Fluttershy is found alone in her cottage crying for an unknown reason. Wanting to help, Twilight places her hoof on the ponies shoulder only to change the entire scene now with her friend covered in cuts. After a list of events the ponies Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity find themselves transported and trapped inside Fluttershy's mind dealing with many obstacles to get out including insanity, monsters, puzzles, and fun bloody gore!
