grim wish

"Well it was mighty fine of y'all to throw that going away party for me!" Applejack said to her friends.

"You bet ya!" Pinkie shouted.

"I must be on mah way then, somewhere i gotta be ya know"

The friends said their goodbye's and waved as Applejack left on her way to Appaloosa then the ponies went back into sugar cube corner.

"Now who's going to help me finish this cake!?" Pinkie asked

Very quickly Rainbow dash responded yelling "Me!" and diving face first into the cake.

Off to the side was Rarity, Twilight, and Fluttershy.

"This Party Pinkie threw for applejack was just splendid!" Rarity stated.

"definitely one of my favorites." Twilight said to Rarity.

Twilight looked over to Fluttershy who was sitting on the floor staring at her own hooves."How did you like the party Fluttershy?" asked Twilight. With no response from Fluttershy Twilight tried to get her attention. Waving her hoof in front of Fluttershy's face Twilight asked "Fluttershy?"

Fluttershy finally responded "oh! w-what?"

Twilight then repeated her question "how did you like the party?"

"Um it was nice" Fluttershy replied with her soft quiet voice.

Rainbow cut into the conversation "nice? it. was. awesome!"

Fluttershy responded with  simple "ok"

"well *yawn* we best be on our way home. it's getting late" said Rarity. The ponies agreed and went their separate ways.

Rainbow caught up to Fluttershy "hey! can i crash at your place tonight?

Fluttershy responded "ok."

"Sweet!" yelled Dash as she shot off to Fluttershy's cottage.

Fluttershy let out a sigh and walked down to the water. As she sat at the edge of the pond she thought to herself "so calm, so peaceful." She started to speak out loud "it's nice." now looking at her reflection in the glistening water she smiled "finally alone where i wont bother my friends or anypony else. things are better this way." she lifts her head up to look at the sky "This is grim. This is wrong. This is dark. I need to be happy. I need to be..." she realized what she was saying. "i want the pain to stop, i just want it to end" now with tears rolling down her cheeks she closed her eyes. "i wish... i wish i was gone, dead where i cant bother anypony else or be hurt anymore!" yelling, the pony collapsed.
