Well, he did deserve that!"

"And why? From what Twilight told me, he came into the library and you started punching him. She had to knock you out, to stop you." I glare at her. "Why? Because he treated Sky Love like horse apples! He only used her to buck her and when she went against him only one time, he slapped her! And because she wants to be together with me and not with him, she has to go back to her parents - but her parents are already dead, so somepony tricked her the whole time! And that pony was Thunder!"

"Do you have proof that he was doing all that?" I stopped, before talking again. "For the part with Sky, yes, I saw it myself. He knocked me out and brought me to the hospital. For the part with her parents ... Twilight told me that they're already dead, but I don't know if Thunder has anything to do with that ..."

"So you nearly killed him, just because you thought he has something to do with Sky's deceased parents?" Now where she said it like that, I really overreacted ...

"I was just angry ... I'm sorry." I look down. "Light, right? You've been lucky that Thunder told me in the hospital, that you can leave. Be thankful for that, because normally you would see the prison from the inside now. Afterall you nearly killed somepony."

Spitfire glares, rather looking disappointed to let me go. "I have nothing to thank for. Can I go now, or do you have any more questions? Because I have to find a specific mare for me ..."

"Well, like Spitfire already mentioned, Thunder allowed you to go ... so since we can't hold you here, you can leave now. But if something like this ever happens again, then you will go to prison. That's for sure." I sigh. "Thanks."

I try to stand up, but I can't move myself. "Twilight, let him go."

"Are you sure, princess?" She nods. "Thunder allowed him to go, so we have to accept his decision. It was also his first rule breaking. So long as he doesn't try to kill anypony again, he can continue, whatever he want to do."

"Fine..." Twilight stops using her magic, so I can finally move again.

"Thanky, Twilight." I walk out from the building, only to see Trotting standing outside of it. He then notices me. "There you are! Today is Wednesday, have you already forgotten?"

"Forgotten ... oh, I'm really sorry, I was ..." He rolls his eyes. "I know. Everypony is talking about your fight with Thunder. I hope this won't have to happen again, Light ..."

"I just overreacted, don't worry, it's not going to happen ever again ... and I'm also sorry for not working today. Did you managed to get Derpy for me today?" He shakes his head. "She is still sick, so I had to do it all by my own."

"I'm really sorry, I ..." He puts his hoof on my muzzle. "Well, come tomorrow for Derpy and then we are quit, okay?"

"Yep, thanky." He raises an eyebrow. "Thanky?"

"Thank and you mixed together, Sky created it." Sky! Who knows who she's meeting in Fillydelphia!

"I've got to go, now! When starts the next train to Fillydelphia?!" He looks surprised by my sudden reaction. "Fillydelphia? I think in ... 3 minutes."

He looks to me slightly confused. "THANKY!"

I then start to run as my life would end, if I don't get the train. 2 minutes left ... 1 minute left ... 30 seconds ...

"One ticket to Fillydelphia, please!" He looks up to me. "That will be two bits then."

"Oh no, I forget the money." I sigh, looking down. Darn it!

"Here, let me help you out." A cyan blue stallion suddenly comes up to us and gives two bits to the conductor. "Here is the ticket."

"Thanky, and thanks to you ... uhm ..." He smiles and nods. "Rising Shine. No problem, now go!"

"Uhm ... oh yeah, see ya Rising!" I jump into the train just in time. Shortly after, the train starts moving. "That was close, Sir. Do you have a ticket?"

"Here." I give him my train ticket. He checks it and then gives it back to me. "Alright, have a nice ride."

"Thanky." I sit down on a couch by the window and look outside. But there's nothing special.

After a few hours, the train finally reaches his end station: Fillydelphia.

"Fillydelphia! End station!" I walk out of the train, looking around. Now it is time to find Sky Love ... in a big city with hundreds of ponies ... without myself knowing where she could be. Where should I go first?

Then I got an idea: The burned house from her family! But I don't know where the house is ...

"Hey there. Are you looking for something special?" A mare walks to me. "Actually, yes. I'm new here and I'm looking for Sky Love's parents house."

"Sky Love? I've never heard of this pony." I sigh. "Okay, then ... Do you know, if there's a burned house here though?"

"Burned house ... burned house ... yes. Follow the street over there until you coming to the end of it. Then you should be able to see the house." I squee. "Thanky, Miss!"

I run towards the street and follow it until the end. I then look to my left, but everything is fine. Then I look to my right and see it on the right side. A house ... or at least, what is left from it, which isn't really much. I walk to it, hopefully to find Sky Love ... I take a look all around, but there is nothing. No Sky ...

"Where is she? Huh? What is that?" I look to something on the ground. A letter is lying in front of the house, but it was definitely not there a moment ago. Magic?

I pick up the letter and begin to read it.

"Hello Light. We know that you are looking for Sky Love, but we have captured her. Come to Saddlebag Road 11 as soon as you can, or we are going to kill her."

WHAT?! Thunder, you son of a gryphon! I swear, when he even touches her ... I had to get to Saddlebag Road.

I look around and find a mare walking nearby. "Hey, you there! Yes, you. Do you know where Saddlebag Road 11 is?"

"Saddlebag Road? Uh ... it's the street you are standing on right now. There is the building, don't you see it?" She points to it. "Oh, sorry. New here, hehe."

"No problem." She chuckles and walks away. I walk to the house, and notice the golden 11 on it. I knock on the house door. "Let me in, Thunder!"

The door opens with magic then. I walk in, ready to fight him again, but then the door suddenly closes behind me per magic. "What the-?!"

Then something hits me on my head ...

I don't know how long exactly I was out. I slowly open my eyes and find myself in a little room. I'm lying on a bed, which I'm tied on with ropes on all my 4 hooves. "What the ... let me go!"

"You won't be going anywhere, my friend." I realize that another pony is here. A unicorn mare that I've never saw before. "Who are you? Where is Sky Love?!"

"Don't worry, your dirty mare is fine. See?" She walks to the left to let me see what is behind her. Sky is unconscious, just lying on the ground. "What have you done with her?"

"I just made her sleep with my magic. That's all." I look confused. "What do you want from her?"

"Nothing. She is useless! We only needed her, because we knew that you would follow her. This was all planned by Lightning Thunder. He burned down the house three years ago, and sended Sky fake letters, saying that she should meet him and then marry him. Sky's parents have always controlled her, so she accepted it, even when she found out soon that she hated Thunder. However, Thunder needed somepony to share his love with, so he used the chance to buck her very often ... very, very often. Even when he found out that she hated him, he still liked to buck her ..." I struggling hard. "Stop it! I don't want to hear that!"

"Poor little Light. There were so many years that Sky got tricked by him. Fearing too much, she never told anypony that she hated him. Soon we found out, that she was friends with another pony ... you. Thunder mentioned, that something on you is ... different. Something that makes you different from anypony else. But he couldn't explain why exactly. To test something, I told him, that he has to bring blood from you. How he does it, was his own thing. That happened then on Monday, where you and Sky nearly fell in love for each other. He beated you until you bleeded, and then took some of your blood. He then brought you to the hospital, afterall, if we think what we think, then you are very important. We tested your blood then, Light. And that's when we finally found the pony, that we were looking for. That you and Sky then fell in love, actually made the plan perfect, because then, Thunder could easily send her a letter to come back to Fillydelphia. Thunder hided everything that could show the truth about her parents, so she didn't knew that her parents are already dead for years. And once again, we knew that you would somehow follow her sooner or later." I look in shock, trying to get everything she said. "You used her all the time?"

"Well, first it was only Thunder's lust for her. No real plan or something, just his own need. It happened only a short while ago, when he mentioned, that there was something different about you." I look up to her. "Then why do you need me?"

"I've already told you more than enough. I won't say anything more then what I just did. You're going to do anything we say, okay? So ... Oh, Thunder is coming." The door opens and Thunder walks in, looking happy. "So, he really followed her? Ah, that's cute."

"Thunder! You ..." He chuckles cheerfully. "Poor little Light. I have a gift for you."

"I don't need any gifts from you ..." He grins evily. "Really? Well, my sweet Sky here is pregnant, isn't that awesome?"

"What!?" I look shocked. No, please, not from him ...

"I tested it last week. Didn't told her. Yep, she has already been pregnant for a month now." I feel waves of anger going trough my body. "No ... why from you, you son of a gryphon!"

"Son of a gryphon, right? How do you know?" Wait, what?!

"Huh?" He looks now rather seriously to me. "My father was a gryphon. My mother was a pegasus. The only real difference on myself are my wings. They looking a bit more like those from gryphons then from a pegasus. Really, I hate my family. Everypony finds me strange, because my father was a gryphon. But Sky got pregnant by me now ... nopony can stop that ... or? I never wanted for her to get pregnant, but maybe I bucked her too often. Well, at least our foal has two ponies as parents ... not like me. Look at her, Light. She is smiling, she is thinking about me. Because she knows deep inside of herself that she loves me. More than she could ever love you."

"No! She loves me, not you! You used her!" He chuckles. "True ... she was useful for sharing love. But now she is a useless piece of-"

"She is NOT useless! Your foal doesn't deserve a father like you!" Slap! Thunder slaps me very hard on my belly. It hurts a lot. "I'll make a better father than anypony else! She will be mine forever. Goodbye, Light."

Thunder then takes Sky on his back and walks out of the room. The unicorn mare turns her attention back to me. "So they are going to live happily ever after. I love happy endings! Sky will wake up soon, and he will tell her that she became pregnant by him. Hehe, her life is going to be destroyed by hearing that."

"Sky ..." She puts a hoof on my belly, rubbing it slowly. "You can't do anything, little Light. We need you afterall."

"I won't do anything for you!" She raises an eyebrow. "Really?"

I spit in her face. Slap! Again I was slapped, this time by the mare. "That's too bad, we need you!"

"Are you working alone?" She shakes her head. "No, but I can't tell you who our master is, or who else works for us."

"I swear, when I find a way to escape, I'm going to find a way to kill you all." She chuckles. "Really? You're going to kill all of us, because of that stupid mare? Poor Light, you really do love her. I could have so much fun with you right now, and you could not do anything about that. It's too bad that I prefer mares. You look really handsome afterall. I can understand now, why she likes you. Well, the night with her uncouncious body was already enough."

She smirks. "Wait, you dirty ...!"

"Hahaha ... It's already 11 PM ... you should rest now, Light. Thunder will bring her back to Ponyville, telling everypony that you tried to kill him again ... he will likely hurt Sky while she is sleeping. And then he'll tell her that it was all you. And that he saved her. Everypony will think that you are the bad pony. So don't even try to escape. Anyway, 'night, Light ... haha, night and Light, haha ..." I struggle. "Darn it!"

I have to escape before he can tell this lie!

I try to escape from the ropes, but they are much too tight on my hooves. I try my hardest to free my hooves from the ropes. It hurts a lot, every movement. They are tied on the bed. I slowly try to pull my front hooves out. It still hurts like fire, and the ropes are really cutting my skin and flesh on my hooves, more and more, but I have to do this. Warning everypony ... rescue Sky ...

"Come on ..." More and more. More hurting. Blood slowly leaks from my cutted skin. But ...I ...have ...to ... yes! My hooves are free!

I use my hurted hooves to free myself from the other ropes, and then I start to run out of the room. Nopony seems to be inside the building, so I easily escaped from it. My hooves burn when I run fast, but for Sky, and the adrenaline rushing trough my body, I would even die for her. I run as fast as I can to the train station. And then I see him ... Thunder with Sky on his back. He's already standing on the platform, waiting for the next train to Ponyville. This flankhole never will reach Ponyville alive!

"THUNDEEEEER!" I've already hit him hard by the time he hears me. The swing from my hooves hitting him hard and throws us all on the railway track. "You are dead, Light!"

Nope.

I've already jumped on him and start smashing his dirty pegasus face. My hooves are still hurting and burning, but that doesn't matter to me anymore. I continue punching him, and I see his muzzle already leaking blood. But I don't stop ... nopony can stop me now. Even if I end up in prison or dungeon forever, he will not survive today. Not after all that he has done, especially to Sky Love!

"Die ... you ... motherbucker!" I feel all his blood on my hooves. But that doesn't stop me. I see tears rolling from his eyes, crying in pain. He's finally fearing me.

And that makes me even more happy, while I still punch his life out of him. I feel pleasure to see him dying but ... also something else inside me ... something strange. I shake my head and going to continue, but then I hear a noise in the distance ... a loud noise. The same noise that is heard, when a train is coming very close ... and we are still in the railway tra-
